We were super impressive with this hotel. The room was absolutely spotless, communication was clear and easy ahead of arrival, and the breakfast was fantastic. Blackout blinds made the room dark at night, and we found it very quiet, even with the AC running. Attention to detail and available amenities also made a big difference. For example, earplugs, slippers and a charging cable are provided for convenience and there is 24 hour room service available. We used the airport shuttle, which we booked on arrival, and it was great - it left on time and got us to the entrance to DMK airport within ~7 minutes. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this hotel to any travellers looking for a convenient stay near DMK airport.

I thought this was a great hotel. The gym for a hotel had all the right equipment. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well appointed, free coffee in the room and the television had many options. The staff was very nice. The restaurant is Japanese good and it’s open 24 hours. The bar is open 24 hours also. It’s a 5 minute drive to the airport. You’ll love this place.

Vi gikk til hotellet fra flyplassen på ca 30 min. Dagen etterpå fikk vi gratis buss til flyplassen. Rett ved hotellet er det en gate med mange spisesteder og små boder som selger frukt og mat. Rommet var flott og senga var god. Og treningsrommet var topp.

Excellent hotel close to DMK airport. Check-in was quick, easy and friendly. Room had everything you need, is a great value for price, and the breakfast buffet was terrific with many different options. Free shuttle from hotel to airport (no airport pickup with hotel shuttle but it’s only about $3 for taxi). I’ve stayed here several times now and it’s been excellent every time.

Ótima opção para passar uma noite próximo ao Don Mueang aeroporto. Quarto muito bom, espaçoso, ar condicionado silencioso, bom café da manhã. O hotel oferece transfer gratuito para aeroporto. Opções de restaurantes bem próximos. Muito bom também ter máquinas de lavar e secar roupas no estacionamento!!!Ótimo custo benefício. Adorei a escolha!!!

Sehr sauber und ruhig , W-Lam langsam, sehr gutes umfangreiches Frühstück , Shuttle Transfer nur vom Hotel free aber nicht direkt zum Airport , habe ein Taxi genommen . Seven eleven in der Nähe. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Very clean and quiet, Wi-Fi slow, very good extensive breakfast, free shuttle transfer only from the hotel but not directly to the airport, I took a taxi. Seven eleven nearby.

The residence 12 was a very clean Comfortable hotel with a Japanese restaurant serving sushi and American entrées. Food was great. Enjoyed the place very much.

Sadly, we think this property has declined in the past couple of years. We’ve stayed here more than a dozen times in that period. We don’t remember being “nickeled and dimed” for every tiny amenity: more than a dollar for an extra towel; 75 cents for each page of a printed document; extra for a small bucket of ice. Holes in both the towels and bedsheets. The beds and pillows themselves remain quite good and comfy. The floors, though, look stained, particularly around the refrigerator. The breakfast, which, depending on how you want to look at room price, is not “free,” is better than average, but that’s a low bar. No fresh omelette or cooking station - rather, sushi rolls of various kinds. They say 6-10 am, but if you happen to show up a tad after 9, the pre-fried eggs and everything else in the warming pans has long since gone cold, and many are empty; the very nice espresso machine is shut down; the sushi rolls are pretty much gone. I don’t want to be unfairly harsh, but the place now feels more like a discount airline: packed, a bit rushed, and a good value only if you don’t expect anything in the way of a little extra service without being charged through the nose. The best part, not surprisingly, is the housekeeping staff who do a great job keeping the rooms well - make friends with them, and they can help in many little ways to improve on the “policy” people out front.

Room is very clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is very delicious and variety (Thai, Japanese, Western foods). Shuttle bus service is on time and reliable.

The facility was clean and nice, but the bathroom was very small and had black mold on the ceiling in the shower stall. The area around the hotel was walkable and great shopping and restaurants.

We were only here for a short time to get some rest before a 1am flight. The hotel was perfect for this, and only a few minutes from the airport. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the local non-touristy area.

Clean facilities. Bedsheets were clean. The staff were a little slow due to many other guests checking in at night. The room was big and everything else was pleasant. Would stay here again.

We so glad we could find this hotel near DMK. The staff is very friendly and always be happy help us. The breakfast buffet is a highlight with SUSHI, plus their onsite Junichi Japanese resteruant is very good. The room is spacious and clean. One thing need to be improved is that the water in the room is too lesswhich not enough for two persons.

This place was AMAZING! If it was closer to the center of Bangkok I would have stayed longer, but I needed to be closer to things downtown. I stayed for 2+ nights after arriving at 1 am from Japan and needed somewhere to relax and catch up on sleep near DMK airport. AC worked great, fridge and microwave were much appreciated, breakfast was sooooooo good. A great stay!

It’s not really that near to the airport by walking, need about 20 minutes to walk. The room is huge, fully equipped with a functional kitchen. The breakfast in a Japanese restaurant is a must, delicious. I recommend this hotel.

The room is quite good, but the water in the shower never gets hot and the noise from the hallway is too much. You can clearly hear a loud sound the door makes when it opens with the key card, and it’s annoying. The restaurant is excellent!

Very courteous staff. Room service. Water bottles provided for room. Breakfast buffet was a little lacking. Hotel restaurant has mainly Japanese style dishes but does also have some burgers. Rooms were nice overall. Free wifi. Room does require 1000 bhat cash deposit but we knew upon booking and were prepared. When checking out you are given a pager and must wait for them to check your room before you can leave.

I did not enjoy my stay in this hotel. The room that I got was not great and did not quite look like what I saw on hotel.com. It was not in good conditions. Moreover, i did not find the staff too friendly.

We did a short stay at 12 residence hotel. The check-in process felt a bit unorganized, but the overall stay was positive. The rooms were nice and comfy with a lot of amenities. The food was OK. There was a language barrier if you are a English speaker

We only stayed for about 4 hour. But overall , we would stay here again during transits. The area around is sort of gritty. The hotel itself is perfectly fine. Make sure to pick ride-sharing instead of the hotel shuttle. It's about 1/4 the price.

Great place to stay. - Excellent music choice (Jazz) - Great feeling and decor - Polite staff - Great food Only downside is the location. It is very far from most activities and leisures of Bangkok. The area is also not easily walked to from the nearest train station, and taxis are expensive due to the tolls. Great value overall though! I recommend.

Everything was good with the exception of the breakfast. Great selection but at 0800 everything was cold. No one likes clod fried eggs and ham for breakfast. Apart from the a pretty good hotel.

Very pleased with the hotel for what it was - excellent for the price! Good price, near airport, good food. Staff very friendly. We had two rooms/ a suite which was nice to be able to spread out. Japanese restaurant on premises was very delicious. Comes with a nice breakfast layout. All in all- extremely comfortable and affordable surprise.

Clean room. Friendly staff, including the maids. Japanese restaurant pretty good, nothing special. Breakfast buffett uninspiring. Sliced ham flavorless, chicken strips not tender, little flavor, Good salad bar + watermelon, pineapple, guava. No banana. No yogurt. No Granola. Good coffee machine. Too many Chinese & Korean guests for my taste
