Great stay Hotel is a bit tired in places . Had balcony room over looking sea in main part which got at a discount price so made for a great stay . Food was more than acceptable staff were friendly helpful each day . Disappointed Spa facilities limited sauna jacuzzi closed massage was great . Facilities good however walking up from beach wouldn’t recommend for people with mobility problems . Nissaki is quaint nice village and hotel well situated and would return

Vi var väldigt nöjda med utsikten, den var verkligen fantastisk och höjde hela vistelsen. Däremot kändes hotellet i sig lite gammalt och maten var ganska trist, inget som stack ut. Vi reste i början av oktober och då var mycket av hotellets service redan stängd, bland annat spaavdelningen och den bättre restaurangen. Eftersom hotellet marknadsför sig som ett spahotell kändes det missvisande att dessa faciliteter inte var tillgängliga. Hade vi vetat det i förväg hade vi nog valt ett annat hotell.

The spa was closed and looked very dated the buffet during the day was the same basic foods every day the Italian restaurant was shut the gift shop opened irregular hours and the evening buffet was again the same every nigt

Elevator service intermittent at best, elevators always broke down and out of service. Food was limited and poor quality. Alcohol options also limited and poor for “all-inclusive”. Very expensive and limited taxi service over $100 euro to get to town. The good about this place is staff are generally friendly and view amazing.

This hotel has two good sides - dedicated personell and nice views from the balcony. But the hotel itself is rundown. Lacking service and maintenance, mould from the aircon, unfresh air in the corridor, cockroaches, and lack of choice when it comes to food. The food is of low quality, basically the cheapest one can get, damped in fat. No single lifeguard, neither at the pool nor at the beach. Remote location-uber costs 60€ one way. I will NOT come back.

Beautiful place, nice view, helpful staff. Hotel itself would definitely need some maintenance. Not many activities available, maybe due to off-season.

El hotel tiene unas vistas preciosas pero está súper antiguo y le hace falta una reforma. Está en varias alturas y toca estar todo el día subiendo y bajando, los ascensores todos los días estaban estropeados. Para personas de movilidad reducida no está habilitado para nada. La playa es pequeñita pero bonita y el acceso es bastante complicado

Hotel is not a Four Star. Old and outdated. No wifi, non working elevators, and food was disgusting all around. Save your money and go elsewhere. Hotel Managers should all be fired. I don't blame the workers for Management letting this place fall apart. Was probably nice in the 1940s and has not been updated, painted, and/or upgraded since.

L’hôtel jouit d’une vue splendide sur la mer. C’est à peu près la seule chose positive. Pour le reste: 1) l’hôtel est bruyant et sale (chambres tres sales avec, par exemple, de vieux goblets laissés sous les lits, femmes de chambre qui font le strict minimum - un lit sur deux ???, des salles de bain jamais nettoyées, flexible de douche cassé…, serviettes enlevées mais pas remplacées, ni savon ni gel douche, terrasse jamais balayée, transats cassés…), 2) la nourriture dégoûtante, peu variée, fade et franchement mauvaise (foie de veau pour les enfants ???), le restaurant italien sur réservation est une catastrophe: pâte à pizza congelée avec jambon récupéré du petit-déjeuner, sans compter les guêpes qui attaquent en raison, renseignements pris, des 9 nids sous la terrasse non traités… sans oublier les boissons : jus de fruit en poudre, alcool bas de gamme… Bref: une expérience très chère à oublier très vite

Erst später merkt man, dass bis dahin überhaupt keine Zimmerreinigung erfolgt. Der Wäschewechsels findet dann zwar wirklich statt, dabei wird aber nicht einmal das Waschbecken geputzt. Im Zimmer Renovierungsstau, klemmende Schubladen, knarzendes Bett; Im Bad Rost, Schmutz und Schimmelansatz. Zimmer sehr hellhörig: Unterhaltungen Vorbeigehender auf dem Flur hört man live mit, bei Stühlerücken in der Etage darüber, fällt man schier aus dem Bett. Publikum vorrangig slawischer Herkunft, selten hört man mal deutsche oder italienische Worte. Viele Kinder. Am schlimmsten fanden wir aber den sog. Speisesaal: Höllenlärm in einer riesigen Kantine mit einfachster Ausstattung, unappetitliches Abräumen an Servicetischen gleich neben den Gästen, keine Möglichkeit, draussen zu essen. Das Essen selbst zerkocht, geschmacklos und maximal lauwarm. Sowohl Essen als auch Getränke reine Selbstbedienung. An der Bar wird man bei jedem Becher Wasser gefragt, ob man ihn auch tunlichst im Allgemeinbereich trinkt. Das Hotel ist auf 8 Etagen in den Hang gebaut. Der obere, große Pool ist wenig besucht, der untere, kleine Pool ist überlaufen, weil es nur dort eine Poolbar gibt. Der Hotelstrand besteht aus wenigen Liegen in einer ungepflegten Kiesbucht. Die sog. Abendunterhaltung ein schlechter Scherz. Wir kommen nie wieder und können nur jedem abraten! Einzig Positives: Die Aussicht.

