The bad reviews are laughable. There are 2 amazing clubs with parties from 4pm-2am everyday and u expect it to be quiet? The staff is helpful & friendly. The rooms are nice for the location. I never want to leave

Bad check in and shuttle experience. Club wasn't as good as expected. Food was okay but beach was wonderful! Cheapest drinks on the island. You get what you pay for !

The hotel is in a great location. I think the only negative point is because you have to pay for the sun bed separately every day. Very expensive for the people that is in the hotel. We thought it was included.

We had an amazing time at Paradise Beach Resort overall! The bar and restaurant staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful, and getting chairs in the morning was easy, which made for stress-free beach days. The party scene was perfect – lively and exactly what we were hoping for during our stay. The rooms were good, although we did have a problem on the first night when one of the beds had a bad smell. The security/on-call staff that night were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue quickly. However, the only major downside was the male receptionist. After the bed issue, he repeatedly made unnecessary comments about how we had “woken him up at 5 AM,” and continued to blame us for the situation throughout our stay. He even threw money at one of my friends at one point, which was completely disrespectful. He also gave us attitude when we asked simple questions, like checking the bus schedule. Check-out was especially unpleasant – while on the day we arrived, he had one of his staff help carry our 4 large suitcases up multiple flights of stairs, on the day we left, he refused to help us bring them back down, and just stood there watching as we struggled. He didn’t offer assistance or ask anyone to help, which felt needlessly rude and dismissive. Aside from this one individual, we truly loved our stay and would definitely return – hopefully with better front desk service next time.

The so called hotel looks like a workers/refugee camp. Our room was a prefabricated white cabin, not terrible, but not what expected, given the price was not cheap. It was full of mosquitoes and spiders. No TV or Internet. Patio just a patch of dust. Beach noisy and daybeds cost extra 25 euro. Do not recommend.

Sable dans la douche a l'arrivée, ampoule grillé, 2 lits simples ne pouvant pas se collé pour un la double, robinetterie qui fuis, le personnage non aimable, vieux frigo, navette à laquelle nous devons s'adapter (arriver à l'aéroport le jour de notre départ 1h avant les 2h demandé pour la compagnie, sans avoir d'être en soute a faire)...... Seul avantage bar dansant et plage dans l'hôtel. Bref pour 200€ la nuit ,à fuir !

Vraiment pas terrible, même pour un 2 étoiles. Chambre sale, tuyauterie bouchée avec une odeur d’égout qui s’en dégage, des draps de lit trop petits qui font qu’en plein milieu de la nuit on se retrouve à dormir à même le matelas sales et inconfortables au possible avec son immense creux du aux années. Sans mentionner le cafard que j’ai retrouvé dans la chambre qui m’a hanté pour le reste de la semaine. Déjeuner pas ouf, mais il y a pire Le/les restaurants/buffets sont OK, dommage qu’on y propose pas de cuisine locale. Positif : la plage et le club juste à côté (la plage = il n’y a que des lits qu’il faut payer 35eur la journée par lit, aucun prix spéciaux ou abonnement pour les résidants, et pas de coins libres) Je ne conseille pas

Old hotel, which strongly needs a facelift. Aircon is weak, cleaning is not great, to say the least. Check-in staff is everything but welcoming. Sun beds are cheap and service there is bad. Only for party goers who don't get to bed before 2am as the basses from the music are very loud. Clearly never again.

I really liked the bar/restaurant by the beach. The staff is amazing !!! I did not like the fact that we had to park outside de hotel entrance… since we had a child wasn’t to pleasant. There’s no Tv, a kettle…small things that makes a difference . Overall, it was nice.

As always, I loved staying at Paradise! The location and vibes are fabulous. The rooms are nice enough and kept clean. It’s definitely a beach club stay, not a luxury stay, but everything you need is there or close by! Will always recommend.

