The Queens Arms Apartments

To start, I have rated comms with the host as OK because I didn't need any; check-in info came promptly as promised. The apartment was lovely; couldn't ask for better. There was a bit of noise from the pub downstairs but this didn't bother me at all. Other clientele seemd to be homeless people but again, doesn't bother me as I keep myself to myself. You would be well advised to keep a paper copy of all the door codes etc (entirely no keys), as routing through emails to find them can be a pain. The parking is a bit of a pain as you have you unlock a bollard to park, then then it again when you leave. This wasn't a problem for me in flat 1 but it may be a problem in flats 3 & 4 as their parking was frequently blocked by pub users double parking.

Everything has it's own pin code access; car parking, main entrance, room, garden area, etc. Make sure you have all the pins sorted BEFORE you arrive, there is no one at the Queens Inn who can help you, albeit they are very friendly and helpful. Tip: Perhaps keep a small piece of card to write all the pin numbers on so that you are not routing through emails trying to find pin numbers when you desperately need to get into you apartment. 😅

The apartment was excellent. Clean, comfortable and well equiped.