Despite my complaints to the staff, the room was never properly cleaned during my stay. **Service**: The service was equally appalling. The staff was unhelpful and rude. When I brought up my concerns about the food and the cleanliness of the room, they were dismissive and made no effort to address the issues. I felt completely neglected and ignored. **Conclusion**: This hotel was a total disappointment in every aspect. I would strongly advise against staying here if you care about your health, comfort, and overall experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay. This place is a health hazard and should be avoided at all costs.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti in questa struttura,decidendo di andare via una notte prima del check out dalle condizioni pietose del posto. Camere messe male,sporche addirittura a noi ci ha pure entrata l’acqua della pioggia dentro camere dovendo spostare la figlia che dormiva in uno dei divani letti a dormire nel letto con noi. Abbiamo trovato vermi in camera,frigo sporchissimo bagno pieno di muffa capelli vasca sporchissima. Cibo scadente nel limite del marcio senza scelta e se non andavi a mangiare la prima ora che il restoranti apriva non trovavi più nulla. Abbiamo mangiato fuori per salvarci e per salvare le bambine. Odore terribile la struttura puzza di fogne e pesce marcio. E stato un esperienza terribile da non tornarci più assolutamente e da non raccomandare a nessuno di andare. Ascensori per scendere al mare che gli spegnevano tutto il tempo il motivo nn si sa,e personale scortese che dopo varie segnalazioni forse rispondevano con un mi spiace. Con noi c’erano anche cdue famiglie con neonati dove alla cucina abbiamo chiesto varie volte parlato anche con il menager da bollire la pasta e ci è stata rifiutata.Questo è l’atteggiamento di fronte a due bambini di 8 mesi. Ci riteniamo fortunati a non essere avvelenati e di aver avuto la possibilità di noleggiare auto e uscire fuori da questo orrore. Praticamente abbiamo pagato un all inclusive e abbiamo speso per mangiare fuori e andare al mare fuori dalla struttura.

The food and resturant staff are so friendly specially the chef himself but the room was dirty and full of dust after I mention that to the manager. She told me she is going to take care of it but during our stay the room was full of dust. C est un hôtel qui pourrait être top mais qui est laissé à l abandon Literie horrible propreté à désirer piscine jamais nettoyer guêpes partout normal il y a des nids qui ne sont pas traités impossible de prendre l apéro dehors Les cocktails pas top non plus et pas beaucoup de choix de tout façon se sont des jus chimique Buffet pas très varié toujours les mêmes choses et beaucoup de congelé Spa pourrait être fou et 1 seule masseuse La crise a du passer par là mais c est vraiment dommage

Clean hotel with large rooms, interior a bit old though. Enormous outside pool. Friendly, English speaking staff. Excellent food for all meals! Beds were a bit too hard, unfortunately. Provided us with a crib for our baby without having to ask for it which was really nice.

Very remote. 80 euros return for a taxi to go 6 miles to go to nearby town. Staff and views are brilliant but very rundown. Only 1 small shower gel a day and no other toiletries. Pool area never washed down even after complaint. Food average but not genuine Coke. Really needs updating totally. The staff try really hard to make everything good for you. I feel sorry for them. Needs a good clean and coat of paint.

Lifts on both side keep breaking down and air-conditioning in the room was very poor also the bathroom was leaking.

Transfer mit Hotelshuttle hat super funktioniert. Schöne, saubere Anlage. Ansicht ist Wahnsinn. Personal war freundlich. Und jetzt große "ABER". Hotel Renovierungsbedürftig! Zimmer veraltet kein Ambiente.Unbequeme Betten und Kissen. Essen sonst mittelmäßig. Wein, Bier, Kaffee und Cocktails von schlechter Qualität. Keine 4 Sterne!

