The hotel is nice, cozy, clean, well maintained. Nice food, great staff… pools are great! A few points worth mentioning: the sound proofing is not ideal, if people are talking louder or making noise, you can hear it a lot, especially at late hours. Food is great, buffet is great, but the choices dont change. We were there 9 nights, everyday is the same choice. The choice is BIG, but again, the same. The position of the hotel is at a bottom of the hill and when the air is “heavy”, its hard to escape it, no wind to make it easier.

Foi incrível desde a recepção até a limpeza, funcionários extremamente educados e café da manhã condizente, o carro é estacionado na rua, mas como está localizado em um bairro mega tranquilo e é fácil encontrar lugar, não tem problema nenhum. A localização é excelente para quem está de carro pois dá para ir para o centro ou para as praias próximas com tranquilidade (média de 20 min para cada trecho).

Hôtel situé dans un coin résidentiel et calme aux portes de Palma. Hôtel a taille humaine situé sur 2 sites (« adult only » et familial) distants de quelques centaines de mètres. Possibilité d’utiliser les installations des 2 sites pour les résidents de la partie « adult only ». Jolie plage à proximité de l’hôtel. Possibilité d’atteindre la Marina de Portals par le sentier côtier. Le soir en revanche, il est préférable d’avoir un véhicule pour sortir.

It’s good. We wood go back. Staff are helpful and friendly. Food is good. Drinks prices are reasonable. Disappointed there was no gym and the pools are small. To be fair the hotel’s own website does not mention a gym. But Expedia do (they are wrong).

The rooms were not in great condition, when upstairs Neighbour showered the water came trough the ceiling to the room i was staying in (1215) and there were clear signs of mold in the ceiling. Cold in the rooms aswell and no duvets, just a sheet as blanket. Tried to turn the heat on but didn’t work. The lights outside on the balcony also stays on during the night which can’t be turned off and they are pretty strong. They claim to have soundproof rooms but they are not. You can hear people chatting, walking, playing music etc constantly. Pools were much smaller than anticipated and hard to find a sunlounger. There is a construction site right next door to the hotel so be aware. Breakfast was great, but this hotel is not worth the money.

Wonderful peaceful hotel. Small lagoon beach a 3 minute walk away. Palma Nova beach area a 25 min bus ride or 11 min taxi. The room was decently sized and had comfortable beds. Breakfast had enough variety of options. The ac in the room was weak but after awhile it worked. Staff was very kind. Would recommend for a peaceful get away. The pools were never over crowded and you didn't have to fight for deck chairs.

The hotel says it has double beds but it doesn't. They have twin beds put next to each other. The night manager was great but couldn't help. The day manager didn't speak with us or try to resolve the issue instead a very unhelpful receptionist told me I would have to pay more if I wanted a double bed. The hotel also claims to have parking but it doesn't. If you want to park your car you have to use street parking and if it's full you have to drive around looking for parking. During the day all you can hear is the construction site opposite. The spa is disappointing, steam and sauna turned off and no one in attendance.

Dejligt sted. Virkelig sødt personale. Pænt og rent. Ligger i dejlig rolige omgivelser. Eneste minus var, at der er meget lydt.

Hôtel récent, moderne, toutes les chambres ont une vue partielle sur la mer. Le personnel est agréable. A 30 secondes à pied d’une petite plage, calme. La qualité du petit déjeuner n’est pas bonne. Pas de chambres et espaces non fumeurs, impossible de profiter de la terrasse ni même d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans que ça sente mauvais. A la piscine, le personnel ne dit rien aux fumeurs alors qu’il y a bien la pancarte interdisant de fumer. Le linge de bain est un peu vieux et manque au moins une serviette par personne pour être confortable. Besoin d’une voiture car beaucoup de collines.