Struttura posizionata in un posto perfetto scopo della vacanza, però peccava di pulizia nella camera con svariate zone sporche (tra cui la coperta), lenzuola molto più piccole rispetto al materasso e formiche presenti ovunque. E servizi offerti ridotti all’osso dalle istruzioni date al personale per tirare fuori più denari possibili dai clienti.

O hotel não apresentava limpeza adequada, e já no momento da chegada o quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo tão intenso que me fez passar mal e vomitar. O banheiro era extremamente desconfortável: não havia box adequado, o espaço para o banho era minúsculo e, para piorar, fiquei um dia inteiro sem água quente. Além disso, em outro momento cheguei a ficar sem energia elétrica durante um dia inteiro. O atendimento também foi um grande problema. Os funcionários se mostraram rudes e até agressivos, dificultando qualquer solicitação básica. Em relação aos serviços, houve uma situação absurda: produtos comprados dentro do próprio resort não puderam ser consumidos na praia. A sensação de insegurança foi constante. Durante a noite, havia uma movimentação excessiva de festas e vida noturna, com muitos gritos e barulho, o que tornava impossível descansar. Nem de dia, nem à noite me senti segura no local. Pela minha experiência, não recomendo de forma alguma esse hotel. Espero que minha avaliação ajude outros viajantes a evitar os mesmos problemas.

This was the WORST hotel I have EVER walked into. Our room had bugs, not just one but LOTS along with toenails and dirt all over the floor. We pointed it out and they said they would spray then we can stay in there. We asked for a different room and they took us to another room equally as dirty if not worse and it had a smell that gave me a headache within 10 minutes. I wiped the floor with a wet wipe and it was black from all of the dirt. Went to the front desk to see if we could work something out and they got an attitude and mad at us for complaining that the second room stunk and was dirty. The worst service I’ve ever received from a hotel. I was trying to be nice and they just got so rude with me I was extremely disappointed in their customer service, especially when I asked if we could get somewhat of a refund considering it was for poor living conditions. Safe to say we left after that and found an amazing hotel/airbnb that was clean and cheaper and provided excellent services.

Great room overlooking the beach from the balcony. The check in guys were super friendly and helpful, very good to talk to. Shame we couldn’t have stayed longer to catch up for a beer. Old hotel, which strongly needs a facelift. Aircon is weak, cleaning is not great, to say the least. Check-in staff is everything but welcoming. Sun beds are cheap and service there is bad. Only for party goers who don't get to bed before 2am as the basses from the music are very loud. Clearly never again.

I really liked the bar/restaurant by the beach. The staff is amazing !!! I did not like the fact that we had to park outside de hotel entrance… since we had a child wasn’t to pleasant. There’s no Tv, a kettle…small things that makes a difference . Overall, it was nice.

We had an amazing time at Paradise Beach Resort overall! The bar and restaurant staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful, and getting chairs in the morning was easy, which made for stress-free beach days. The party scene was perfect – lively and exactly what we were hoping for during our stay. The rooms were good, although we did have a problem on the first night when one of the beds had a bad smell. The security/on-call staff that night were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue quickly. However, the only major downside was the male receptionist. After the bed issue, he repeatedly made unnecessary comments about how we had “woken him up at 5 AM,” and continued to blame us for the situation throughout our stay. He even threw money at one of my friends at one point, which was completely disrespectful. He also gave us attitude when we asked simple questions, like checking the bus schedule. Check-out was especially unpleasant – while on the day we arrived, he had one of his staff help carry our 4 large suitcases up multiple flights of stairs, on the day we left, he refused to help us bring them back down, and just stood there watching as we struggled. He didn’t offer assistance or ask anyone to help, which felt needlessly rude and dismissive. Aside from this one individual, we truly loved our stay and would definitely return – hopefully with better front desk service next time.

