An excellent location! Plenty of space in house! Pool and outdoor space was great. We were not able to get external speaker system to work on outdoor sound system or in the master bedroom. But that was okay! I wish there were more utensils and bowls for large family cooking! Overall it was a great vacation spot!

Lets just say, our family did not want to leave. We had so much fun and with the pool, jacuzzi, card games, fuzball, fishing when ever we wanted. We had all we needed for a very nice relaxing and peaceful vacation. And the kitchen and outside kitchen made our stay even better. We had a great barbecue family time. We had all we needed and our stay was beyond our expectations. Alina answered all our questions fast and responded to all our needs. I will definitely book again.
Lets just say, our family did not want to leave. We had so much fun and with the pool, jacuzzi, card games, fuzball, fishing when ever we wanted. The house is large and clean, although a little outdated. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. For the fact that the accommodation is designed for 8 people, the equipment is very poor in terms of dishes, cutlery and glasses (for example, only 2 wine glasses, plates, etc. for exactly eight people). There is a TV in each room, but most of them do not work. Also, some lights and the fan in the master bedroom do not work. Unfortunately, the pool area except for the Tiki Bar is not lit and neither is the pool itself.

The home was perfect for our family of 4. We have two adult children. Very clean! The kitchen had everything you need, and the large refrigerator was a bonus, especially since we stayed during Thanksgiving. The dock was great for our boat. It took us a bit to figure out the spa and pool heating but once we got it figured out we were good to go. Alina and her crew responded quickly to our questions.

The Salty turtle didn't disappoint. The location and surrounding area where easily navigated and full of wildlife. We especially loved the ability to use the kayaks and even made friends with some manetees while exploring the waterways. The pool and hot tub came in handy for soaking tired muscles and we all enjoyed sitting out under the Tiki bar. Would definitely recommend!

House has plenty of room for a family. Pool area was great with plenty of room and areas with shade. Only thing on the negative is they need more silverware and cups. Had 8 forks and only 2 glasses that weren’t coffee cups or wine glasses. Bring/buy plastic wear and plastic cups if staying here. Also had no grilling utensils if you plan on grilling.

This place is wonderful. It’s very clean and spacious. Definitely pet friendly. We do not have children so our dog is our life. We book places based on her and it’s a great house for traveling with pets. We could enjoy the pool while she ran around in the pool area. The kitchen is fantastic, that’s a big must for us since we are big cooks. It’s centrally located and extremely quiet. We like that the master is off to itself for privacy as we had family with us. Alina is very quick in responding to questions, this is the second time we have booked with her and she is very accommodating. The pool area is lovely and peaceful. We will definitely book this house again in the spring if it’s available. The only problem we had was that 8 days just wasn’t long enough!!! We LOVE Palm Coast!!!

We enjoyed our stay being together the house was nice but needs some TLC. The pool Area the tiles were really bad kept coming up and almost making you trip when you stepped on them , they were a bit hazardous. Any other minor problems we incurred Alina addressed them right away ,,, she was truly a pleasure to work with. House over all was good but as I said needs some TLC power washing in lanai area really needed and the front the curb appeal Was nothing like the pictures shown it was all over grown and not taken care of at all. Thank you again Alina for a great job you did on helping us

We had a wonderful stay! Hubby and I traveled with our adult children. The house was loved by all and the perfect size for us! We saw Green sea turtles and dolphins almost daily from the dock. The pool was lovely. The hot tub didn't get hot enough but we enjoyed the heated pool. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location was perfect- the canal and proximity to what we had planned was ideal. Space of House and bedding was great. We did pay to heat the pool and spa but didn’t realize it was one or the other. It was only 60 degrees outside but pool never got warm - probably needed a solar cover. The spa did heat up after a few phone calls as the directions did not work as stated. The listing also indicated use of boat lift but it was non operational/broken when we arrived meaning the boat we brought had to remain tied up to dock. The listing was not accurate and should have been notified prior as we did indicate at booking we were bringing our boat. Communication with property management was ok. Overall we had great time on our vacation.

The property is very nice and much more space than the two of us needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. Based on our previous stays in the area, we were a little surprised by the lack of basic “starters”, ie, coffee, salt, etc. The appliances are all high end and it would have been nice to have more instructions on their use. The thermostats were especially challenging possibly complicated by a last minute change to the WiFi system. Although we are older, my technical background made most of the challenges easily solved and the pool and back deck area were great for lazing in the sun which was a big part of our desired activity. We’ve been vacationing in the area for many years and the location is central and convenient to just about everything. We would especially recommend the property to larger groups based on it’s size.

We had a very nice stay for 2 weeks at the canal front home. Upon arrival we felt the home was clean, although had a dog food odor which went away over time. The bedrooms were nice, the beds were very firm. We spent most of our time outside which was beautiful. The outdoor fan and light doesn’t work, and the leaves above the bar were constantly coming down. We couldn’t connect to any of the audio devices in and out of the home, which would have been nice. We still had a wonderful stay!

