Great location with amazing view from walk out terrace with hot tub. We stayed in Penthouse apt (Lazarnia 3). The Apartment was clean and bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Only a short walk to old town, but my two cents you want to be here and have the view. The only suggestion if your taking a taxi or ride to apt do not use address given. Tell them to drop you at Biker Cafe. Then it is a quick walk to penthouse apt. The Lazarina 3 address drops you off at the bottom of an extremely long stairwell. So if you have luggage that is not the way you want to go, you want to go in the back driveway by Biker Cafe. THE PENTHOUSE is the place to stay. I cant say enough. Also a Spar Grocery store is right next to the Biker Bar. Another plus for a family of 5.

Absolutely stunning. The place is phenomenal with amazing sea views and overlooking the Castle. Seriously totally recommend it but be in good health because there are a lot of steps!

Fantastic apartment. Manager Ante contacted me in advance of my staying to arrange a taxi, property guide, etc. It was really helpful for my first visit in Dubrovnik. 5min walkable distance from Dubrovnik Old Town Gate. Also it's located next to the bus stop for Dubrovnik local bus no.5 and no.8 Fantastic view from the balcony - Old town wall, harbour, islands. It's got refrigerator, induction cooking, dishwasher, everything for self-catering, jacuzzi, hot tub, smart-TV I will definitely re-visit this summer.

360 views of old town, the island of lokrum and the Adriatic means beautiful sunsets while you lounge in the balcony. It’s also close to the main sights and close enough to Banje beach that you can run back for the book you forgot to bring. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, beds are comfy, air conditioning helps keep you cool. The kitchen is well equipped… we cooked most of our meals. The host is very responsive…we had a few issues and they dealt with them right away. Highly recommend and we are hoping to come back:)

Beautifully renovated and appointed 2-bedroom apartment. Spectacular view of the old town from the large terrace. Enjoy a glass of wine in your jacuzzi with sunset views. The view comes with a price: What is not evident in the description is that this dwelling is not actually within the walled city but up in the hill. To get there, you have to take about 20 steps up or 90 steps down before you reach the roads leading into the walled city. Bit challenging after dinner and nothing for a wheelchair. However, once you managed the hike down, small Banje Beach is literally 5 minutes away and the southern old city gate about 10 minutes walking. Don’t use taxis, rather the excellent property transportation or Uber, which works well and is less than half the price.

Had a lovely short stay in this apartment. Brilliantly located within the city walls, just a stone's throw from the Stadrun. Beautifully decorated apartment. Massive walk in shower. Would definitely stay again. Great easy communication with host about check in. The hosts were really helpful too in arranging a taxi to the airport and luggage storage after we checked out. Thoroughly recommend!

This is definitely not a place for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. The steps to the apt. Were very steep. The steps in the facility were dangerous. We thought we were booking a ground floor unit but actually it was a first floor unit. There were no banisters in some places and the one banister by our room was coming unattached from the wall. The mattress was good. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was very nice.

Being inside the old city meant we were close to everything, so it was easy getting around on foot. The apartment was very spacious and clean and well-equipped. We were close to lots of dining options as well. The steps leading up to the apartment were tiring at the end of a busy day but were a small price to pay for the experience of staying inside the walls.

Room was still dirty when we arrived and could not check in until almost 6pm when all we wanted to do was shower and get some food. Loose electrical outlets half that didn’t work and 2 that pulled completely out of the wall when you removed what was plugged in. Leaving exposed wiring, lucky I wasn’t shocked. Sink in bathroom didn’t have a p trap so the room was constantly filling with sewer gases. Not only dangerous but terrible for your health. When I realized I plugged the sink with a rag and we slept with the windows open. Location in good but that’s about the only positive. Would not recommend staying here.

The property is in the old town, so the location is great for visiting but it does mean that you are walking there and there are stairs, but this trade off to stay in the old town is very worthwhile. The property was clean and well maintained. The one issue we had was that the bathroom had a smell from the drains so we needed to run the extractor all the time and keep the door closed

The location was excellent. Within the city walls. Calling this an apartment is misleading. It was a very small bedroom with a small bathroom. While we were there the toilet was leaking and continually running making the floor wet. The owner came and addressed the problem but then it recurred. Did not make for a great stay. She was very nice and she did her best.

The room was in need of maintenance. Outlets were pulling out of the wall, the shower had in place to put soap shampoo etc other than the floor and there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Also there were no glasses but they were delivered to the room when I asked.

Great location and nice apartment, but we stayed on a Friday night, and there was a lot of party noice from club in the street downstairs. Also expect some noice in the building from doors closing, people coming and going etc. - not voices from people in other the apartment once they are inside. Would improve safety to put up a smoke detector to wake guest in case of fire.

If you want to get any sleep before 2am this is the last place you want to stay. The club / bar is so loud below the apartment that it is not usable unless you don’t plan to go back until after 2am. The staff was nice and helpful but the just can’t be avoided.

The apartment itself is nicely furnished, beds are comfy, air conditioning helps keep you cool. The kitchen is well equipped… we cooked most of our meals. The view comes with a price: What is not evident in the description is that this dwelling is not actually within the walled city but up in the hill. To get there, you have to take about 20 steps up or 90 steps down before you reach the roads leading into the walled city. Bit challenging after dinner and nothing for a wheelchair. However, once you managed the hike down, small Banje Beach is literally 5 minutes away and the southern old city gate about 10 minutes walking. Don’t use taxis, rather the excellent property transportation or Uber, which works well and is less than half the price.

