I traveled from Texas for my son's wedding. Drove there all night. Arrived at 5am and had to sit in the lobby until 625 am for someone to show up at the front desk. I did call a week before and the day before to make them aware what time I would arrive.. it was a major ordeal to get checked in. Get up to room key does not work. This happens every time I left the room and came back. Had to get a new key. There was no hot water and the place was dirty and smelled. When I arrived they had an issue where they couldn't take my payment. When my daughter arrived at 2am the next morning she was treated horribly after traveling with 3 small children. Took an act of congress damn near. She had to have a front desk member come open her door with master key the whole first day before bit got fixed. The pool was alright. The only ice was on the first floor. Once I seen the nastiness of the ice machine I just changed my mind. The breakfast was crap as well. I will never stay here again! For as much time as I spent waiting for someone to be at the front desk I should of got paid. Day shift was great they tried to help as best they could. Not owned by Wyndham. Owned by Nebraska license LLC

Stayed in room 336 and woke up bitten up by bed bugs . Which is sad because I use this hotel.all the time and never ran across this before . Hopefully they get taken care up or I won't be ever going back I have huge red hive looking bite marks on my face, my arms and my feet . I'm getting tired and drained out ,.. The hotel has came along way doing alot on renovation hopefully they get it under control soon. Over on

The room smelled of smoke and when pulling back the blankets there were blood spots and debris on the sheets. We did not stay checked out immediately.