Nachdem ich das Hotel gebucht hatte las ich nur negative Bewertungen und hatte meine Zweifel aber vor Ort habe ich mich super wohl gefühlt und Spaß gehabt. Schöne ruhige Anlage, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch schön. Das Personal ist auch super freundlich muss ich sagen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hotelanlage ist zum Teil renovierungsbedürftig. Aber der Ausblick vom Hotel ist fantastisch.

I’m not sure I understood all the steps involved in this property. However the guest services lady Sophia went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and pleasurable as it could be. She was an absolute diamond.

Food in the buffet was limited and repetitive Staff were friendly, however housekeeping came into our rooms while we were sleeping and turned the bathroom lights off while we were in there. i said i was in the bathroom yet they didn’t turn them back on. overall a decent holiday

This hotel has some unfair ratings. We were a little worried by the ratings before we arrived as they had dipped since we booked. We had absolutely nothing to worry about. The hotel is clean. The staff are friendly. The food is typical all inclusive food and very nice to eat. I thnk the people who complained wanted a la carte champagne menu for fish and chip prices. It is well worth the money we paid and we both loved it. The only thing I found annnoying was the wasps. If they could be addressed then there would be no complaints at all.

Die Anlage ist abgelegen, ohne Auto kommt man abends nicht weg.

Pour le reste: 1) l’hôtel est bruyant et sale (chambres tres sales avec, par exemple, de vieux goblets laissés sous les lits, femmes de chambre qui font le strict minimum - un lit sur deux ???, des salles de bain jamais nettoyées, flexible de douche cassé…, serviettes enlevées mais pas remplacées, ni savon ni gel douche, terrasse jamais balayée, transats cassés…), 2) la nourriture dégoûtante, peu variée, fade et franchement mauvaise (foie de veau pour les enfants ???), le restaurant italien sur réservation est une catastrophe: pâte à pizza congelée avec jambon récupéré du petit-déjeuner, sans compter les guêpes qui attaquent en raison, renseignements pris, des 9 nids sous la terrasse non traités… sans oublier les boissons : jus de fruit en poudre, alcool bas de gamme… Bref: une expérience très chère à oublier très vite

Not enough food and drink for amout of guests. Also long queues at the buffet. Not impressed.

Views were stunning and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the food let down the experience as there was limited variety and mediocre quality.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med utsikten, den var verkligen fantastisk och höjde hela vistelsen. Däremot kändes hotellet i sig lite gammalt och maten var ganska trist, inget som stack ut. Vi reste i början av oktober och då var mycket av hotellets service redan stängd, bland annat spaavdelningen och den bättre restaurangen. Eftersom hotellet marknadsför sig som ett spahotell kändes det missvisande att dessa faciliteter inte var tillgängliga. Hade vi vetat det i förväg hade vi nog valt ett annat hotell.

The spa was closed and looked very dated the buffet during the day was the same basic foods every day the Italian restaurant was shut the gift shop opened irregular hours and the evening buffet was again the same every nigt

Elevator service intermittent at best, elevators always broke down and out of service. Food was limited and poor quality. Alcohol options also limited and poor for “all-inclusive”. Very expensive and limited taxi service over $100 euro to get to town. The good about this place is staff are generally friendly and view amazing.

C est un hôtel qui pourrait être top mais qui est laissé à l abandon Literie horrible propreté à désirer piscine jamais nettoyer guêpes partout normal il y a des nids qui ne sont pas traités impossible de prendre l apéro dehors Les cocktails pas top non plus et pas beaucoup de choix de tout façon se sont des jus chimique Buffet pas très varié toujours les mêmes choses et beaucoup de congelé Spa pourrait être fou et 1 seule masseuse La crise a du passer par là mais c est vraiment dommage

Clean hotel with large rooms, interior a bit old though. Enormous outside pool. Friendly, English speaking staff. Excellent food for all meals! Beds were a bit too hard, unfortunately. Provided us with a crib for our baby without having to ask for it which was really nice.

This hotel has some unfair ratings. We were a little worried by the ratings before we arrived as they had dipped since we booked. We had absolutely nothing to worry about. The hotel is clean. The staff are friendly. The food is typical all inclusive food and very nice to eat. I thnk the people who complained wanted a la carte champagne menu for fish and chip prices. It is well worth the money we paid and we both loved it. The only thing I found annnoying was the wasps. If they could be addressed then there would be no complaints at all.
