Mi experiencia en el hotel es mala por dos razones 1 . El check in de entrada no presenta un servicio personal y todo lo tienes que hacer por máquinas sin casi ninguna información 2 El servicio de hotel muy deficiente y muy escaso y creo que en un hotel de esta categoría es inadmisible que tengas que solicitar todos los Dia para que te hagan y limpien la habitación Como recomendación no lo aconsejo a nadie mientras esto no se modifique

Séjour parfait, chambres propre et spacieuse. Hotel de très bonne facture

We stayed at this hotel from 19–20 July. The staff member at reception during check-in was very friendly, professional, and helpful, so our stay started on a positive note. The stay itself was fine, and we had no complaints about the room or the hotel facilities. Unfortunately, our experience changed completely after we checked out. In the rush to leave, we accidentally forgot a gift box in our hotel room. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with the reception after we had left the hotel. Inside the gift box were some chocolates, an Armani wallet, and a tie. Eventually, the hotel was contacted, and the box was returned to us by Royal Mail. However, when we received it, the wallet and the tie were missing. Only the chocolates remained. We contacted Premier Inn about this, and they told us they were investigating the matter. Unfortunately, we still have not received any update or resolution. While the stay itself was satisfactory, this incident has completely overshadowed our experience. Because of how this situation has been handled, we have lost confidence in the hotel and do not believe we will stay here again.

Nice standard Hotel close to Trafford Center and Snow Center. Works great, good location
