A really lovely boutique hotel in a great area of Athens. Excellent facilities in the rooms - a full size kettle was a brilliant surprise - and nice to have little treats in reception. The only thing that wasn’t great was there was no bar and that breakfast on the roof is a great idea, unless it’s raining!

The hotel is a great place for those who want to be centrally located to exploring the Greek capital and the archaeological sites. It is 2 blocks to the main pedestrian street Ermou, with many shops and restaurants. Good breakfast and stunning views of the Acropolis from the rooftop. I had an really excellent stay.

Good location,enjoyed the breakfast. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great view of Acropolis from Rooftop bar, that area closes at 11pm. Would’ve been nice to have access there later.

The room makeover was poor. The cleaning and replenishment of cold / hot drinks was omitted, as were a supply of towels and bathroom amenities. The bedroom could have cleaner, especially underneath and around the bedding area! Enjoyed the health and spa facility, and roof top terrance, and in general staff were attentive.

We made our reservation as a group of seven. We read the reviews and agreed on this hotel because the buffet breakfast was so good. Five days before our vacation, we were told the hotel was undergoing emergency renovations and that we could get breakfast at the bakery across the street. When we objected, they told us we could go to a sister hotel 10 minutes away. When we checked in on our vacation, we discovered the entire hotel was undergoing renovations. The elevators weren't working, and we experienced internet and power outages. Room cards kept breaking, requiring us to go to reception. We think the hotel is being deliberately marketed while it's undergoing renovations. Our only satisfaction was the hotel's location.

Great hotel, with awesome service. After a week long cruise, this was the perfect place to stay. So relaxing, and a great rooftop patio.

The staff were very friendly. It can get quite noisy at night. So having a room on the top floor was great. Unfortunately the bar on the roof terrace was not open and make sure you book for the sauna early as it is quite small. It’s a perfect location to visit Athens.

The hotel was overall good; however, I would no way rate it 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 or 3 at best. One night I came late and I could open the main door with my card but there was no one at the reception for a pretty long while. The Spa was always booked and hard to get a time for it. The rooftop which indeed had a very nice view was nice but the bar, as shown in the photo, was not operational and no food or drinks were served there. The room was pretty small but modern enough. The shower was warm and nice and overall clean. The breakfast was served in the reception area which was very strange and had a very limited menu. Also the area to pick up what you want were pretty small so you needed to wait a bit to get to what you need.

Overall the room was fine but the staff was beyond unfriendly. They would not smile, not be attentive to needs, and would smirk at you if you could not open the door into the hotel, which was always locked. Unbelievable. The rooms were not very clean but considering the price I understand. Will not recommend this stay to anyone.

Temiz, düzenli odalar güleryüzlü personel ve harika konum nedeniyle ikinci kere tercih ettik, teşekkürler, suit odaları 3 kişi için gayet yeterli, üçüncü bir yatak vardı, seyyar yatak koymadıkları için gayet konforlu idi..

L’hôtel est bien situé pour être au centre de la vie à Athènes. Cependant, la gentillesse du personnel ne peut pas palier au manque de propreté et de l’insonorisation absente des fenêtres. Il y a des taches sur les buts et de l’accumulation importante de poussière au bas des murs. Des bouchons sont offerts pour dormir tant que les fenêtres ne coupent aucun son extérieur. Nous avions l’impression de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes dans ce quartier très animé.

Ottima posizione che consente di non avere bisogno di mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse di Atene. Le camere e i bagni sono spaziosi e ben arredati. La colazione è davvero di scarso livello. La pulizia appena discreta.

We had high hopes for Lekka Hotel, especially given the modern look of the rooms, but unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing. While the room appeared stylish at first glance, it felt unclean and poorly maintained, which made it hard to relax. We had specifically requested a crib for our baby, but were given a single bed instead, which was not only unsafe but took up the little space we had — leaving nowhere to even open our luggage comfortably. The breakfast was by far the worst part. The options were extremely limited, the quality was poor, and nothing seemed fresh or appetizing. What made it worse was the lack of care from the staff — our concerns were met with indifference, and there was no effort to improve the situation or even apologize. This stay did not live up to expectations, and we sadly would not recommend Lekka Hotel, especially for families or travelers looking for comfort and basic hospitality.

Double room is very small but you have all you need inside, cofee machine, kettle and mini bar. The family room is much more bigger and also you have all you need inside. The rooms is very clean and room service is daily.

