This 2-bedroom apartment features a full kitchen, elevator, 24-hour doorman, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in one bedroom, and ceiling fans. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bed linens and towels are provided. We do not have safety nets on the windows. As mentioned, the shared parking space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your stay is longer than 28 days, all bills are included (including electricity and gas up to R$200.00 each; above this amount, charges will be charged separately). We do not accept pets. This 2-bedroom apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and 2 pull-out beds underneath, for a total of 4 single beds. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, and kitchen utensils. The living room has a smart TV, dining table, comfortable sofa, and Wi-Fi. We don't have safety nets on the windows. All rooms have ceiling fans, and the double bedroom has air conditioning. The building has an elevator and 24-hour doorman. All mattresses and pillows have hypoallergenic and waterproof covers. We provide bed linens and towels. Excellent location, close to several restaurants, bars, shopping malls, and ice cream shops.
