Great location close to Kasai station. 7-eleven just across the street and several supermarkets close. Apartment with 2 double beds plus a bed sofa. The apartment was not 100% clean, the toilet smelled urine. I reported this and they cleaned it an extra time, the smell got better but was still there. Other than that this is a really great apartment for that price.

Amazing place super close to the 20-25 minute direct bus to Tokyo Disney resort ( bus SS07 or SD08 from Kasai 660 yen each way for an adult, kids half price). The place is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, WiFi was great. Steps away from several places to eats, 711, supermarkets, and a pachinko slots place! We will definitely be staying there again if we return to the area.

The property was what we would have expected in Japan. Good value. Good location. Easy to take local trains and buses. We also chose this location becuase the Haneda airport limousine bus drop off was nearby, and we also took the Narita airport limousine bus to Narita. The property seemed clean but the issue we had was that the room was pretty dusty. I have 2 kids with allergies to dust and it was very difficult for them to stay there for a week. I don't have a dust allergy so it would have been fine for me. supplies were minimal but enough to manage. For example, only enough plates/cups/utensils for 2 people.

ディズニーリゾート旅行時に家族５人で２泊利用しました。 家族構成は大人２人中学生１人、小学生１人、保育園児１人です。 ベッドはソファベッドも使用して快適に宿泊出来ました。 ２日間とも２２時過ぎの着。朝５時発のお風呂と寝るだけ利用でしたが、しっかり疲れが取れました。 他の方も書いていますが、チェックイン時は手順が多いので注意が必要です。 チェックアウト時の鍵の処理手順がフロントに記載が無いので戸惑いましたが、鍵ボックスに戻しておきました。 また利用したいと思います。