I arrived at 1 am, The room that they gave me had a window giving to the corridor without any kind of natural light coming from the window, when I asked to change. They made the history of life by keeping me waiting for 3 hours until 4 am in order to change the room which was not even better than the first one! As a gold member of hotels.com I normally have the right for free upgrade when available but the poor receptionist couldn’t even contact the manager to get approval. After long wait the room that they gave me was even worse! White blanket with red blood marks on it, toilet door that never closes! Toilet hangers that only fall by touching, disaster. And the breakfast I recommend hughly to have it somewhere else outside than in the hotel as it’s super basic 3€ breakfast

Great location in the center of downtown Athens. Easy to arrive by taxi from the airport, and there are tons of restaurants, shops and attractions in walking distance. The staff were all kind and very helpful. The rooftop bar is wonderful with amazing view of Acropoli, and breakfast was served there. The room was small but clean and with large comfortable bed. The only inconvenience was the bathroom - the door was made by translucent glass and did not close well, and it didn’t properly keep privacy. We had to put a bed sheet to cover it. Otherwise, it is a wonderful hotel!

First, the family room, designed for 3-4 people, has a GLASS BATHROOM DOOR. The room is so small one can see the activity on the toilet from basically everywhere in the room. I cannot fathom this design choice. Reason by itself to shun this hotel. But if you are ok with fixing this absurdity with a sheet hung over the door (which, to be fair, was delivered promptly), still can't recommend. We picked this hotel for three reasons: 1) family room that would hold 4; 2) location; and 3) roof-top bar. 1) The "family room" with a queen and bunk beds evidently has that configuration because it is too small for a typical double queen. No closet, no shelves, and nowhere to sit except the bed. It was chaos even after 36 hours. And, see above bathroom issue. 2) Location is indeed a ~10 minute walk to lots of things. But we came to tourist and eat Greek food, not partake in Mexican(!) food or shopping at H&M that's in the immediate area. We were basically 4-6 charmless blocks further away from everything than when we stayed about a half mile south at the edge of the Plaka. 3) The roof-top bar is west-facing and has no shade, making it basically useless in the summer for sunset. Breakfast was decent, but questionable without cooling in the 80 degree mornings. On the plus side, agree that the daytime receptionist was very helpful, and we were there over a weekend and did not experience any noise issues.

Staff were excellent and super friendly. The rooms were quiet enough, couldn't really hear the outside traffic. The view from the hotel is amazing, both day and night. The air conditioning is controlled by the hotel and goes off intermittently, which made the room hot at times. The location was amazing, walking distance to most things. Water pressure on the shower was also amazing. Room size was adequate for what we paid for. Breakfast was decent with some good options.

Overall the room was fine but the staff was beyond unfriendly. They would not smile, not be attentive to needs, and would smirk at you if you could not open the door into the hotel, which was always locked. Unbelievable. The rooms were not very clean but considering the price I understand. Will not recommend this stay to anyone.

So first off there were two pleasant things about our stay. The front receptionist that works mornings/early afternoon was amazing, and the two bar tenders on the rooftop were amazing as well, that’s where it ends. We arrived and asked for some help with the tv, aftwr three requests we gave up trying. That evening we requested an extra pillow, after the third attempt the front desk laughed at my wife and sarcastically said they would be right up to get us everything we need, needless to say they never came. The shower was filthy and looked to have mold in it. I have no clue how a google search for top hotels in Athens brougth this place up, aside from those three employees, it was dirty, the room was tiny, and the staff in the evenings were horrible. Oh and rest assured they proved you with ear plugs because no matter what floor you are on(our group on the 5th and 6th in the middle of the building) you will hear the music till late night, again not a big deal for my wife and I usually but that combined with being ignored for any request we made was the cherry on top. We stayed in A for Athens before The Lekka and they were similar in price and miles and miles apart in quality, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Room was clean, however the staff were incredible! They were so accommodating and very polite. Our flight home was canceled and they were able to accommodate our stay to extend to one more night and very understanding of the situation.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Athens. Beautiful boutique-style hotel. Their breakfast was more abundant than expected and delicious. And dining on the rooftop with the view of the Acropolis was out of this world. The staff was super, super nice and even helped us out when my adapter stopped working, as I needed it for a medical device. Got us a brand new one. The treats and coffee at reception are a nice and yummy touch!

