The place was great for me my wife and daughter. It had everything we needed plus a great pool/hot tub area. They had issues with window coverings but we made it work. I had an issue with parking app and Mya was great to work with. Oh and it is a great location for Banff.

Shame the hot tub and pool were out of service because that is why we chose this property. Otherwise a good stay and convenient for town etc

The location of this condo is amazing however we had very little communication with the host. We’d reach out and receive no response. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable so I wouldn’t count on using it unless it’s for a toddler or younger child. Bedroom windows had no curtains and the living room one was broken and hard to maneuver. Overall cleanliness was very lacking. The rug downstairs was dirty. While they did provide toiletries such as toilet paper and shampoo/condition, trash bags were not provided aside from the one that was already in the can. Overall the place needs better care. The pool and hot tub was great though and pool is heated so kids swam despite the cold!

We loved our stay! Hosts answered all of questions and the condo was the perfect size for the 7 of us. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub! We will be back!

Property was great and Just as we expected. Sofa bed was broken, but we didn’t need it. Hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the spare room was freezing. Move the end table and uncover the register.

We enjoyed the pool area and hot-tub alot - they were very clean and well kept. The house was definitely adequate ad the kitchen well-equipped and there were plenty of towels and other things we would need. The blind handle broke in the master bedroom which meant we could not enjoy the best view of the property, but Mark was quick to send someone to repair it. Overall it was good but everything was a bit tired/dated which was a surprise based on the cost of the unit. Having said that, we were there in peak tourist season and places here are very pricey at this time of year. We understand the supply/demand and costs associated.

Really enjoyed our stay in Canmore that was really close to Banff. The property was clean, the owner was quick to respond to questions, and the location was great! It was nice to have a hot tub and pool to use and the lodging was a real short drive to great restaurants in the area.

Condo was amazing and in a great location. The pool and hot tub were great and common areas perfect for grilling and meeting family outside. The AC worked great in a heatwave!

Great location…condo was clean… no bathroom on the main floor but that wasn’t a big deal to us.. laundry isn’t in the condo but is by the hot tub/pool which is very close..we really enjoyed our stay here!

We have stayed at Mark’s place at Mystic Springs before and it’s become our family’s yearly tradition. It’s always clean, bright and welcoming and we love the close proximity to the pool. Check in/out is really easy and we’ve never had a problem. Instructions ar easy to follow. Bed are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/plates/cutlery etc. Thanks again for letting us use your space for our weekend ski trip get away.

The reason why we chose this property was due to the outdoor heated pool and large suite. Unfortunately the suite was very outdated, bed mattresses were quite old and soft and extremely uncomfortable, as were pillows. Bathrobes were as well stated to be available although our suite did not have any. The one bedroom was extremely close to be highway and impossible to sleep in as the wind from cars passing by would make the walls and windows shake. The garbage area was extremely congested and dirty and there were animals there looking for food when we went up empty our garbage. Bins were overflowing and garbage was piled all over the cement. The pool was by far the main attraction and only positive aspect

Beds were comfortable, all 7 of us were comfortable and able to easily get ready for a wedding. A great place to sleep and hang out. The only downside was that some of the cups in the kitchen were dirty when we arrived. Otherwise the property was perfect for what we needed

There were definitely a few spills not cleaned up. Beds in second room were small for 2 people. Communication was slow before arrival. I didn’t get the check out info until I left so garbage was left by door.

A very nice property. Location was perfect, amenities were nice. Rooms were spacious, we liked that the front door could be covered by the big blind for those sleeping on the sofa bed. Clear instructions for entry/unlocking the place. Only criticism is that it was not very clean for the amount of money we paid for it. Overall pretty happy with it though!

Had 5 great days of skiing at Banff Sunshine and Lake Louise. Canmore was a great home base to have easy access to restaurants, grocery, gas etc. Still short easy drives to the slopes. The condo was perfect for us. Comfortable and great kitchen and dining space. Close proximity to the pool and hot tub as well, which were great after a day on the slopes! Just wish it didn’t have to end…

This was my second time staying here. Canmore is amazing. A fantastic little town with great shops, food and drink as well as so many different outdoor recreational options. The condo has a heated pool and hot tub which we used every day. Although the layout of the suite is a little clunky and it’s starting to show its age. I love it enough I would definitely stay here again.

Check in and location was so easy. Very clean and was well equipped. Was so nice that there was coffee supplied. Highly recommend. The pool and hot tub area was clean . Very family friendly

There is no on-site staff and sometimes it was a challenge to get through to their Central office. But they did their best to be accommodating and the suite was very nice! No consumables in the kitchen other than salt and pepper, make sure you bring plastic wrap/tin foil/oil/etc if you need that kind of thing. Overall a very good experience, would recommend

There were definitely a few spills not cleaned up. Beds in second room were small for 2 people. Communication was slow before arrival. I didn’t get the check out info until I left so garbage was left by door.

Great location…condo was clean… no bathroom on the main floor but that wasn’t a big deal to us.. laundry isn’t in the condo but is by the hot tub/pool which is very close..we really enjoyed our stay here!

The place was great for me my wife and daughter. It had everything we needed plus a great pool/hot tub area. They had issues with window coverings but we made it work. I had an issue with parking app and Mya was great to work with. Oh and it is a great location for Banff.

Had 5 great days of skiing at Banff Sunshine and Lake Louise. Canmore was a great home base to have easy access to restaurants, grocery, gas etc. Still short easy drives to the slopes. The condo was perfect for us. Comfortable and great kitchen and dining space. Close proximity to the pool and hot tub as well, which were great after a day on the slopes! Just wish it didn’t have to end…

This site was perfect especially having a hot tub available in the extreme cold of our stay AND with it being walkable to restaurants and stores when it was snowing.

The location of this condo is amazing however we had very little communication with the host. We’d reach out and receive no response. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable so I wouldn’t count on using it unless it’s for a toddler or younger child. Bedroom windows had no curtains and the living room one was broken and hard to maneuver. Overall cleanliness was very lacking. The rug downstairs was dirty. While they did provide toiletries such as toilet paper and shampoo/condition, trash bags were not provided aside from the one that was already in the can. Overall the place needs better care. The pool and hot tub was great though and pool is heated so kids swam despite the cold!

Really enjoyed our stay in Canmore that was really close to Banff. The property was clean, the owner was quick to respond to questions, and the location was great! It was nice to have a hot tub and pool to use and the lodging was a real short drive to great restaurants in the area.

The location was wonderful, and images were accurate. Mark (host) answered all questions quickly and was available. No TV or Netflix available, for kids in the evening. All was good

Excellent location, having the hot tub and pool right outside our door was a treat. House was fully equipped, comfortable and clean. We’ll definitely use this spot again.

The condo is very well equipped, spacious for four people, clean, and comfortable. Great for dining in and close to grocery stores and restaurants as well as the Canmore Nordic Centre. Some of us enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub after skiing. Very accessible off the TC Hwy but also very quiet. On the other hand, the communication via messages from the host versus VRBO were confusing - for example check-in information from VRBO was confusing, repetitive and incorrect in terms of parking whereas communication from the host was succinct and accurate. We would have liked to know in advance that the laundry facilities were in a separate building and required payment. The entry hallway is small and the hall closet needs to have space for boots on the floor.

This is my Third time staying at Mystic Springs. Many of the units are in need of renovation but all are clean and well appointed. Some lamps were missing bulbs and the fireplace was a bit wonky and noisy but over all our stay was quite nice. It’s a great walkable location. The hot tub jets were t working and the pool and tub need some renovation TLC The price, location and amenities can’t be beat. You won’t regret staying here