First, the assistant met me at the door and was excellent in communication through out my journey. As a solo traveler and with the heat in the city; it was so appreciated. She showed me the room promptly, made a few recommendations on dining and sights and made sure I knew to call her with needs. My stay was quiet, perfect location, comfortable bedding and cold A/C. Coffee and water were available. The internet also worked well. She allowed me a late departure due to some technology outages that caused delays and I was very grateful for the courtesy. The service was first class and friendly. Thank you. One caution - I would not recommend this location to anyone with physical limitations or who cannot travel lightly. Like most of Europe, there are steps. Don’t be “That” tourists with oversized bags! There is laundry service available a few steps away.

The owner of the property actually cares about his guests, and actually delayed leaving for his own vacation to greet us at the gate and show us to our room. I highly recommend arranging airport transfers through the property manager. It costs the same and makes things so much easier.

We stayed in Dubrovnik for 1 night and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of 4. The location was convenient, close to the taxi drop off point, so I was very relieved that we didn't need to carry our bags down too many flights of stone steps. We met our host who was very friendly and helpful, organising a taxi to meet us at the airport. One highlight of this apartment was the powerful air conditioning for which I was extremely grateful. The AC unit was in the living area but was able to keep both bedrooms cool throughout the night. On check-out day, we left our bags in the hallway by the front door at our own risk . We were advised to get up early to secure the space in the small vestibule because there would be many people in the same building wanting to do the same thing. It wasn't ideal and I initially felt uncomfortable about abandoning our bags but the housekeeper was around and I figured that there wouldn't be many people wanting to steal luggage and carry it up flights of stone steps in the heat! If we return to Dubrovnik, would stay in this apartment again. Thank you!

Manager Ante contacted me in advance of my staying to arrange a taxi, property guide, etc. It was really helpful for my first visit in Dubrovnik. 5min walkable distance from Dubrovnik Old Town Gate. This property is treacherous! Our room opened onto a diagonal half-step in an extremely narrow, steep and dark stairway. The motion-sensor lights don\'t come on until you\'ve already fallen down the stairs, broken bones and ruined your vacation. I\'m almost 50 years old and never broken a bone before in my life! Great location with amazing view from walk out terrace with hot tub. We stayed in Penthouse apt (Lazarnia 3). The Apartment was clean and bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Only a short walk to old town, but my two cents you want to be here and have the view. The only suggestion if your taking a taxi or ride to apt do not use address given. Tell them to drop you at Biker Cafe. Then it is a quick walk to penthouse apt. The Lazarina 3 address drops you off at the bottom of an extremely long stairwell. So if you have luggage that is not the way you want to go, you want to go in the back driveway by Biker Cafe. THE PENTHOUSE is the place to stay. I cant say enough. Also a Spar Grocery store is right next to the Biker Bar. Another plus for a family of 5.

Being inside the old city meant we were close to everything, so it was easy getting around on foot. The apartment was very spacious and clean and well-equipped. We were close to lots of dining options as well. The steps leading up to the apartment were tiring at the end of a busy day but were a small price to pay for the experience of staying inside the walls.

I had a fantastic stay in Dubrovnik! The location couldn’t have been better—just a 2-minute walk from Stradun, which made it easy to explore the Old Town and all its attractions. Most excellent customer service. This place exceeded our expectations with location and access to everything. Place was clean, spacious and centrally located with a lovely restaurant at arms length. Bar next to us can be load until 2 pm but close the windows and you should be fine. Only 2 min walking from the BEST night club The Revelin” in a castle insane and gorgeous! Warning stairs can be intense.

Thank you to the staff who got us into the room before check-in , much appreciate , It was a lovely room , It was a sort walk up the stairs to the room , But very close to one of the Main Street with restaurants, amazing place , loved it But some things need to be fix , like the power outlet not screwed in properly , looked like a fire hazard to me. The mini- fridge was not working and since we stayed only a day didn’t call to get it fix. Over all i recommend , it is central close to the pile entrance .

O flat fica no último andar , são 4 laces de escadaria , além das escadas da old town , tem que estar preparado. É um apartamento charmoso, com utensílios , louças , máquina de lavar roupas , mas não tinha nada para usar, sem panos de prato , pano de chão , sabão máquinas , produtos limpeza , vasoura . O pior foi limpeza , tudo com poeira , chão sujo , a tv não funcionava, sem antena ou conexão com internet , avisei proprietário , mas , não respondia , depois de muitas mensagens, mandou alguém para limpar o apartamento no dia seguinte , mas os outro problemas não foram resolvidos , o ar condicionado caía sujeira na cama e fazia barulho que não dava para dormir , a cama estava apoiada por livros para não afundar , tomadas soltas , ducha chuveiro quebrado , banheiro não tem janela e exaustor não funcionava, então cheirava mal o tempo todo, Apesar de ser flat , acabamos não usando nada , por falta de coisas básicas. Mandei fotos, vídeos e mensagens para proprietário , mas não respondia e nem foi ver o que estava ocorrendo . Foi o pior suporte que já vi com cliente . Tentei ajuda com a Hotéis.com , mas a única solução foi acordo p/reembolso de 2 dias e procurar outro lugar , mas em alta temporada não tinha disponibilidade e não ia perder férias procurando outro lugar . The location could not be beat. The bathroom door did not shut. We had to put a towel against the door when we needed privacy in order for it to stay closed. There was a lot of noise through the night—making it hard to sleep. The room was clean and cool. The shower was great! SO many steps to get there, but well worth the central location.
