A refundable security deposit is required on arrival in Cash : 500 THB.

This property has a 30-day cancellation policy for Deposit Only Rates. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total cost of your stay. All bookings during holidays and festive season are non-refundable. Pre-payment is required and will be processed by Blessings Home & Café. Failure to respond to our payment request within 2 days will result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
The credit card transaction fees are automatically deducted from all refunds, modifications, and cancellations.
Our reception hours are 7.00am until 8.30pm. Check-in after 8.30pm or check-out before 7.00am will be charged 300 THB.
Cancellation or modification is allowed strictly in adherence to your booking conditions. This policy encompasses cancellations due to any reason, including medical conditions such as COVID, alterations in travel plans, flight adjustments or cancellations, and any other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a medical occurrence, we recommend contacting your medical insurance provider for information on potential reimbursement options. Additionally, if a guest fails to arrive for their reservation, the reservation will be marked as a ‘No-Show’ at midnight on the day of check-in and will be cancelled.
Please do not bring outside food into your rooms or our Blessings Café. Instead, enjoy your meal in our green and inviting common backyard kitchen and space. We provide free water, dishes, fridges, a toaster, a blender, and even a stove so you can be your own chef. We ask our guests to clean the kitchen and common areas after use. This is our shared home, and together we keep it beautiful, cozy, and clean.
Blessings Home and Café is a non-smoking place. We provide tables for smoking next to our motorbike parking in the green backyard.
To respect our cultural traditions, maintain cleanliness, and ensure comfort, we kindly ask our guests to remove their shoes before entering Blessings Home & Café. We offer shoe racks at every entrance for your convenience.
We kindly ask our guests to be quiet and respectful in the hallways and in front of the dormitories to respect others’ sleep and retreat space.
Please be mindful of water, light, AC, and electricity usage as we are living on a tropical island where conservation is important.
