清潔で快適に過ごせました。食器や調理器具も揃っていてよかったです。 部屋着と歯ブラシがなかったので、置いていただけると助かります。

立地はディズニーから近く、専用駐車場はないが、周りにコインパーキングもたくさんあり(24時間1000円利用)不便じゃなかったです。施設は新しくとても綺麗で大満足。新築ワンルームアパートって感じで、とてもコンパクトだけど家感あって落ち着きました。歯ブラシ等はないです。ただチェックインがよくわからず時間かかりました。

We had a great experience. Easy checkin and checkout. Near a train station and alot of restaurants around. Doesn’t provide toiletries like any other hotels in Japan that we’ve been, so you must bring yours.

Excellent hotel the only down side is hotel needs more space for luggage storage before check in and out. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

Great stay and super convenient location. 5 min walk to metro stn and 24 hour convenience store and grocery stores right outside of property. Clean and communication was good. Only issues were the stove top didnt turn on, the bathroom sink faucet only ran cold water, and the laundry was a bit of a lengthy process since the dryer is small and did not blow hot air. Ended up paying about 700 yen for one washer and dryer load. Other than that, it was a great stay and would stay there again and recommend.

Property was easily accessible by public transit and is ventrally located to downtown tokyo and disneyland/sea. However, after a long day of travelling there was no one to greet us at the front desk. With suitcase, stroller, backpacks, and children in tow, we spent almost 15 minutes trying to reach someone through skype via an ipad screen. After the debacle of finally registering online to get a code for the keypad on the door; we finally got settled in our rooms. The staff didn't provide room service to clean our room, empty our garbage or replace the 3 towels during our weeklong stay. When asking for clean towels we had yo oay extra. We were told to leave the garbage in the hallway and it would be collected the following day. Instead, our garbage bag filled with food refuse stayed in the hallway uncollected for 3 days. On the plus side, the laundry machines work, but the dryers do not. Clothes were spinnjng in the dryer for an hour (100Y/30 min.) and cane out damp. This is the definition of a 'no frills' hotel.

I would have appreciated toiletries like razor, toothbrush, like some of the other hotels.

Laundry was conveniently on first floor.

Great location however we do find their pillows and blankets are not as clean as the other hotels in Japan . There are blood stains on some of them .

部屋に入ってから鼻水が止まらなくなったのでアレルギー持ちの方からすれば少しホコリっぽい？かもしれないが泊まるのに特に不都合はなかったのでいいと思います。

設備が比較的新しく、使い勝手が良いです。 ただ、トイレとシャワー室の排気口に埃がたまっており、入浴時にその黒い埃が落ちてくるなど、清掃に難を覚えます。

Very clean room and quiet

房間稍大，廚房有電子爐、電子鍋、微波爐等可烹煮很方便，可惜的是沒有告知怎麼處理每日的垃圾，是看隔壁間原來把垃圾帶打包好放門口，就會有人來收了，住到第6天才發現，還有當初check in時，發現冰箱裡有礦泉水沒收，棉被感覺有玷污漬，清潔的部分還要再加強，除此之外，其餘的都很棒，離地鐵近，附件都是超市、超商及商店街很方便，隔音也還可以，附近無吵鬧設施晚上睡覺很安靜，重點是有L型沙發，房間很大可以放4個24吋行李箱～cp值真的高

We were told the housekeeping was coming every 4 days. In a 21 day stay they came 3 times and the cleaning was Substandard. Bathrooms never cleaned. Upon arrival it was confusing. A sign at the desk said they will be right back. No you had to ring for them and talk to them through a computer. Very frustrating. I told them I am in a wheelchair and I asked if we had a handicapped room and they said they don’t have any and they doubted I would fit in their elevator. I told them I need to cancel. I then got a message saying everything is ok.i cannot cancel. Wow, that was the day we were flying to Tokyo.

床が汚かったので清潔感はないです。

ディズニーに行くのに使用させていただきました。チェックインもチェックアウトもスマホでできてとても楽でした！目の前に24時間スーパーもあり便利でした。キッチンがついていて電子レンジが部屋にあるのはとても良いとおもいました。広さもちょうどよくベッドも快適でした。スイッチなど設備等に誇りが目立ったのでそこだけは少し気になりましたが全体的にすごく良かったです。パークまでも近くて助かりました！

Everything was good but our room was so small for us.

Modern spacious apartment, the biggest we’ve ever had in Tokyo. Excellent location with everything you need around. Short walk to kasai Station. The only problem is that they dont have enough storage space. we were there early around 10 am (before 3pm c/i time) and no space already.

4人で泊まるには少し狭い感じがありました。 セミダブルが2個だと思っていたらシングルが2個でした。ベッド以外はとても快適に過ごさせていただきました。また利用したいです！ 洗濯も出来、洗濯カゴも部屋にあったので助かりました。

The room itself was quite small, probably not the 25 square meters stated in the detailed description. The refrigerator was noisy, and the soundproofing was poor. There was a strange smell every time I returned to the room, and even opening the windows to ventilate didn't help. Perhaps the only positive point was the convenient transportation and living environment.

