It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only issue, which is a pretty major one for a hotel, is the bed was ridiculously hard.

O Hotel tem estrutura ´boa e nova. O atendimento é bem feito e atencioso, apesar de ser próximo a rodovia, o barulho não incomoda. Os pontos fracos são a garagem pequena que exigem muitas manobras e o salão de café que também é pequeno para o numero de hospedes. O café da manhã é bom e farto. O valor da diária me pareceu um pouco acima de outros hotéis em Teófilo Otoni com estrutura e atendimento semelhantes.
