Japanese Onsen Ryokan Kohakuen

朝食の評価が高いとの記載があったので、期待したいのですが、正直そこまでではなかったです。

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance from Isawa Station, and there are several convenience stores nearby. I enjoyed learning about the history of Isawa Onsen from the photo displays near the elevator. The story about hot springs suddenly flowing from vineyards in 1961 was especially interesting. The Japanese-style room was nicely refurbished and very comfortable. I also appreciated the small thoughtful details, such as lending thin yukata ties . The staff were kind and friendly, and the phone charging station in the lobby was very convenient. I would love to visit again. 駅から徒歩圏内。コンビニも近くに三軒ありロケーションも良かったです。エレベーター横に飾ってあった写真で石和温泉の歴史を知り、ぶどう畑からの青空温泉、、がとても興味深かったです。 和室もリフォームされていて無駄がなく浴衣の紐なども貸してくださり細かいところに気遣いが感じられました。 スタッフの皆さんも感じが良かったです。ロビーのテーブルに充電コーナーがあるのも便利でした。また訪れたい宿です。

出来れば、フロントではなく、浴室か各部屋に洗顔や化粧水等を置いておいて欲しいだす。 男湯と女湯切り替えにはなるのですが、温度が全然違ってました 客室、食事(夕飯)担当の方はとても親切でした

Room was very clean. Staff very helpful. A little isolated but a really nice stay

綺麗、広い、くつろげた マッサージも良かった。電子レンジも貸していただけた。
