Great location and we stayed at the first floor, but the city on the hill, so the city view was pretty good. The room is spacious. No body speaks english and every time when you leave the hotel you need to hand the room key to the front dest. No kettle in the room, so you have to go to lobby to get hot water for your tea. Breakfast buffet was decent, but they are not allowed to bring anything back to the room.

A experiência no hotel Mont Blanc foi considerada insatisfatória porque, apesar dos inúmeros itens positivos: quarto com bastante espaço, limpeza, chuveiro bom, café da manhã completo e atendimento cordial, o item negativo : colchão em condições tais que impedem qualquer descanso, inviabiliza que a hospedagem seja repetida neste local em outra ocasião. Ocupamos o quarto 201 e não tenho como saber se os colchões nos demais quartos encontram-se no mesmo estado. No nosso quarto o colchão estava completamente afundado no centro. Foi impossível dormir! A diária cobrada, com impostos, foi de R$ 585,00, valor considerável, portanto. A revisão de colchões, travesseiros, lençóis e toalhas deveria ser feita com baixa periodicidade para que a diária, neste patamar, pudesse ser estipulada. Na minha avaliação este cuidado viria à frente de todos os demais.
