It was a nice place to stay. It is very close to almost everything, very accessible, very clean. Though I have a few that we think will benefit from improvement. Cable TV would be great! Especially for those who love to watch TV and the news. Also, we have difficulty with the A/C. We don’t know how to set it up and afraid to mess it up so for 3 days we find the place a little bit warm for our comfort. Instructions might be helpful. The BIG issue we have is the PARKING ENTRANCE! Goodness! It is so narrow! I wouldn’t be surprised if one day someone will have an accident going in/out that narrow parking entrance. Make it a little bigger or make another entrance for a one way traffic or take out that “code thing” in the middle. Not all has small vehicles. Consider those visitors with wider vehicles. Other than these concerns, this place is commendable except for the parking entrance. I would still love to stay in this place but maybe park elsewhere.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It is beautiful and had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, furniture was clean and new. Beds, linens and pillows were superb. Bathrooms were spotless and stocked. We will be back. Hoping to make this our new Canmore rental. Only surprise was that the hot tub was not open yet. Looking forward to using it on our next stay.

This property is great but unfortunately there is no security nearby to deal with issues. We were woke up at 12:00 am to a group partying and using the hot tub after hours. We and several other guests had to confront them with the noise issue ourselves.

The property was immaculate, it had everything we needed. Very welcoming and comfortable. The only negative is that when our car went into the underground parking we bottomed out. It may a very loud noise under the car. The way the driveway into the underground parking was built can possibly damage under your car. Please beware and go very slow.

Parking in assigned space in underground garage; spaces are tight/narrow. All communications with Spring Creek Vacations was via text or email; none in person. TV channel selection was not good, so we watched via our ISP on our laptop instead. The unit is brand-new, clean, comfortable and kitchen is fully stocked. Great location in the middle of Canmore. Beautiful morning views of the mountains surrounding town.

Spring Creek is a beautiful area to stay in Canmore, the property was well equipped, super clean and nicely laid out. It’s a beautiful open plan with two large bedrooms upstairs. Only downside is parking, there is only one dedicated underground spot which is tight and street parking was very limited.

I loved it however we knew it was still under construction so out on deck noisy and dusty on weekdays and hot tub not finished. Only 1 parking spot in Parkade and 2 visitor parking on street so could be better. Need bike lockups. I would love to stay there next year when completed.

Everything we needed was included. Loads of space and a nice addition to have a hot tub right on our deck. It’s a great location in Canmore, easy to walk everywhere with scenic paths right out the back.

Beautiful property. We loved the location, condo was beautiful & clean. We didn’t love that the couch/pull out was very hard & uncomfortable in both instances. The parking garage was very tight with our spot being by a pillar that made getting in & out extra stressful.

Immaculate cleanliness. Tastefully appointed space. Fantastic kitchen. Comfortable mattresses. Can go on and on. Can't think of a single negative about the interior. Walking distance to the town center. There's a construction down the street so dust on the porch and your vehicle , if you choose to park on the street instead of the garage, is a bit of an issue.

This is one of my most favourite suites I’ve ever stayed in, in Canmore. It was stunning, beautifully decorated, spotless, clean, comfortable, an incredible view. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Our Spring creek rental was beautiful and clean. They supplied us we all the things we would need. While we were there there was construction right next to our building. We were warned about this ahead of time and still decided to book. The construction noise was very loud when you were in the apartment. They start around 7 AM and it seem like they ended around 4 PM. We could definitely hear them and the machines were picking up dust, and it was blowing all over our patio so we couldn’t really use that. But we were warned about this ahead of time so we were aware. But if you’re really light sleeper, you probably should avoid any of the rentals that are near the construction. Other than that, we had a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

This property is new, modern, well furnished, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the apartment stays quiet all night. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in. The in unit washer and dryer worked fine. We would love to return to this apartment.

We stayed here for 4 nights of a 17 night vacation, and this is probably the nicest place we have ever rented--not just on this trip. If I were interested in owning my own place in Banff I would look at these units. It was so well kept it looked brand new--maybe it was, I'm not sure. The furnishings were all really nice and the layout was well though-out. For instance, there are doors to the shared internal hallway on both floors, which I eventually realized allows you to take the elevator to either floor with your luggage instead of hauling it up the stairs. Genius! If I'm going to nitpick, we did hear some noise from the restaurant next door, but not a lot (and the smell of the restaurant in the hallway was amazing). Parking was a bit challenging right beside a column, however it was *really* close to our unit, which was super convenient. They provided towels, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, a few laundry tabs, a few dishwasher tabs, and 2 days worth of coffee and tea. I was relieved to see I didn't have to buy 4 days worth of all of that. This is the nicest place we've stayed but also the most expensive, so perhaps it is right in line with other places in this price range. But it was very nice.

We loved our stay! My husband and I, and our two young kids stayed in a 1-bedroom. The building was incredibly quiet and the condo was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and outfitted with high quality furnishings/appliances. My only (seriously, only) complaint was that the pillows weren’t great. They looked fluffy but as soon as I laid down they flattened out to nothing. Please upgrade the pillows match the rest of the high quality aspects!

Exceeded our expectations. Our unit was 2 beds/two baths We stayed for 5 nights in August 2024. Everything was perfect. Very Clean , spacious, big rooms & baths, new appliances, washer/dryer onsite. Only thing missing was dresser in beds. Mirrors are only in baths.

