The weight room was not tiny and only had two 50lb weights. Reportedly, from the manager, the weights were stolen and they were waiting for replacements. The Continental breakfast was presented very well. They had hot food prepared two waffle irons.

All good. The only thing I found wrong was the pool was closed for renovations. Breakfast was good. Staff was good about refilling things like the eggs, potatoes and sausage but had to ask them

I really like staying there and I would go back again. With it being so hot in Memphis it really would’ve been great to cool off in the pool but it wasn’t working.

There was a horrible smell in the rooms, the housekeeping did not clean our rooms, take out the trash or bring us towels. When I asked for towels they said they probably didn't have any, there was some so the lady at the front desk said I was lucky there were some clean. The pool was out of service and looked like it had been down for a long time. There was construction all over around the hotel. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I will not go back.

We were in town for a family funeral. We booked something close to family. We paid way too much for this stay when we could have booked same day for $62. We contacted Hotels.com and have received no response. The pool was closed. The "gym" had no access and was in a closet. The parking lot was loaded with pot holes. The ally type drive way into hotel was eyesore. The area was rough with high activity. Tried to add pictures but it wont let us.

Pool was under renovation. Health factory closed. Very dangerous area. Closet door was marked up like a dog scratched. Yet they there’s no pet policy but dogs were in the room. Really disappointed considering it was over $100 to stay. There were hookers and loud neighbors shouting all night. I felt very unsafe.

Hotel was OK for the price. Kind of a sketchy location and not too many people around. Check in was quick and workers were friendly. Hotel room smelled really bad and there were stains on one of the beds comforter and sheets. Other than that, our room and bathroom was clean. On the last night of our stay, our neighbors were having a loud party until 2 am or later. Also, the indoor pool was drained for renovation and we didn't find that our until we arrived at the hotel. Had we known this, we would have stayed someplace else.

We had to change 3 rooms because the first room the refrigerator didn’t work and also had a terrible scent in the room. The second room the TV didn’t work even after a worker tried to fix it. The third room was nasty as you can see in those pictures.

The area did not seem very upscale but we had no problems. Upon checkin we were given a room that reeked of smoke, was worn, and had a dirty bathroom. We immediately went back to the front desk, primarily because of the smoke smell. While not apologetic, she moved us immediately. The second room was on a floor that appeared to have been renovated. It was nothing fancy but perfectly fine.

Cons: Outside the room the hotel smelled old/musty/stale, lots of weed smell everywhere (about knocked us out in the elevator), general area was rather shady & didn't feel overly safe, & saw man coming out of hotel w/2 hookers. Breakfast was virtually non-existent. Got down there hour before it was over & only 2 dry/hard biscuits left & they never replenished anything to eat.

The first room we were given wasn’t clean, but thankfully the second room was. The hotel is right off the highway, so it’s loud. The updates look great, but the showers need major work still. The bed was comfortable, so that was a huge plus. Still don’t think I will stay there again though.

First room had a bed that was broken. Second room was fine. Room itself seemed clean and updated. Bathroom initially appeared dirty. But then we realized it was clean but just old and outdated. Seemed to have stains in the tub, etc. The floor in the breakfast area was extremely sticky, which was an odd feeling while we ate breakfast.

The shower would not drain nor did the water in the shower get WARM, only COLD. The tv would not work, ended up leaving a day early and the hotel would not reimburse ANY money for the inconvenience after giving them HOURS to come fix the problems. DO NOT BOOK HERE !! EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT and the lady at the front desk was Extremely RUDE!!!

The room was in pretty decent condition. However, there were a lot of evidence of it being old and not taking care of. Such as chip paint, holes in the walls, and the floor was sinking in between the bedroom of my suite in the living room. That made it uncomfortable.

I arrived at 2:15 PM with a reservation. I waited about 4 minutes for someone to come help me. I told her I was checking in. She said check in is at 3. I said I understand, but perhaps some rooms are clean. Then she said I could pay $45 to check in early. I left angry. When I returned at 3:15, she apologised and said she had not realised it was 2:25.

I received an email saying that the hotel could not honor my reservation through Hotels.com: "We wanted to let you know that, unfortunately, Comfort Inn & Suites cannot honor your upcoming booking on 11/8/2024. Occasionally, properties have to change or modify bookings unexpectedly. We know that this is disappointing. Comfort Inn & Suites (2573) has proposed an option for you at no additional cost – details are available below" Before I made my decision, I contacted Hotels.com to see if this would allow me to get a refund, because I chose this hotel for specific reasons, and Hotels.com said I could get a refund. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 5 MONTHS to get the refund posted to my cc. Hotels.com said that they have contacted the hotel several times requesting the refund. I DID NOT GET TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL, NOT MY FAULT, AND I DID NOT GET A REFUND. If I get contacted about the refund, I will take down this horrible review.

Hotel itself is clean and comfortable, courteous staff, good bed and hot water. Breakfast was often low supply and not restocked but it was a holiday weekend so probably low staff. Entry drive is a bit dimly lit and have to drive through a construction storage area with fencing but don’t let that deter you from booking. It’s a nice place to stay especially for the price.

Hotel was OK for the price. Kind of a sketchy location and not too many people around. Check in was quick and workers were friendly. Hotel room smelled really bad and there were stains on one of the beds comforter and sheets. Other than that, our room and bathroom was clean. On the last night of our stay, our neighbors were having a loud party until 2 am or later. Also, the indoor pool was drained for renovation and we didn't find that our until we arrived at the hotel. Had we known this, we would have stayed someplace else.

The weight room was not tiny and only had two 50lb weights. Reportedly, from the manager, the weights were stolen and they were waiting for replacements. The Continental breakfast was presented very well. They had hot food prepared two waffle irons.

All good. The only thing I found wrong was the pool was closed for renovations. Breakfast was good. Staff was good about refilling things like the eggs, potatoes and sausage but had to ask them

Property is obviously under renovations. Room was clean. Soap dish in shower was broken and had dangerous sharp edges on it. I reported it as soon as I noticed but was not offered another room. Breakfast was terrible. Stayed at another Comfort Inn in Nashville that was excellent.

Service was slow, no vending machines in the building, not enough food at breakfast for all the guest and it was disgusting I use to love staying at comfort inn and suites. I will never stay at another!

Pros: Room had been relatively updated (only reason giving property 2 stars). Cons: Outside the room the hotel smelled old/musty/stale, lots of weed smell everywhere (about knocked us out in the elevator), general area was rather shady & didn't feel overly safe, & saw man coming out of hotel w/2 hookers. Breakfast was virtually non-existent. Got down there hour before it was over & only 2 dry/hard biscuits left & they never replenished anything to eat.

When I first pulled up the building looked closed. The room was dirty! Not from being unclean but from needing serious updates. The hot water was cold. I was unable to take a shower the water was so cold. The towels were dirty cheap and rough. I’m glad I brought my own. The bathroom floor tile was so dirty i kept my shoes on at all times. The receptionist was sleep on the couch in the lounge room when I came in after 10pm. The breakfast looked horrible. I’ve never seen something so disgusting. The bed was hard. The neighbors were sketchy. I did not feel safe and had anxiety. I left and stayed at another hotel.

Wasn’t to bad of a place to stay when we were passing through Memphis, rooms could’ve been maintained just a bit better we had a large hole in the wall behind the door in our room. Beds were good, comfy, no bed bugs or bugs found of any kind. Good no frills place to stay when you’re passing through.