The property was nice and in a beautiful location however we had multiple problems while we were there. We paid for the heating of the spa and pool and this was an issue our entire stay. The first day we followed the instructions to heat the pool to our liking on the control panel and everything was working nicely but by the second day the box was locked and the pool and spa heater was turned off. I messaged the property manager and she told me we didn’t pay for the additional heating of the pool. I had to go back and forth with her to prove we paid for it. She claimed the entire stay it was on but the pool was never warm and the hottub barely worked. There were lose pool tiles around the pool which was very dangerous with having 2 babies at the property. There were also string lights over the pool that were broken so at night we had no lighting for the pool. In the master bathroom there was a cockroach on the floor and mold on the ceiling of the kitchen and spare bedroom. I wanted to give this a better review because the house was overall nice but the communication with the property manager and how things were handled was done poorly.

Great neighborhood and close to St. Augustine and beaches. House was nice, spacious, and accommodated all my guests. But there were some issues... I found a closet door in one of the bedrooms off its hinges just leaning against the shelf inside of it. Texted the property manager to let them know that it was like that when we arrived. They offered to have it repaired but I said no it was okay. --The repair should have been done before we arrived.-- Management and I had a miscommunication on whether or not the pool was heated. Checkin/Checkout manual located in the VRBO had a page in it that stated they did not heat the pool (I later found out via Management that the page was outdated and was asked to throw it away which I did). After a discussion with Management, I asked for a refund for the pool heater fee which was refunded. Management then sent me an email to let me know that they left the pool heater on for us to enjoy, which was very nice of them. BUT when I checked my credit card statement when I got home, management charged me again for the pool heater fee. Once again I had to contact them to issue another refund. The VRBO was clean when we arrived but the cleaning company left a white tip envelope (if the guests felt they went above and beyond cleaning) on the dresser near the front door. I was truly baffled as I have NEVER stayed in a VRBO that had a tip envelope anywhere. Management should take the tip out of the cleaning fee I paid.

Entering Salty Breeze is walking into a spacious, beautiful villa, and a cozy feel. The pictures are accurate and can only be appreciated by one's own tour. My husband and I are young, senior citizens in our 80s, and the one floor concept is welcoming. All exterior access is well thought out in safety and ambiance. Family arrived shortly thereafter, and noted that granddaughter's birthday week would be unforgettable. Granddaughter's perks were a salt water pool, hot tub, dock for kayaking, and a chandelier in her bedroom. Ah, to be 13. Actually, the benefits of a salt water pool for our skin were enjoyed by all. We did see dolphins in the canal. Loved the enormous refrigerator/freezer. We were familiar with the Miele range, and impressed with the combination stove/microwave. For family togetherness, the size of the kitchen enabled each of us to participate in meal preparation. Entering Salty Breeze is walking into a spacious, beautiful villa, and a cozy feel. The pictures are accurate and can only be appreciated by one's own tour. My husband and I are young, senior citizens in our 80s, and the one floor concept is welcoming. All exterior access is well thought out in safety and ambiance. Family arrived shortly thereafter, and noted that granddaughter's birthday week would be unforgettable. Granddaughter's perks were a salt water pool, hot tub, dock for kayaking, and a chandelier in her bedroom. Ah, to be 13. Actually, the benefits of a salt water pool for our skin were enjoyed by all. We did see dolphins in the canal. Loved the enormous refrigerator/freezer. We were familiar with the Miele range, and impressed with the combination stove/microwave. For family togetherness, the size of the kitchen enabled each of us to participate in meal preparation. The house was great as was the pool! We enjoyed the house having 2 separate areas of rooms on each side of the home. The kitchen was large enough to enjoy cooking in and after learning how to use the appliances we were set. We had a couple hiccups but everything was taken care of quickly and made right. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe staying there. I would stay here again for sure= everyone had a great time and the host was very fast to respond to any questions!

Communication was amazing. Easy check in and out. We brought pool toys and beach chairs, but no need to they have them. Great place to stay. We had 8 people and very spacious and comfortable.

We stayed over Christmas with my in laws and our twin toddlers. I always look for reviews on the baby items provided so here’s mine. High chair and pack n play were there and in good shape. Relatively child safe as long as you can keep the door to the patio closed. Good set up with plenty of communal space and quiet bedrooms.

Would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the bikes and kayaks as well as the pool area. We bought paper plates and plastic cups to use at the pool area since there weren’t any plastic options at the house and wish there was more silverware and glasses for our group of 8 but all in all had a great time here! Loved the quiet location.

This home was a very good place to spend our week. It is very close to everything, the pool was great, beds were very comfortable, with a very nice and quiet neighborhood if you enjoy a more secluded stay. Overall I would recommend to all for a nice vacation.

Fantastic house, with amazing pool and outside BBQ and Tiki bar area. House layout is really great with lots of areas for all ages to have a fun get together or to have some quiet time if needed. We were very lucky with the weather and ended up not doing a lot of sightseeing as the house was the perfect vacation spot for lots of fun and relaxation so why leave!