FANTASTIC! We really liked our stay at the Lekka. The location is great and the staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived early after a cruise. Staff allowed us to check in early. Decent breakfast, but most importantly, great nespresso coffee! We also enjoyed the rooftop bar, fantastic sunset views of the Acropolis and great cocktails. The Lekka Hotel was nice. The highlight of our stay here was the rooftop view, bar, and the server, Destiny. She was very friendly and great to talk to. We only spent two nights there but weren’t able to get a hold of the front desk for assistance when that was needed. We had reached out to book transportation for both arrival and departure. The arrival transportation was perfect but the departure transportation was never booked so we ended up pivoting and using Uber instead. It all worked out in the end but it would have been helpful if that request that was made was fulfilled. Otherwise, the room was great. The area around the hotel is also nice and definitely lively at night. I personally had no issues falling asleep with the noise but if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll need some sort of white noise.

The staff were very friendly and easy to speak to. The only issues we had is that the hotel did not respond to our request for a taxi from the airport, and when we got off the plane and started looking for our taxi , we couldn’t find it. The location is very convenient and close to everything. The room was nice and decent—perhaps a bit more storage/cabinet would be helpful, but overall it was comfortable and met our needs. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. They even prepared breakfast for us since our flight was very early and we would have missed the regular breakfast service. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself was nice, we had a room for three people even though there was only two of us, which meant we had a decent sized room. The room was clean, tidy, and the bathroom was nice with a good shower. Breakfast was very average, we only had it twice during our 5 day stay as there are lots of places close by offering excellent produce at a good price. The biggest issue was the noise throughout the night from nearby clubs/bars. The soundproofing in the room was insufficient and we could clearly hear loud music until around 5/6am for 3 nights of our stay. This would mean I would not recommend this hotel if you want a good nights sleep.

The hotel is a great place for those who want to be centrally located to exploring the Greek capital and the archaeological sites. It is 2 blocks to the main pedestrian street Ermou, with many shops and restaurants. Good breakfast and stunning views of the Acropolis from the rooftop. I had an really excellent stay.

This property has a lot to offer. Obviously, when picking a hotel in Athens you want to see the acropolis. The roof top is stunning. If you are looking for a place to enjoy a glass of wine, look no further. The overall staff was tremendous and helpful. They will arrange transportation if you need it. Sounding property was a little noisy but definitely tolerable. I would go back to this hotel if I was back in Athens.

We found the staff to be excellent- we arrived early and were able to check in earlier than normall. This is a small hotel in a fantastic location. The roof bar / breakfast area is beautiful with views of the Acropolis! The room is modern and comfortable - Sonia the bed comfortable There are always small snacks and drinks on offer in the foyer I would be happy to stay again if in Athens

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the breakfast buffet timing. Starting at 8am is too late, especially for anyone who is doing serious sightseeing on a hot day. We had to miss the breakfast buffet several times, because of this!

My family stayed here before a Greece cruise. Great location, very clean. The hotel helped us arrange taxi's from the airport and to the cruise port. Staff was very helpful. The rooftop bar is amazing! Breakfast was excellent. Also recommended dopios for dinner and the food was great. Walking distance to many attractions/shopping. Burger shop across the street was also good.

The hotel was overall good; however, I would no way rate it 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 or 3 at best. One night I came late and I could open the main door with my card but there was no one at the reception for a pretty long while. The Spa was always booked and hard to get a time for it. The rooftop which indeed had a very nice view was nice but the bar, as shown in the photo, was not operational and no food or drinks were served there. The room was pretty small but modern enough. The shower was warm and nice and overall clean. The breakfast was served in the reception area which was very strange and had a very limited menu. Also the area to pick up what you want were pretty small so you needed to wait a bit to get to what you need.

The location is fantastic, and the room itself was nice, but the road noise was quite loud so I’d recommend against the city view rooms. Breakfast was very mediocre though the view was nice. Staff were very friendly. I’d stay here again, though I’d search for other deals first.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival, we were assigned an accessible room for guests with disabilities without being informed in advance or during the booking process. The room was on the ground floor and was advertised as quiet, but it was actually very noisy. We could hear people coming and going, as well as noise from the room above. The view was probably the worst you could get in Athens: directly facing a 10-meter-high wall. The hotel also has a spa, yet the towels provided are ridiculously small (around 70 cm), making them impractical to dry yourself. Another major issue was the emergency light, which stays on all night and brightly illuminates the room, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, some of the work in the room had clearly not been finished, giving the impression of poor maintenance and a lack of attention to detail. It had been a long time since I had stayed in such a poor-quality room. I will never return and would not recommend this hotel.

It’s a little run down: things like loose toilet seats, loose door handles, missing shower tap nozzle etc. the room ended up being nice, but much smaller than I expected.
