Very clean and comfortable rooms. Service staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. A pretty good breakfast spread which came with the room rate. Within walking distance to many good restaurants, cafes and spa. Only one small elevator/lift so had to wait or walk up 3 floors. We will be back to stay in the near future.

Quick fast, check in. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel room is clean, comfortable and cozy. Air purifier in the room was an added touch of customer service that’s very much appreciated. The gym was small but adequate for a workout. The restaurant servws a delicious breakfast buffet. The 24 hour snacks and drinks in the lobby were perfect to tame that grumbling stomach.

Family room of twin beds and a bunk bed is clean and comfortable. Sheets are clean, beds are comfy. Not much international tv channels, Netflix is chargeable. Tv settings are in Thai. This room on level 2 doesn’t come with a nice view though. The aircon made some noises after a while but we managed to work around it by turning it off and then on again after 3mins. Bath room has strong showers, no bath tub. But water from shower area will seep through the glass wall partition onto the toilet area. Location is fantastic. Breakfast is almost the same for the 4 days stay. Appreciate the freshly cooked eggs section. 24/7 lounge is great to access free bottled water, drinks and coffee. There are snacks, bread and fruits too, but measurements needed to ensure no flies find their way inside the food cover. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location near shopping malls and many restaurants. They also have a nice rooftop bar. Only disappointment was an error in Hotels.com listing about EV charging station. This location did not have charging available.

Location was perfect! So many things around to walk to and do. Close to night markets, spas and TONS of bars and restaurants. One of my favorite things is they provide complimentary snacks, water bottles and coffee/drinks in the lobby. Super convenient! Staff is super responsive and accommodating.

Close to Maya shopping center, local food, and weekend food market. Rooms were clean. Breakfast not as expansive as some hotels but still had a good variety. Coffee and snack station in lobby also nice. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel and this worked well. Easy to find local transportation right outside of the shopping center.

The sink and the shower in the bathroom have a serious leakage problem which cause quite a mess after we use it every time. Apart from this, the overall living experience is quite good and it's located very close to One Nimman and Maya shopping mall (approx. 2 mins and 5 mins walk).

배정받은 방에 나방파리? 날파리?가 수십마리가 있어서 잡다 잡다 안되서 말했더니 방은 바꿔줬습니다. 바꾼 방에선 화장실에서 물방울이 떨어졌는데 그것도 와서 고쳐주긴했지요.. 모두들 친절하고 조식도 괜찮았는데 방 청결이나 컨디션은 그닥입니다. 샤워기에 필터를 달았는데 다른 지방 3개월 쓴 정도색깔로 하루만에 바껴서 매일 필터를 갈았는데 마지막날에는 필터가 안변한게.. 아마 물탱크에 물이 더러운 상태였던거 같습니다. 원님만, 마야몰, white market 등 번화가와 가까워 젊은 부부나 연인이 오면 좋을거 같고 가족에게는 아주 좋은 조건은 아니었습니다. 호텔 전체적으로 나쁘다는 아니지만 기대에는 못미치는 숙박이었습니다.

Leider wurde unser Zimmer nicht jeden Tag ordentlich gereinigt. Die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt 😞 das war nicht sehr umweltfreundlich.

浴室設計非常奇怪, 因企在浴鋼裡洗澡時水流會一直流出到洗水間其他地方, 連坐廁下方或洗臉盤下方也有水, 必須用多條毛巾墊住, 很不衛生, 第二晚也不敢企着洗澡, 要坐在浴鋼中, 但水還是會流很多出去, 要就住沖快些, 很不爽, 除此之外, 其他所有的都十分之好, 無論房間, 位置等都好好, 下次有机會再入住的話會選擇其他類型的房間, 這次是入住最普通的雙床房, 浴室的浴鋼是特別升高了几级的, 要上几級摟梯仔的, 如果是頑皮的小孩或老人家必定要加培小心, 又濕又要上上落落洗澡好危險

the location is good. but other than that, nothing to shout about. requested for late checkout, they dont allow and ask us to pay additional night for a 30min extension. the front desk manager attitude was bad and even shout at us when they threw our food away on the lobby table there are better hotels around, and this will be my last time staying here in this hotel. the rest of the staffs are ok though, just the front desk manager attitude stinks

Every thing from the moment you walk in to this hotel is top notch. Tried for the first time last January and has been back 4 time. Reception- Friendly/Helpful Room- Clean/New Food- Buffet Breakfast is good House keeping- Friendly/Helpful/Clean In my opinion, for the price you are paying, you are getting a very good deal at Moose. Hotel is nice, staff is friendly, however they charge me 500bht for a small ketchup stain on the sheet that would easily come out after the launder for the next guest. They require a 500bht deposit (cash only) and seems like they will try and find any excuse to keep it. Other than that a nice place to stay.

房間相當舒適，早餐也可以吃三天還ok，隔音也好雖在航道下但飛機聲不明顯，衛浴稍遜色需在浴缸中沖澡，附近交通午後及晚上易堵車，有時短程app叫車司機不願意接單，適合喜歡待在飯店或步行逛街的人。

We had been informed that breakfast would be served, but when we arrived at 8am, there was nothing available. Our kids were saddened by the absence of a swimming pool. The room itself was good.
