Dejlig pool, ok morgenmad

The hotel was ok, what we missed is that it was not maintained, bathroom was very little, shower space tiny and water went all over floor , things were not repaired when broken in our room ( terass door, hanging for the toilet paper ), pool closed at 19:00- why ? , the room needs definitely updating. The front desk - the welcome was limited to “please can we have your passports”, no “hello” - maybe they were tired . Parking space was just for some cars . The best thing was the location - just minutes from Canal d’Amore. Many people like this hotel , so the above is just our subjective impression .

Lovely hotel ,lovely staff ,nice and clean ,good brexfast. Only thing that let it down was bathroom. Shower had awful plastic curtain , head needed replacing as squirted everywhere. Sink had glass shelf which made it very hard to clean face and no plug . Air con did not feel like it was working. First time I never took a hair dryer as every time I have stayed the hotels had one. Room did not have one . Would I stay again yes . Bed was really good , and location.

We booked Angelina’s on a whim back in March, just looking for a place to stay (a bed in other words) which was close to the beach, bars and restaurants. We definitely wanted a pool, air conditioning, WiFi and a breakfast as a minimum (parking would have been nice too). When Angelina came up amongst the options we were a little sceptical, only because we didn’t know enough of that side of Sidari, but we decided to ‘take a chance’. Well I can only say that we were very surprised and happy with our choice, from the moment we arrived after 10pm at night, George and his staff were so helpful. Our room was spotless when we got in with great air conditioning, and it was spacious too with a table and chairs as well as a sink & hotplate. If I did have a suggestion at this point it would be to supply a small amount of dishwashing liquid, to be able to clean cups, etc. Our days consisted of enjoying the ample breakfast that the staff prepare and ensure is always available, followed by a few hours on the beach, then back to Angelina’s in the late afternoon to enjoy the fantastic swimming pool, loungers and a beverage or two from the bar! Later on it was out to the many lovely restaurants in the immediate area, but always back to a comfortable bed and cool room. We can’t say enough about how helpful & polite the staff were. From the cleaners to the waiters, everyone was smiling and always greeting you. We told George before we left that we would be back, looking at September right now!
