It is disappointing to see how much this hotel has declined compared to previous stays. The cleanliness is far below the standard it once had. The gym is extremely dirty, and the bathrooms—both in the common areas and inside the rooms—are not cleaned properly. If you look closely at the corners and details, there is visible dirt everywhere. The room also had a noticeable smell of sweat, and even something as simple as opening the balcony door was difficult because it was not functioning properly. Overall, it feels like the hotel is no longer being managed with the attention and care it once received. There seems to be a lack of supervision and quality control, and unfortunately, the result is evident. What used to be an excellent hotel is now starting to feel neglected. I truly hope the management takes these issues seriously and restores the quality that made this hotel so special in the past.

This experience was odd to say the least. They boast a rooftop and a Riverview room--both of which had much to be desired. The rooftop is basically a club with loud thumping music (which is fine as long as you state that) and even as a guest, you are not guaranteed a visit to the rooftop space as they become full very quickly, leaving a very long wait. I reserved a Riverview room but have photos from my 2nd floor room that show nothing more than the top of a bridge after an obstructed view by the conference center. I took photos to share with hyatt as they truly need to monitor how their hotels are misrepresenting rooms. The staff was kind and offered a room change to the other side of the building but that view wasn't much better--both presumably advertised as "Riverview" rooms--not the case. Don't expect much for the downstairs outdoor seating wait staff--i ordered 2 drinks and never saw the staff again. He disappeared without even notice that apparently he was leaving. After quite some time, I went inside and asked what happened to the waiter and the bartender said he must have gone home. I was also supposed to receive one perk of a bottle of wine and contacted the hotel and hotels.com who both never responded. Hotel is clean, staff at the front is welcoming, and design is lovely so they have that going for them.
