The property is in a stunning location. As it used to operate as a hotel it has a full bar area, large seating area and huge dining room. The best part is the view from the balcony over the lake District, absolutely stunning. The rooms are large and well set out, although slighly dated and mostly clean, just behind radiators and areas like that are a bit dusty. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for 3 nights, 14 of us and there was more than enough space. Very spacious and in a quiet peaceful area and we especially loved the jacuzzi and how it overlooks the lovely landscape