Beautiful unit and spacious. Modern, luxurious and clean. Proactive communication as our initial unit had water flooding. They reached out to us and made all arrangement to another unit. Everything was explained and coordinated well. Excellent stay so far.

This place was everything the pictures said it would be! There was some small construction noise that was expected, but we heard nothing in our condo, even with the windows open at night. The communication with the staff was fantastic, they had great recommendations. You have a reserved parking spot for your condo, that is underground. Anything you need in the kitchen was there, also came with washer pods. The bed was super comfortable. The only thing I would’ve liked to see was towels available for the hot tub on our way out to it. We had to take bath towels, but that’s a small thing that didn’t make or break the trip! All in all we will be back and have told all our friends and family!

Spring Creek Vacations is excellent! The location is easy access to so many points of interest, the condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, and complete with everything we need! The customer service is awesome. We needed some supplies and they were delivered within a few minutes. This is truly a home away from home. Will stay here again when we come back.

The place was just perfect for my 90 year old mom with its walk in shower. It was so comfortable. We loved the place and plan to come back. Check in instructions were so easy and precise. The views of the mountains from the balcony was just priceless!
The place was just perfect for my 90 year old mom with its walk in shower. It was so comfortable. We loved the place and plan to come back. Check in instructions were so easy and precise. The views of the mountains from the balcony was just priceless!

This property is great but unfortunately there is no security nearby to deal with issues. We were woke up at 12:00 am to a group partying and using the hot tub after hours. We and several other guests had to confront them with the noise issue ourselves.

Parking in assigned space in underground garage; spaces are tight/narrow. All communications with Spring Creek Vacations was via text or email; none in person. TV channel selection was not good, so we watched via our ISP on our laptop instead. The unit is brand-new, clean, comfortable and kitchen is fully stocked. Great location in the middle of Canmore. Beautiful morning views of the mountains surrounding town.

The property we stayed in was amazing. Everything was seamless. We felt very comfortable and it was very restful to be in such a clean and lovely place. I loved that all check in was done online and we didn’t require check-in at a desk.

Host was not quick to respond or resolve issues. There was no instructions on how to turn on the gas BBQ or the manage the AC system. They were also missing some very basic items like salt and pepper, and plastic wrap. I sense we were the 2nd guests to stay there, making us the guinea pigs. Disapointing experience overall. They eventually called us after repeated messages about the issues on our last day. They hung up the phone mid-explaination. Very strange. They finally gave us a written answer later that day, at 12-midnight. Unfortunately we were leaving in the morning, so none of the food we planned to BBQ got used. For future guests, do not turn off the AC when you leave for the day, because it takes 24 hours to drop 1-2 degrees, and 48 hours to drop 3-4 degrees. We made that mistake, so we were dealing with 27-28 degrees for a couple nights. Despite the bad experience, which could be overlooked, I would not stay here again. The space is very poorly laid-out and designed. The living room is too small and the ensuite bathroom is too large. There is a lack of privacy in the bedroom and bathroom, so you pretty much need to keep the roller shade down the whole time, which defeats the purpose of having such large glass windows. By contrast the living room had limited windows which ruins the view of the mountain (if you can ignore the construction below). Ideally it would have been designed in reverse, with a full glass livingroom. Location was good though.

We have stayed at the Spring Creek Vacations properties for a family gathering. The accommodations are always well taken care of and the communication by the office staff is great. The property is also very quiet and child friendly. We love coming here and will definitely be back.

The property was great in every way. Perfect for 2 couples, beautiful area and views. Town is lovely and easy to walk to as well as groceries. Easy check in and out, comfortable beds with everything you need to cook and relax. Parking underground easy , just a little tight but everything thing else 1st class and recommended.

Only a 10 minute walk away from downtown Canmore, or a grocery store. The view was incredible. Overall a great place to stay. The only complaint, which is a very nitpicky complaint, is that the knives were a little not sharp.

Great accommodation....well maintained...very safe....kitchen fully furnished...close to restaurants and stores...Banff attractions easy drive distance...loved the property Only issue is bedrooms are at upper level and there are steep stairs to reach them...difficult for my wife to climb up and down as she has knee issues

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting the Banff area. More laid back than downtown Banff and gives an upscale ski resort vibe. Make sure to eat at Bridgette's. Would recommend to all.

Beautiful quaint neighbourhood. Great view from the property. Hospitality was very good, staff always responsive and helpful. Lastly great food options nearly, we tried bridgette, roaring rolls, Rochet pie pizza, Canada unlimited and freshii! Amazing vacay experience, would come again!

We enjoyed our stay - the development is very premium and well placed. Communication was good. The room was well stocked. Some issues did detract from a 5star rating- building work is still ongoing and can start as early as 0730. Parking garage spaces are tight. Access and manoeuvring was completely fine - it was just the actual parking space. To be fair you can park outside or in the visitor spaces too. Water pressure was poor.

We really enjoyed our stay and overall the property was fantastic. My only two comments would be that the soap dispensers all seemed to not work properly and should probably be replaced, and the carpet in the bedroom should be cleaned or replaced due to some staining. These were just minor things we noticed, but we would 100% stay here again, as well as recommend the property to friends and family.