We are family of 4, was tight squeeze but was still comfortable enough for us. We had a 7 night stay, overall was very good but the Murphy bed and sofa bed were awful!! So hard it was difficult to sleep. And need better pillows and more of them! Regardless of these few things, I would still recommend Minn Kasai. Better for 3 people perhaps

So this place is really clean and had bath tubs like Japanese style and near bus station to go to Disney and train station. But one thing that we didn’t like was they had sensor lights in the kitchen and entrance area, so every time we roll in the bed at night it comes on. I child figure out how to stop that so we left bathroom door open to block that light and it kinda worked.

Love the location. The best sushi place “sushi ro” near by (excelente taste and good price). The hotel has comfortable, clean and small rooms. Very comfortable bathrooms with a tub. Appreciates the extra pillow and blanket under the extra bed. The only thing I found annoying is the sensor light in the room that turns on every time you move.

Compact but comfortable modern apartment/ room with small kitchen. Supermarket opposite and 50m to Kasai station. Only 100m to shuttle bus 7 to Disneyland / Disneysea (stop across main road next to station, 20 mins by bus, run frequently, 320yen). Would stay here again. Four people in room with lots of luggage would be cramped (3rd bed doubles as lounge and 4th folds down off wall above it)

Nice place to stay. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but also not the worst. Staff were friendly, but check in process was odd. I was not aware of the check in system because the introductory email did not arrive until a day after I checked in.

The area is conveniently located five minute walk from the train station or bus line. Area is very clean. Has a self block up for storage for Luggage if needed. Check in was very easy although they are very strict on no early check-in and no late checkout..it is a self check-in and Check-out only, only cleaning staff on site.

Lack of a person full time at the counter makes communication challenging. Asked to leave shortly after checkout time, where other hotels usually give a 15 min grace period. Receiving packages require much coordination and is hard compared to my experiences at APA hotels.

The check-in experience was difficult, especially for the first hotel. Check-in is done via a QR code and the reservation needed to be looked up using the confirmation number. Either Expedia sent us the wrong one or they had been sent the wrong one. It contained an extra "T_" at the beginning that should not have been there. That may seem like a small problem, but after 17 hours on planes and in airports, an hour in the subway at rush hour with luggage, and fighting to get a new Sim card to work it was frustrating. Especially because all it would have taken to correct would have been a person in the lobby. It was made worse because there was no alternate way to look up the reservation. The only other option was to completely rebook another room. Other check-in issues included having to do a video call on an iPad anyway. The speakers weren't easy to hear in a lobby that echoes. And the door keypad wasn't intuitive. You have to press and hold the bottom center before the keys will turn on. The room itself was nice. It was clean and tidy and nicely arranged. However, it was very small. The table in the room took up almost all of the walking space. There was not space for luggage in the room. We had to store it in the lobby. The bathroom was great. It was very clean and I was personally impressed with the toilet. I liked the shower but my traveling companion couldn't consistently get hot water (there's a button outside that needs to be pressed).

(Blue- T17) It may seem like a little ways off because it is near Chiba, but it is only 20min to Otemachi Station, which is right beside Tokyo Station, so great access to the Shinkansen as well!

ホテルは新しくて良かった。立地もいい。 しかしホテル側とのやりとりが基本ラインなどのチャットで、反応が遅いことが多い。 週一回の清掃も雑で、消耗品の補充などがされておらず、わざわざフロントまで行ってSKYPEで電話する羽目になった。

辦理入住系統容易錯，用商家提供平板反應有語言溝通的隔閡，房內消耗品不是一次性給足，需提前透過平板與飯店人員反應

Check in is through an iPad so beware. Other than that every thing else was great!

Right beside Kasai Station, so it is 20_30min to Tokyo Station. There are many affordabke Restaurants in the area, all 3 main Kombini's, Pachinko Hall. There are several playgrounds at nearby Parks, if you at travelling with kids. But do not wear white around dusk and on, as that is when the mosquitos come out to eat.

駐車場に若干の不安がありましたが近くに多くのコインパーキングが結構あり 金額も24時間1200円程度でした。 HOTELの向いにスーパー 5分位でコンビニ ドラッグストア とても便利 2泊でしたがとても快適ですごせました。 非の打ち所ありません。

客房乾淨&空間適中.附近有方便又舒服的超市.對面就一家24小時的方便超市.東西線20分鐘可到東京,對家庭客來說很適合. 只是完全為無人櫃台.在入住時有些許不安.安全和即時支援上不是很習慣.

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the hotel was conveniently located close to Kasai Station. The room was perfect for a family of four. The only drawback is that the nearby Tozai Line can get very crowded.

Minn Kasai was a great place to stay if you want to be away from the bustle of Shibuya and Ginza. Very close to supermarkets, transit, direct bus connection to Haneda. Also a great option for taking a quick 10 minute cab ride to Tokyo Disney. The kitchenette was also great for making small meals.

Super close to Kasai Station you can take a bus or a train in that same way, in this station you can take a direct bus to Disney and to the airport . It’s a awesome place
