A good size rooms, washing machine and dryer available. Spacious areas and also im the common areas. However the bath towels and bed sheets have seen better days. A bit distant from Central Seville. Carpark underground. Staff very friendly. Restaurants and cafes around the corner. The kitchen is somewhat well equipped.

The staff are very attentive and the apartment was clean. If you have a car this is an ideal place to stay. Having a washing machine in the room made our vacation so much less complicated as we are away for three weeks. The metro station was only 5 minutes by car and for 1.90 we were in to Seville in four stops. Parking for the rental car is free at the metro stations. The room is very quiet.

Everything is very spacious and in good state. Easy parking and only 6 euro a night. When you have the luck new guests before you did not fill in the check in form online you have to wait about 25 minutes before it is your turn.

The property is great. Modern construction with all amenities you can need. Like living inal a small condo. Comes with kitchen washer dryer. Enough space rooms to store. Big bathroom. However You'll really need a car (plenty of spots) as the week-end the area is not served by public.transportation or Bus/metro are 1k away.

Fácil acesso ao metrô, mas deslocamento até a estação mais próxima de carro (estacionamento grátis) ou Uber. O tamanho do apartamento é adequado, mas se fosse um pouco maior seria melhor. J'ai dormi avec des boules quies ce qui n'est pas confortable. Si vous n'avez pas le sommeil sensible, c'est un hébergement assez pratique. On se garait à 5 minutes sur le parking du métro San Juan bajo pour visiter le centre ville. Il n'y a rien sur place pour manger le soir. Voiture nécessaire. Sinon ubereat.

We had booked an apartment for 4. Upon arrival the sofa bed was not spread out and ready with bed linen. The apartment was very close to a very busy motorway and a truck/car wash and it was quite noisy. The staff was very helpful. There was a convenient free parking space in front of the building.

Check-in sur place compliqué, obligé de le faire en ligne une fois arrivé. Personnel accueillant mais parlant très peu anglais. Chambre propre mais les draps du 2ème lit avaient été oubliés. Canapé-lit inconfortable. Climatisation très froide, impossible à régler. Salle de bain très bien, appartement spacieux. Volets roulants difficiles à manipuler bien que récents. Chambre très sonore, on entend beaucoup les appartements voisins. Le badge d'accès à la chambre devait être réinitialisé tous les soirs car ne fonctionnait plus. Stationnement facile, mais loin des transports publics (besoin de prendre la voiture ou un bus pour rejoindre le métro).

Sur place RAS, parfait avec une voiture à 5min de la station de métro blas infantes avec grand parking gratuit pour rejoindre le centre de Seville à 3 stations de là. L appart parfait, l accueil aussi, le problème était plus en amont : nous avons payé par hotels.com mais reçu tous les jours des mails automatiques avec des liens pour régler l hôtel ainsi qu une caution. J ai essayé de leur envoyer un mail resté sans réponse, nous avons fini par appeler l hotel qui nous a dit finalement que c était un mail automatique et de ne pas en tenir compte. Pas très grave mais perte de temps ...

Address on the hotel website is similar to the near by shopping mall that caused my GPS guided in the middle of shopping mall in the middle of night. After some phone calls to hotel, the check in staff kindly sent me the correct address arrived safely. A little trouble for a communication in English with most front desk staff except one staff who came to our room to fix the heating issue. He also provided us with a valuable information on the city attractions and parking tips.

Its a bit out of the way for visitors without a car using public transport, but with a car it was fantastic as plenty of free parking in front. Quiet and safe area 24 hours manned reception - Receptionist was helpful checking me in, giving wifi instructions, recommendations for restaurants in the centre, etc. Fully self contained airconditioned flat with stocked kitchen, separate lounge, bed, bath areas. Coffee, toiletries towels washer dryer iron brooms mops etc provided. Blinds for hot sunny days. Limited dining options (variety) nearby but only accessible by car. I wanted to leave the car and use public transport to go into the centre one day but the nearest tobacco shop to buy the tourist pass was 20 mins away and they are only open in am or pm (siesta). Limited public transport was the only negative but everyone else is 10/10 definite recommend using a car

Estaba todo limpio excepto algunas cosas de menaje. El apartamento bien. Muy cómodo. Te brindan un código para ingresar por tu cuenta cuando llegas. En el primer piso hay una máquina expendedora de bebidas y algunos snacks que pueden salvarte cuando necesitas algo. Recomiendo Iberflat pero si alguien va sin coche, tener en cuenta que está lejos del centro de Sevilla, en bus es a una hora aproximadamente.
