My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room and the door malfunctioning to get into the room. I took the initiative to clean the room on my own as if i were home and It took entirely too long to get into the room with the key card because the door wasn’t recognizing the insert but other than that the stay was just okay. $160 for one night was a bit much but definitely on the lower side. quick and easy to book.

Walked into the room. Toilet over flowing , loose tiles, dirty towels on the floor. Ironing board set up and stuff on it to iron. Garbage cans full of trash. Beds NOT made. Bugs. Never again.

Once we checked in, we were told by the front desk attendant that we had "15 minutes" to check out our room and see if it was satisfactory to stay in or not. If we stayed in the room for 30-60 minutes, we would be charged. We looked at the first room (1 King size bed, which was our preference). However, my husband found mold behind the bathroom door, so we moved from this room. Next we looked at second room, but there were issues with that room. We were finally taken to a third room (with 2 Queen size beds) and this was not as bad, so we moved into this room. However, the front desk attendant told us that he would have to charge us an additional $15 because there were two beds and the hotel staff would have to work harder/longer to clean. My husband had a few things to say to the attendant and he backed off and did not charge us the additional $15 fee. In this third room, I would not use the tub because it was dirty and dingy looking. Also, the hallways were heavily stained and unsanitary looking. The elevator was extremely dirty and needed to be swept out. The entire motel was like a "ghost town", yet the front desk attendant informed me they were "FULL" and there were no available rooms on the first floor for us and our two little dogs. I later found out, this was not true. Discarded furniture was piled up in the dumpster at the side of the motel as they renovate the entire bldg. Nice staff, but, I would definitely NOT stay here again. VERY dissatisfied.