Das Hotel ist ok. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer geht so. Die Dusche war von Anfang an voller Kalk und Wasserflecken. Dies blieb die ganze Woche so, ob also geputzt wurde, ist mir nicht klar. Auch der Boden wurde nicht erkennbar gereinigt, aber es liegt in der Nähe eines wunderschönen Strand, also kann man über den Sand am Boden hinweg schauen, auch weiss isch, dass die Mitarbeitenden für die Zimmerreinigung mur sehr wenig Zeit haben und trotzdem… Bett ok. Der Swimmuppool schien mir auf den Fotos ein wenig grösser, auch hier muss ich sagen, liess die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Umgebung ist ok, nicht mit viel liebe gehegt. Wenig bepflanzte Flächen. Die Angestellten des Frühstücksbüffets waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Essen gut.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien il est proche d'une belle plage et à quelques minutes de stations de bus. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et tes bon, les lits sont confortables. Cependant, la prestation de nettoyage laisse à désirer ... Les draps ne sont pas changés, le sol n'est pas balayé, les poubelles ne sont pas systématiquement vidées

Positiv: Hotel nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von Palma entfernt, Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl, bequeme Betten, der tolle Meerblick vom Zimmer Negativ: der größte Negativpunkt war mit Sicherheit die Hellhörigkeit und schlechte Isolierung der Zimmer(man konnte alle Gespräche von den Nachbarn mitanhören, jeden Schritt aus dem Stock darüber bzw. den Fernseher, wer einen leichten Schalf hat ist hier wohl fehl am Platz) kein 4* Standard (Bilder auf Google & Booking entsprechen nicht der Realität), absolut keine Ablagemöglichkeit und Stauraum für Sachen, kein Schrank im Zimmer! (mussten aus dem Koffer leben), in der Nähe gab es keinen Supermarkt und die Wege zu Fuß sind sehr mühsam da das Hotel auf einen steilen Abhang liegt, der Föhn funktionierte nicht und das Wasser ging bei der Anreise nicht so dass wir nicht einmal Hände waschen konnten, lange Wartezeiten auf das Zimmer (bekamen dieses erst nach 15 Uhr)

Hôtel récent, moderne, toutes les chambres ont une vue partielle sur la mer. Le personnel est agréable. A 30 secondes à pied d’une petite plage, calme. La qualité du petit déjeuner n’est pas bonne. Pas de chambres et espaces non fumeurs, impossible de profiter de la terrasse ni même d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans que ça sente mauvais. A la piscine, le personnel ne dit rien aux fumeurs alors qu’il y a bien la pancarte interdisant de fumer. Le linge de bain est un peu vieux et manque au moins une serviette par personne pour être confortable. Besoin d’une voiture car beaucoup de collines.

The rooms were not in great condition, when upstairs Neighbour showered the water came trough the ceiling to the room i was staying in (1215) and there were clear signs of mold in the ceiling. Cold in the rooms aswell and no duvets, just a sheet as blanket. Tried to turn the heat on but didn’t work. The lights outside on the balcony also stays on during the night which can’t be turned off and they are pretty strong. They claim to have soundproof rooms but they are not. You can hear people chatting, walking, playing music etc constantly. Pools were much smaller than anticipated and hard to find a sunlounger. There is a construction site right next door to the hotel so be aware. Breakfast was great, but this hotel is not worth the money.

Wonderful peaceful hotel. Small lagoon beach a 3 minute walk away. Palma Nova beach area a 25 min bus ride or 11 min taxi. The room was decently sized and had comfortable beds. Breakfast had enough variety of options. The ac in the room was weak but after awhile it worked. Staff was very kind. Would recommend for a peaceful get away. The pools were never over crowded and you didn't have to fight for deck chairs.

Super place with great breakfast. Close to Portal Nous which is nice. The pools were quite cold in may. Beds were a bit to hard. The hotel is made of thin walls which gives a loud noice level.

The hotel says it has double beds but it doesn't. They have twin beds put next to each other. The night manager was great but couldn't help. The day manager didn't speak with us or try to resolve the issue instead a very unhelpful receptionist told me I would have to pay more if I wanted a double bed. The hotel also claims to have parking but it doesn't. If you want to park your car you have to use street parking and if it's full you have to drive around looking for parking. During the day all you can hear is the construction site opposite. The spa is disappointing, steam and sauna turned off and no one in attendance.

The whole hotel smells amazing (I would buy the scent if it was available), check in was very quick and easy, staff helped with our cases and took us to the room - we were in our room probably 15 minutes after arriving. This was my second time staying in room 3111, an amazing room with a large terrace and hot tub, a separate living room area and large bathroom area. A great room for couples. We took the half board package with a buffet breakfast which was always good. The dinners were smaller (a lot less people taking that option) so the buffet was much smaller, but with a chef options to order and a few other side options - a great idea as there would be much less food waste that way. All hotel staff we met were brilliant - friendly, efficient, helpful - they are all 10/10. I would recommend the hotel and the room I stayed in - I definitely intend to visit again.