During off season the Transport to go to Mykonos town not good , taxi charge 25 euros one way , the bus every 2 hours and the last bus from hotel to town 5:30 pm and same from town to hotel , staff ok only 2 persone nice

This was the WORST hotel I have EVER walked into. Our room had bugs, not just one but LOTS along with toenails and dirt all over the floor. We pointed it out and they said they would spray then we can stay in there. We asked for a different room and they took us to another room equally as dirty if not worse and it had a smell that gave me a headache within 10 minutes. I wiped the floor with a wet wipe and it was black from all of the dirt. Went to the front desk to see if we could work something out and they got an attitude and mad at us for complaining that the second room stunk and was dirty. The worst service I’ve ever received from a hotel. I was trying to be nice and they just got so rude with me I was extremely disappointed in their customer service, especially when I asked if we could get somewhat of a refund considering it was for poor living conditions. Safe to say we left after that and found an amazing hotel/airbnb that was clean and cheaper and provided excellent services.

This property is not a resort. The beach is nice but that’s it. The staff was rude and pushy. A bouncer got in my face for bringing a water bottle to breakfast when I was on my way back to my room. Cleaning took 3 towels from me on the first day and only gave back 1. I had to argue with the front desk worker til he got the manager just to get another towel. I was there for 4 nights and the sheets weren’t changed AT ALL. DO NOT take the sheets off the bed because the mattress will disgust you. Friends I met staying there that were girls also said the staff was rude to them and had hit on them while on duty. If you stay there you still get charged the same as civilians for a beach chair ($35). Overall terrible experience, I would stay somewhere else and just take a day to go out to paradise beach.

Some of the staff were a bit…creepy. It felt like they were trying to sell us stuff all the time, which was a bit annoying. Also, the hotel driver was constantly trying to stop and have us pay via the ATM, even though we only wanted to use card. Location also not ideal, as it’s far from anything else.

As always, I loved staying at Paradise! The location and vibes are fabulous. The rooms are nice enough and kept clean. It’s definitely a beach club stay, not a luxury stay, but everything you need is there or close by! Will always recommend.

Had a good time all the bartenders were great, I didn’t like that half of the food on the menu was not available. Also there were these little black bugs that were in the hallway of my room. Every time I open the door a couple would get in my room. But other than that I loved staying there, would definitely go again.

Vriendelijk personeel, en de bar op het strand was heerlijk, ook de pizza’s. Het huisje was zwaar achterhaald een oude vieze badkamer. Het ontbijt was ook verschrikkelijk, oude taaie croissantjes, bruine fruitsalade. De uitstraling van het resort is wel echt fantastisch.

I had a good stay the staff was kind and welcoming, I just hope in the future they can have a better WiFi or access to WiFi all the time WiFi is weak or not at all but overall if you stay for a short period of time it’s perfect and it’s accessible everywhere easy I had a good time just improve the internet access

Quarto extremamente sujo, com forte cheiro de mofo. O ar-condicionado é antigo e funciona mal, e o quarto sequer possui televisão. Outro ponto inaceitável é que não há Wi-Fi nos quartos, apenas em algumas áreas comuns, o que é inadmissível nos dias de hoje. O serviço de quarto também deixou muito a desejar: às 9h30 da manhã bateram na porta apenas para trocar as toalhas, interrompendo o descanso dos hóspedes. O café da manhã é muito fraco, com pouquíssimas opções e exatamente o mesmo cardápio todos os dias, tornando a experiência cansativa para quem fica mais de uma noite. O hotel informa que os hóspedes têm acesso ao beach club, porém isso é bastante enganoso, já que o uso das espreguiçadeiras custa €50 por dia. Além disso, o beach club tem aparência de um local decadente e sem movimento. Pelo valor cobrado, a estrutura e os serviços estão muito abaixo do esperado. Não recomendo.

The property is older and could use some TLC. Our biggest complaint/suggestion would be to make it possible to run the AC when not in the room. The room electricity is run by putting a the key card in a slot so when you leave, the AC turns off and by the time you return it's hot and humid. The bar has great 2 for 1 drink deals and the music is great (edm which is our favorite). It's a younger crowd and most had left by the evening club scene, but we still had a good time.
