My only con: The back entrance door wasn't secured. People could walk in with or without a key card. No lights in the side of building. Which is an exit/entrance. Staff very accommodating. Front lobby very inviting and decorative.

I WONT be staying in that place again.. The staff was friendly, but the overall hotel was crap! it stunk the moment i walked into the lobby, after getting to the rooms, opening the doors it was disgusting smell. you could tell people smoked in those rooms. i got two rooms and they both were bad, one was not as bad as the other but was still bad! I went to get vending, i either had to use my card or told go across the street to the gas station, i asked about ice, from the ice machine again i was told i would have to go to the gas station across the street. NOT 1 working ice machine! i took pictures of the rooms just so i wouldn't get charged for damages as one room had damage the moment we walked into it. Oh and the side door wouldn't even lock! so much for secure building! I have stayed in WAY WAY better hotels for $86!!! this was a $25 room at best. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable , every movement i made woke my 10 year old son up it was stupid! and pissed me off that in todays world you couldn't have decent beds! working ice machines! oh and the indoor pool out of order! ----- BE WARNED do not stay here.!!! do yourself a favor spend an extra 20 bucks and get the hotels north or south of this place. I wont be staying there again.. i feel sorry for the staff that have to deal with this, the owner should be ashamed!

The reviews online on different sites were hit or miss, but this hotel was actually great. The pool was currently emptied but was told another hotel close by had an agreement for use. We decided we didn’t want to walk over since it was cold outside! The hotel was quiet, the staff was personable, friendly, and polite, and breakfast was perfectly easy for us and the kids. The water and other “available all day” amenities were a nice touch. The curtains in our room had some stains on them, but that was the only thing off with “cleanliness” we noticed. Nothing that won’t bring us back on our next trip out this way! Overall the price and hotel were perfect!

Don't get a room from this location. Short of a room with two beds and a bathroom, the rest was shocking. There were black stains on the sheets and bedspread. There were three people in this room, my husband, granddaughter, and myself. We had to share a bath towel. There was only one. Our refrigerator leaked. The shower didn't work. The hotel pool hasn't worked in months. We were told to go next door to the other hotel(Holiday Inn) to swim. Come to find out by that hotel it's not allowed. I had a very sad little girl. Bugs in room.

The staff was amazing. They made me feel safe while there with my son. I honestly thought it was a good value for the money. The pool was closed, which was disappointing, however, it didn't make or break the trip.

made the reservation many moons ago because of graduation weekend. called to verify facilities especially the pool and spa. upon arrival no water in either and informed by staff that the parts were used on the next door hotel. ice was only available on the 3rd floor of the other hotel next door.this location is in process of shutting down and should be avoided at all costs. owners fault NOT the staff, they did their best

Employees were smoking in door way when we arrived, ice machine and pool and hot tub were broke and shut down, and most disgustingly was the sheets on the bed were stained and discolored so we complained about them so the employee gave a new set of sheets so had to remake the bed and the new sheets were worse then the first set… so we were supposed to stay 5 nights we left after the 1 and requested a refund so we could go somewhere else because it was so horrible and not what was advertised!

Staff wasn’t very friendly, we were only there 2 days and on the night of day one we asked for more toilet paper because we didn’t have any and staff acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. There were cockroaches in our room. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Horrible. No signage, hard to find. Holes in the wall. Dirty shower. Gaps on doors, can see into the hallway. Mold in the iron, stained my suit. Horrible customer service, not friendly at all. Coffee, cereal, toast, thats it. Absolutely terrible. Do not stay here!!!! Everything is dirty and disgusting

I really enjoyed this hotel. The only issue was the Wi-Fi. If you have a job that requires data transfer or uploads this won’t work. I was able to connect for emails and such though. Overall clean and great for the price.

No elevator!!! The bathroom door doesn't shut!!! Rude staff!!! No room service, to replace towels, and clean room. When asked, I was told "we don't have room service today!!!" We checked out early and went next door to the Holiday Inn. We let our relatives know, to tell everyone they know, that this motel SUCKS!!!!