Positiv: Hotel nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von Palma entfernt, Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl, bequeme Betten, der tolle Meerblick vom Zimmer Negativ: der größte Negativpunkt war mit Sicherheit die Hellhörigkeit und schlechte Isolierung der Zimmer(man konnte alle Gespräche von den Nachbarn mitanhören, jeden Schritt aus dem Stock darüber bzw. den Fernseher, wer einen leichten Schalf hat ist hier wohl fehl am Platz) kein 4* Standard (Bilder auf Google & Booking entsprechen nicht der Realität), absolut keine Ablagemöglichkeit und Stauraum für Sachen, kein Schrank im Zimmer! (mussten aus dem Koffer leben), in der Nähe gab es keinen Supermarkt und die Wege zu Fuß sind sehr mühsam da das Hotel auf einen steilen Abhang liegt, der Föhn funktionierte nicht und das Wasser ging bei der Anreise nicht so dass wir nicht einmal Hände waschen konnten, lange Wartezeiten auf das Zimmer (bekamen dieses erst nach 15 Uhr)

Das Hotel selbst hat mich sehr positiv überrascht! Aus mehrere Ebenen aufgeteilt und vor allem die Gold Section waren sehr gut. Leider hatte das Personal am Empfang Schwierigkeiten mit der englischen Sprache, sodass beim Ein-, als auch Auschecken sich dies mit mehreren genervten Gästen aufgrund Wartezeit und Aufwand widerspielgelte. Auch sind die Türen am Empfang anno 1980 und sollen durch automatische Schiebetüren ersetzt werden. Trotzdem alles in allem werden wir wieder dort einchecken. Frühstück top!

It’s a steep uphill trek lasting at least 10 minutes from hotel to the restaurants, Supermarket, convenience stores and shops. I’ve stayed here in 2022 and 2024; the hotel needs its own shop selling water, soft drinks, snacks and toiletries. It’s so far to walk to the portals nous town centre. The breakfast is superb. The staff warm and welcoming. It’s a relaxed pseudo spa hotel but I’ve never heard anyone who had had a massage. It needs a gym and I think a jacuzzi spa whirlpool for guests would be good ( the “gold” level has this which is a higher price point. The hotel pool and decking with copious trees and plants reminds me of New Zealand. This area and hotel is NOT a party spot so if your idea of a holiday is to get wasted in the company of English football fans and stagger back at 2am waking up the other guests, then this is not for you. You’d prefer Magaluf.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It’s nice, very basic 4* hotel. Location is middle of nowhere and you definitely have to load 1Taxi! -application to your phone if you don’t have a car. Hotel staff can call you a taxi (takes normally 20-45min) but with applications its so much faster (takes max 10min) even they use the same service. I read about noise from the previous reviews, but there wasn’t any noise problem during our stay 18-23.8.

Hôtel situé dans un coin résidentiel et calme aux portes de Palma. Hôtel a taille humaine situé sur 2 sites (« adult only » et familial) distants de quelques centaines de mètres. Possibilité d’utiliser les installations des 2 sites pour les résidents de la partie « adult only ». Jolie plage à proximité de l’hôtel. Possibilité d’atteindre la Marina de Portals par le sentier côtier. Le soir en revanche, il est préférable d’avoir un véhicule pour sortir.

My room was beautiful - I wanted some peace and quiet so having the large terrace and hot tub was perfect. It looks out over the pools but was far enough away to be private. The breakfast and dinner options were lovely - the bar staff were brilliant and attentive. The hotel is in a quiet area - the local town area is lovely but up a steep hill. The little cove beach area was beautiful. I wouldn’t want a room looking over the road (lots of building work going on, although none of it is loud or intrusive). It’s a really quiet place, no loud music round the pools, it’s perfect for a chilled break in the sun. I would definitely go back to stay in the main suite - it was just what I wanted.

The hotel is nice, cozy, clean, well maintained. Nice food, great staff… pools are great! A few points worth mentioning: the sound proofing is not ideal, if people are talking louder or making noise, you can hear it a lot, especially at late hours. Food is great, buffet is great, but the choices dont change. We were there 9 nights, everyday is the same choice. The choice is BIG, but again, the same. The position of the hotel is at a bottom of the hill and when the air is “heavy”, its hard to escape it, no wind to make it easier.

