New luxurious villa with stunning pool,views &bbq!

I stayed here as a group of 10 friends (5 couples). Each room is lovely with an en-suite. The villa itself is a gorgeous renovated property with a great pool, BBQ area and views of Cretan hills. The hosts were very kind, always in hand to provide recommendations and any small issues we had were fixed super quick! Location got 4* simply because it’s slightly remote and a car is needed to get almost anywhere. Nearest shops/bars are a 25 min walk down the hill. But with that does come some peace and quiet. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

A great modern villa, with plenty of inside and outside space. It has a really well designed pool and barbecue area which are wonderfully peaceful. The pool area even has WiFi! The host made us feel really welcome, dealt with any questions straight away and invited us to a local festival. The villa is in a small village with a couple of good restaurants in walking distance but you will need a hire car. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I, and my family, who are now all grown up, have been staying in holiday villas for over 20 years. We all agreed this was the best villa we have stayed in. The villa had everything we needed: a large, well maintained swimming pool, a BBQ and shaded area for eating outside, five good sized bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a lovely patio area outside the kitchen which was shaded in the morning for breakfast, and a large lounge. There were TVs in each bedroom and the lounge, although we only used it once. There was air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as the kitchen and lounge. The location is quiet and in a village about 15-20 minutes drive from Rethymno. There were 3 good restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the villa and plenty in Rethymno, although we would recommend going into the old town to find them. The whole villa was spotless when we arrived. We would also like to mention the lovely owners who met us when we arrived and looked after us during our stay. They were so generous with their time and home made produce. They were very welcoming. As you would no doubt guess, we would thoroughly recommend this villa.

This villa is absolutely beautiful. 8 of us, age ranging from (17-79) have just returned back from a 10 night stay, only regret is we didn’t book for longer. The villa is so beautiful, modern facilities with a traditional charm. The grounds are fantastic too. Spent many a evening at the bbq area and morning coffee on the upper patio. Loved playing table tennis and chess. The pool area has everything you need, sun beds, side tables, bean bags, if we ventured out to any of the points of interest we couldn’t wait to get back to the villa. The owners are so lovely and their hospitality made it so special. We would definitely like to book to come back again. We spent a few evenings at Romeo and Juliet (restaurant opposite), Poliou house (Greek restaurant along with Greek dancing just down the road), and we had the local chef come and prepare our meal one evening, I would fully recommend all of the above. Honestly I couldn’t fault our holiday. Would suggest car hire as about 15 mins into Rethymno, but also used the very reliable taxi service, around €22. If you are looking at this villa….. do not hesitate and book it up, you won’t be disappointed. I haven’t written a review before but felt I should with this one !!. We will be returning for sure !.