Lots of dead bugs in the room. No hot water!!! I paid on the Expedia app and had to hassle with the staff over payment. They were going to charge me again and when I showed them the receipt they acted like they were doing me a huge favor to not charge me for the room!!!!

I have stayed here many times and I am really hoping this was a one off as it was a very bad experience. The person checking us in was very rude. The ice machine was broken had to go across to another hotel to get ice. Breakfast was very lacking. Because I have had so many positive stays I will give them another chance but this one was definitely not good at all.

Great price and location! Fast and easy check in! The room was alright especially for its price can’t complain too much… but it did have a bit of a muggy old smell to it. It would have been perfect other than that. But overall good experience. If I was in a pinch again I would choose this place.

People were running down the hall all night. Yelling and screaming. My room was 2 doors down from lobby so I know the night supervisor had to have heard all this noise but did nothing to curtail it. I would have called the front desk but I felt unsafe as the main noise was coming from the hall and rooms in my direct area. Would not stay here again.

Great price and location! Fast and easy check in! The room was alright especially for its price can’t complain too much… but it did have a bit of a muggy old smell to it. It would have been perfect other than that. But overall good experience. If I was in a pinch again I would choose this place.

Great local right off from the bypass. Near many food options and other high in hotels. Big open parking lot, easy to acess and right infront of the entrance doors. Very well lighted and felt safe even unloading children in the dark.

Property needs a lot of update, dead bug in hallway, big spider in our room, shower was grungy, bathroom door wouldnt open all way. U r close to restaurants, and convenient to get to.

Breakfast was basic but my kids loved it . Staff was nice upon check in . The bed was comfy and the price for what we got was fantastic! Would stay again.

I have stayed here many times and I am really hoping this was a one off as it was a very bad experience. The person checking us in was very rude. The ice machine was broken had to go across to another hotel to get ice. Breakfast was very lacking. Because I have had so many positive stays I will give them another chance but this one was definitely not good at all.

The reviews online on different sites were hit or miss, but this hotel was actually great. The pool was currently emptied but was told another hotel close by had an agreement for use. We decided we didn’t want to walk over since it was cold outside! The hotel was quiet, the staff was personable, friendly, and polite, and breakfast was perfectly easy for us and the kids. The water and other “available all day” amenities were a nice touch. The curtains in our room had some stains on them, but that was the only thing off with “cleanliness” we noticed. Nothing that won’t bring us back on our next trip out this way! Overall the price and hotel were perfect!

There was no breakfast. No coffee and no one present to talk to. When checking in the lady working couldn’t get off the phone to check us in. Acted like we were inconveniencing her. Ice machine was broken.

Horrible. No signage, hard to find. Holes in the wall. Dirty shower. Gaps on doors, can see into the hallway. Mold in the iron, stained my suit. Horrible customer service, not friendly at all. Coffee, cereal, toast, thats it. Absolutely terrible. Do not stay here!!!! Everything is dirty and disgusting

The room itself was clean and well kept. The outside and hallways look a little worn, but only the room mattered to me and it was perfectly fine and at half the cost of other hotels in the area.. most importantly, I got a very good nights sleep

I noticed several issues within the room. Price for room wasn't to bad. 1. Toilet was an oblong toilet put they had a ROUND toilet seat on it. Seat did not cover the whole toilet. 2. Vent above toilet was not securely mounted. The front side was hanging down @ 1/2" to 1" compared to back. 3. Shower curtain would not stay against the wall. The curtain rod was not straight letting curtain slide away form walls. 4. I had to move bed side table on the right side of bed so I could plug in my CPAP machine. Found the outlet cover was broken 5. Instead of removing the old telephones from the rooms they placed them in the drawer in the side table. 6. Swimming pool was closed and posted OUT OF ORDER. From my understanding and looking at other reviews its been out of order for several months. If they are going to leave it out of service it needs to be taken off of the amenities. (Wheelchair-accessible pool) 7. Also noticed the floor was slopping a little on the right side of the bed. I do wish that the rooms were a little more updated. Rooms did not have lamps to plug in cell phones or other electronics.