Hôtel récent, moderne, toutes les chambres ont une vue partielle sur la mer. Le personnel est agréable. A 30 secondes à pied d’une petite plage, calme. La qualité du petit déjeuner n’est pas bonne. Pas de chambres et espaces non fumeurs, impossible de profiter de la terrasse ni même d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans que ça sente mauvais. A la piscine, le personnel ne dit rien aux fumeurs alors qu’il y a bien la pancarte interdisant de fumer. Le linge de bain est un peu vieux et manque au moins une serviette par personne pour être confortable. Besoin d’une voiture car beaucoup de collines.

Wonderful peaceful hotel. Small lagoon beach a 3 minute walk away. Palma Nova beach area a 25 min bus ride or 11 min taxi. The room was decently sized and had comfortable beds. Breakfast had enough variety of options. The ac in the room was weak but after awhile it worked. Staff was very kind. Would recommend for a peaceful get away. The pools were never over crowded and you didn't have to fight for deck chairs.

Super place with great breakfast. Close to Portal Nous which is nice. The pools were quite cold in may. Beds were a bit to hard. The hotel is made of thin walls which gives a loud noice level.

There was a building being constructed next to our balcony. To eat somewhere else you need a car, the food in the hotel was expensive. The only positive thing was the beach close to the hotel.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was welcomed with such warm, positive, and friendly energy that it instantly set the tone for a beautiful stay. The whole hotel smells amazing (I would buy the scent if it was available), check in was very quick and easy, staff helped with our cases and took us to the room - we were in our room probably 15 minutes after arriving. This was my second time staying in room 3111, an amazing room with a large terrace and hot tub, a separate living room area and large bathroom area. A great room for couples. We took the half board package with a buffet breakfast which was always good. The dinners were smaller (a lot less people taking that option) so the buffet was much smaller, but with a chef options to order and a few other side options - a great idea as there would be much less food waste that way. All hotel staff we met were brilliant - friendly, efficient, helpful - they are all 10/10. I would recommend the hotel and the room I stayed in - I definitely intend to visit again.

The staff were excellent, friendly and professional and very helpful. A real credit to the hotel. The pool areas are great, we spent a lot of time here and there were plenty of sunloungers and it was peaceful and relaxed. The beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill and is fantastic. A quiet cove that we swam in every day, with a beach bar that gives it a bit of a vibe too. The beach is a big selling point and if you want a relaxed and exclusive feel then this is well worth a look. The rooms are slightly small. We definitely would have preferred more space. There's no gym/fitness center at the hotel. We booked it expecting there to be but assume it is being refurbed. Breakfast is really good with a wide selection and omelettes cooked fresh. It is around a 15 minute walk to Portals Nous with upscale places to eat in the marina, and more affordable in the town center. Over all a really nice stay and we would recommend the hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, nahe einer kleinen, wunderschönen Badebucht mit Strandbar. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick. Die Pools waren auch sehr schön, man muss allerdings schon früh da sein, um eine Liege zu bekommen. Das Frühstück war perfekt und der Service sehr gut. Beim Check In habe ich mich etwas unwohl gefühlt. Durch Flugverspätung bin ich erst gegen 23 Uhr angekommen, Die Dame an der Rezeption war etwas genervt, hatte ich so wahrgenommen. Hätte mir gewünscht, ein Getränk (Wasser) angeboten zu bekommen, weil ich so spät nichts mehr kaufen konnte. Was noch negativ gewesen ist, war der Lärmpegel. Ich hatte mir diesmal ein Hotel in ruhiger Lage ausgesucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, Nachts hört man jeden Schritt im Gang und am Pool konnte man auch keine Ruhe genießen. Trotz der Entfernung zur Partymeile waren viele Jugendliche im Hotel, die sich lautstark am Pool unterhalten haben. Aber vielleicht hatte ich auch einfach nur Pech, bin nur 3 Nächte dort gewesen. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Kurzurlaub in einem wunderschönen, sauberen Hotel. Man kommt zu Fuß auch noch zu einem anderen wundervollen Strand, neben dem Hafen Puerto Portals.