Lets just say, our family did not want to leave. We had so much fun and with the pool, jacuzzi, card games, fuzball, fishing when ever we wanted. We had all we needed for a very nice relaxing and peaceful vacation. And the kitchen and outside kitchen made our stay even better. We had a great barbecue family time. We had all we needed and our stay was beyond our expectations. Alina answered all our questions fast and responded to all our needs. I will definitely book again.

The home was perfect for our family of 4. We have two adult children. Very clean! The kitchen had everything you need, and the large refrigerator was a bonus, especially since we stayed during Thanksgiving. The dock was great for our boat. It took us a bit to figure out the spa and pool heating but once we got it figured out we were good to go. Alina and her crew responded quickly to our questions.

A great stay. Any small issues were taken care of immediately and communication was prompt and accurate. The location is residential and restaurants etc. need a car ride. Flagler beach gray restaurant choices. Would definitely recommend.

Great neighborhood and close to St. Augustine and beaches. House was nice, spacious, and accommodated all my guests. But there were some issues... I found a closet door in one of the bedrooms off its hinges just leaning against the shelf inside of it. Texted the property manager to let them know that it was like that when we arrived. They offered to have it repaired but I said no it was okay. --The repair should have been done before we arrived.-- Management and I had a miscommunication on whether or not the pool was heated. Checkin/Checkout manual located in the VRBO had a page in it that stated they did not heat the pool (I later found out via Management that the page was outdated and was asked to throw it away which I did). After a discussion with Management, I asked for a refund for the pool heater fee which was refunded. Management then sent me an email to let me know that they left the pool heater on for us to enjoy, which was very nice of them. BUT when I checked my credit card statement when I got home, management charged me again for the pool heater fee. Once again I had to contact them to issue another refund. The VRBO was clean when we arrived but the cleaning company left a white tip envelope (if the guests felt they went above and beyond cleaning) on the dresser near the front door. I was truly baffled as I have NEVER stayed in a VRBO that had a tip envelope anywhere. Management should take the tip out of the cleaning fee I paid.

We love coming to this area of Florida, and we love this neighborhood. We have been to this house twice now and we had a great time both vacations. We had a few issues but the property manager was very responsive and quick to fix the issues. We love the super large refrigerator bc we cook a lot of meals for our family and the massive laundry area with the built-in cabinets, we store all our food and snacks for the beach back there like a large pantry. We love pool and hot tub combo. We would not come to this location without having a hot tub. The kids loved it! We went kayaking in the waterways with the kayaks provided. We loved catching hermit crabs right off the walls of the canal and bringing them home for a hermit crab race before returning them home. We saw a sea turtle and dolphins right off the dock. The property is very nice and much more space than the two of us needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. Based on our previous stays in the area, we were a little surprised by the lack of basic “starters”, ie, coffee, salt, etc. The appliances are all high end and it would have been nice to have more instructions on their use. The thermostats were especially challenging possibly complicated by a last minute change to the WiFi system. Although we are older, my technical background made most of the challenges easily solved and the pool and back deck area were great for lazing in the sun which was a big part of our desired activity. We’ve been vacationing in the area for many years and the location is central and convenient to just about everything. We would especially recommend the property to larger groups based on it’s size.

The Salty Turtle was perfect for our family! The home is very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you need to have a good time. We loved hanging out in the pool, kayaking on the canal, and fishing from the dock. We took a ride to St. Augustine and we loved the beaches (especially the Matanzas inlet where we saw sea turtles!)

The Salty turtle didn't disappoint. The location and surrounding area where easily navigated and full of wildlife. We especially loved the ability to use the kayaks and even made friends with some manetees while exploring the waterways. The pool and hot tub came in handy for soaking tired muscles and we all enjoyed sitting out under the Tiki bar. Would definitely recommend!

This place is wonderful. It’s very clean and spacious. Definitely pet friendly. We do not have children so our dog is our life. We book places based on her and it’s a great house for traveling with pets. We could enjoy the pool while she ran around in the pool area. The kitchen is fantastic, that’s a big must for us since we are big cooks. It’s centrally located and extremely quiet. We like that the master is off to itself for privacy as we had family with us. Alina is very quick in responding to questions, this is the second time we have booked with her and she is very accommodating. The pool area is lovely and peaceful. Easy check in. Gorgeous view. Great dock for fishing. Paid the extra for heated spa and pool, which were both nice. There were a few maintenance items that needed to be reported.

We had a very nice stay for 2 weeks at the canal front home. Upon arrival we felt the home was clean, although had a dog food odor which went away over time. The bedrooms were nice, the beds were very firm. We spent most of our time outside which was beautiful. The outdoor fan and light doesn’t work, and the leaves above the bar were constantly coming down. We couldn’t connect to any of the audio devices in and out of the home, which would have been nice. We still had a wonderful stay!
We had a very nice stay for 2 weeks at the canal front home. Upon arrival we felt the home was clean, although had a dog food odor which went away over time. The bedrooms were nice, the beds were very firm. We spent most of our time outside which was beautiful. The outdoor fan and light doesn’t work, and the leaves above the bar were constantly coming down. We couldn’t connect to any of the audio devices in and out of the home, which would have been nice. We still had a wonderful stay!
