I arrived at the property and the hotel staff checked me in. After I paid she said, oh by the way there is no hot water. I then ask for a kettle to boil water and she said they don’t have that. I can go to the kitchen to ask for hot water. I got on my phone and found another hotel. When I left the woman was surprised that I do not want to shower in cold water. I asked for the property to return my money, with the promise that they would. A month later nobody contacted me or give me a refund. If this was a cheap hotel I could make adjustments for that, but I paid more than €200. I will let everyone I know not to use this hotel ever!
