Cute boutique with restaurant on site. Hotel is in heart of old town but its still quiet and very safe to walk around and easy to take grab everywhere. We enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant and watched locals go on with their dairy lives. We also appreciated how helpful and kind all the staff were. The only thing did not like about hotel was no view, no windows or balcony from room but other then that enjoyed 4 days stay.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The staff was friendly, and it had a cute restaurant attached. It was in a great location in Old Town. They also gave you a welcome drink when you arrived, which was refreshing. What I did not like about the hotel: The room key is an actual key with a card attached. The card has to be inserted into the switch plate in the room for the lights and the AC to work. When you leave the room, you must bring the key. So, the AC is not on in your room all day. The last thing I wanted was to return to a hot room after walking around in the heat all day. It does take a while to cool down once the card is inserted. It is a little noisy because of the wooden doors and the openness of the floors. I was on the third floor and could look down to the ground floor. Also, the room has no phone to call the front desk. If you need something, you will have to go downstairs.

My parents stayed here 12 years ago, so when I was booking another trip this was a natural choice. Super friendly staff, clean rooms and convenient to everything in the old city. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 8 nights and had an amazing time. The staff here is amazing, my room was cleaned every single day and the location of the hotel is perfect for someone traveling there for the first time. Right across from a temple and in the middle where everything happens including Sunday night market. Even with everything going on outside, I found that it wasn’t too loud. Would definitely stay there again !

The 3 Sis hotel is in a great location. Our room was lovely and the bed and bedding very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Tine was very informative about sites to see and helping arrange for a ride to the airport. The gentleman who works at night was also friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 8 nights and had an amazing time. The staff here is amazing, my room was cleaned every single day and the location of the hotel is perfect for someone traveling there for the first time. Right across from a temple and in the middle where everything happens including Sunday night market. Even with everything going on outside, I found that it wasn’t too loud. Would definitely stay there again !

Cute boutique with restaurant on site. Hotel is in heart of old town but its still quiet and very safe to walk around and easy to take grab everywhere. We enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant and watched locals go on with their dairy lives. We also appreciated how helpful and kind all the staff were. The only thing did not like about hotel was no view, no windows or balcony from room but other then that enjoyed 4 days stay.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The staff was friendly, and it had a cute restaurant attached. It was in a great location in Old Town. They also gave you a welcome drink when you arrived, which was refreshing. What I did not like about the hotel: The room key is an actual key with a card attached. The card has to be inserted into the switch plate in the room for the lights and the AC to work. When you leave the room, you must bring the key. So, the AC is not on in your room all day. The last thing I wanted was to return to a hot room after walking around in the heat all day. It does take a while to cool down once the card is inserted. It is a little noisy because of the wooden doors and the openness of the floors. I was on the third floor and could look down to the ground floor. Also, the room has no phone to call the front desk. If you need something, you will have to go downstairs.

올드타운 내, 너무 좋은 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 무엇보다 시설이 정말 깨끗하고 쾌적하며(수압 짱쎔) 1층에 함께 운영중인 카페테리아도 훌륭합니다. 직원 분들이 영어도 아주 잘 하시고 너무너무 친절해서 편안하고 즐거운 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 올드타운에 방문한다면 무조건 the 3sis 호텔을 추천합니다.

La ubicación es lo mejor. No nos gustó que en lugar de recepción tienen una tienda de souvenirs y que te piden dejar un depósito en efectivo, mismo que no aceptamos.

Reasonable value for Chiang Mai - location was a highlight with the Sunday Night Market right outside the hotel and the surrounding streets. Nicely decorated hotel though ask for a room at the back away from the street front which can be very noisy early in the morning with rubbish trucks etc. Otherwise helpful staff and a safe / clean boutique hotel in a great part of the old town across from a temple.

The stay was one of the best in Thailand. So conveniently placed in the city, the 7/11 next door, the temple at the opposite of the street and for sure the nice rooms. The staff was amazing especially Ty was the sweetest ever and help us so generously with all our plans and schedules. Loved it.
