The hotel is very easily accessible from the road and had lots of parking. Rochelle at the front was really great and very kind and helpful. Our room was very nice and very clean and we will definitely be back.

I arrived on Christmas Day and it was a very pleasant experience with Aaron at the front desk. He was very helpful in helping me find restaurants nearby that would possibly be open on a holiday like Christmas. The hotel is brand new and everything was great. The pet fee was MAX $50 for the entire stay compared to most hotels nearby are normally $25 dollars a NIGHT MINIMUM. The other staff members at the front desk were friendly and seeking to go above and beyond with the experience. Their lobby is spacious with lots of comfortable seating for me to do any work in private. My little brother got to use the gym one of the nights and he said it was awesome. I will for sure be coming back to this hotel again.

This Hampton Inn is on the East side of Colorado Springs, but worth it if you are out that way. It was a very clean and fresh room and the bathroom was great! The staff was wonderful and it was very easy to check in. The parking lot can get a little tight, but not bad. Also, there are several places to eat within walking distance in the strip mall area and across the street. Highly recommended.

The man checking us in was so kind and thoughtful. We had a huge travel day and he was especially kind to our tired kiddo, a treasure box choice and snack assortment were given to him. Breakfast was great, the pool was super clean and quiet. Great workout room also.

Very new hotel. It was a very nice stay. Only thing was the mattresses were very hard. I had a hard time falling asleep and my hip and back hurt the next day. Ther than that it was a nice hotel.

This hotel was very clean and modern. The fitness room was nice, spacious, and had a variety of workout equipment. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of great places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Our room seemed to have been only slightly cleaned as there were make-up remnants from the previous guest on the bath counters and the bathroom floor. And even though it is pretty new, there were stains on the carpet like gum was stuck in it. Yuck

Bathroom ventilation was loud and not controllable in room. Room bathroom was not clean at all. Toothpaste on mirror, counter had bar of soap residue. Had a frig, but did not keep drinks cold. Will not revisit.

It was great. Got to our room and looked out the window to see 3 horses grazing on the side of a hill. So relaxing. Desk attendant was extremely nice and helpful. She explained how to get points on our next stay.

We reserved 2 rooms which were bright and quiet, but not completely cleaned since someone left a hair tie and a pill on the nightstand. I know the staff works hard and it was probably just missed on their last pass.The breakfast room could have used a 2nd trashcan since the one they had was overflowing.Our beds were firm and there were plenty of pillows so we had a good night's sleep and that's all we really needed.

The sliding door for the bathroom is dangerous. The stainless steel door handles can pinch your fingers when closing the door.

The stay was a good one. The mattress were actually pretty good. But the staff went above and beyond when I had to check out early for a family emergency. They contacted Expedia on my behalf to see about a partial refund. The staff also gave me and my family water bottles for the trip home. They didn’t have to care that much or at all but they did because they are good people.

We had an issue the last day with the door key did not work, no one on site knew how to jimmy the lock. It caused about 45 min delay leaving for the airport. The staff was very engaged with the problem and worked hard to resolve.

Really nice hotel in that fabulous location. The employees are great. Every person that we met that worked for the hotel was just friendly and wonderful and efficient. We travel a lot and I will definitely come back to this particular property.

We were disappointed our room was not serviced on our third day of our stay. I did mention it to the supervisor at the main desk and she was very responsive and apologetic but I believe the trash should at least be picked up. In addition the breakfast quality was way below other Hamptons we visit.

A very clean hotel stay! The front desk staff was excellent with check in. They provided info on dinning areas. The breakfast was good! A shout out to Dee! who over saw the kitchen for breakfast was always making sure there was enough food and kept the area clean! Very courteous and helpful!
