Pros:The shuttle service with agents wearing pink jackets was fantastic. Easy to find and very convenient. The concierge staff were awesome and extremely helpful. I stayed on the 7th floor and appreciated having the fresh snacks in the small bistro area at end of hallway. Not so good: The restaurant only serves buffet and is quite expensive for someone who doesn't eat that much. The pool could use more loungers as they were always taken.

The room was clean. An electric kettle available. There was a great gym and beautiful pool. There is a restaurant on site and the food was really delicious and reasonably priced. I ordered a deluxe king room, which was very reasonable in price and it had the added benefit of a little snack room at the end of the hall. The room had a cappuccino espresso maker, which was lovely with little snacks available. Overall, I was very satisfied especially because one never knows what they get in another country.

This is a well run hotel with courteous staff and free shuttle to the airport. If you don't need to be downtown, this is a great place to be out of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, but still within reach. Also, no need to worry about traffic when catching your flight. Food, Spa, Pool, and room service all great.

Everything was lovely! I wouldn’t suggest staying here for your entire stay in you plan on exploring Bangkok as it’s far from the city. Great for a first night or final night near the airport though! Used What’s App to utilize the airport transportation shuttle and it worked flawlessly. Highly recommend adding the breakfast option. They have a gift shop, manicure, pedicure, massage, restaurant etc all available. A big beautiful pool as well!

Das Hotel hat sicherlich schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, der Rezeptionsbereich mit der angrenzenden Bar war ansprechend und gut klimatisiert. Auf unserer Etage gab es auf dem Flur keine Klimaanlage, es roch deshalb etwas muffig. Ob es in den anderen Etagen auch so ist kann ich nicht sagen. Das Zimmer selbst war groß genug, allerdings war es nicht sehr sauber und es roch nach altem Zigarettenrauch. Die Betten waren gut und man konnte schlafen und ausruhen. Im Bad war die Dusche in der Badewanne. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich, es gab einen Gutschein für ein Getränk an der Bar. Der morgendliche Shuttebus ( 3:30,Uhr )zum Flughafen war im Preis enthalten und das klappte sehr gut. Das Restaurant kann ich leider nicht beurteilen weil wir dort nicht gegessen haben. Unterm Strich würde ich sagen das man für unter 60€ nicht mehr erwarten kann und das Hotel für einen Tag geeignet ist, gerade wenn man wie wir das primäre Hotel mitten in Bangkok hat und einen sehr frühen Flug hat, da geht man bei dem Verkehr in Bangkok lieber auf Nummer sicher.

Hotel was clean, staff were helpful and kind. Lots of parking available. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We used the airport shuttle on the last day, it was easy to use. Room was large, comfortable. Moderate noise level was acceptable given it's proximity to the airport.

Ok airport hotel with free shuttle. I did not receive any VIP benefits this time but did in the past as expected. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The shower had limited water pressure. On the 3rd floor near the elevator it was moderately noisy.

The staff was amazing …but the area, room and view left much to be desired. My room overlooked a small dirty neighborhood of shacks. The bed was very hard and the room itself and bathroom was less impressive than I had hoped for the high rating this hotel received.

Biggest problem was that we booked a king bed and they gave us a room with 2 separated single beds!! They said the king was booked but we booked it too so what was the purpose of us booking in advance?!!!!!!!?!?!? Shuttle bus to and from the airport makes it very easy which is nice Good value for money per night The room is nice and clean Reception staff were friendly although they didn’t have a simple bandaid in their first aid kit

We liked the shuttle, meal was good. I think an airport hotel is always about the sleep which I couldn’t as the AC spewed out air which was smelled like cigarettes causing allergies. Only 2 small water in room which when you can’t drink water isn’t sufficient without more options like a water station. Wifi in room was non existent.

Quite a surprise. We used to stay at the airport Novotel, before it became a run down Hyatt. Thought we would try something different, and it was great! Shuttle from the airport is well organised and leaves on the hour from the airport and leaves on the half hour back to the airport. Our room was spacious and clean (just missing power outlets near the bed) Breakfast was very good, asian in content - but enough choices for the Aussie and the Thai wife to both be happy. Will happily return on our next layover trip through Bangkok.

Very nice hotel about 15 min from the airport. Driving to the property I was a little apprehensive but once past security the property is 4 star class. Room amenities rival that of Japan, robe, disposable room slippers, toothbrush, razor... I won't be staying next to the airport in the future but rather at the Amaranth...

Ate in the restaurant and the service was bad. A property that size should have been able to handle three dishes to one table as well as the other 6 tables being served. There were lots of staff but not working together so the three dishes we ordered for the table came one at a time although they were requested to come at the same time so we could eat together however they were painfully slow and didn’t seem to care that they used one wok to service the entire restaurant so it seemed counter productive and complaint worthy. I didn’t want to pay for the last dish because the waiter said it was busy and that’s the way it is. They were not busy only 8 tables being served by too many staff and a maître D who did not want to confront the issue. Was definitely sub-par and bad service.

I called to confirm reservation and to schedule an airport shuttle to pick me up. The staff could not confirm my reservation. I even had someone speak to her in Thai. She just could not get my name or confirmation code correct. I had to find another hotel.

The hotel was what we needed as an overnight stay to catch a flight the next day. Free shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The only negative was we told the receptionist when we booked out that we had peanuts from the minibar and asked how much, she said no charge. Only for us to get called put on the shuttle bus fir 20 baht. Same receptionist when i asked how much for breakfast she said included. Only to be given an 800 baht bill afterwards.

Enjoy the stay for 4 nigjts. Great place to stay as closer to airport and convenience. Buffet breakfast was also good.

Acceptable hotel if you require a bed for the night before your flight from the airport. The neighbourhood around the hotel is not appealing and we will probably look for an alternative airport hotel next time we are in Thailand. The service was good and the airport shuttle service worked very well.

The breakfast was amazing, you can get your eggs to order and the gentleman was very good chief. The stag was very welcoming, professional and very helpful. The rooms are nice and the shuttle to the airport was seamless. Thank you!

Lovely hotel and very handy for the airport, with a free shuttle service. The only reason I knocked a star off was because the service in the restaurant was slow. It wasn't busy, yet a couple of dishes I wanted from the menu weren't available. . The restaurant staff weren't as friendly as the reception staff but they weren't ' unfriendly' as such. Overall I'd definitely recommend staying here as a stopover to or from the airport. The

There is a 10% mandatory surcharge / service fee on everything you buy??? Even the water you drink in the Restaurant is chargeable and the rates are exhorbitant inside which is why the restaurant & bar are always empty as i have seen it. welcome drink that no one uses because it only allows a small glass of juice and not even a coffee

Minimum 20 minutes transport from airport to hotel.Consider going downtown if time permitts. Rooms are nice and spasious. Restaurant is not recommended. Attitude of staff there is bad, food just about average and the restaurant has completly lack of atmoshere and/ or cozyness.

Hotel only offered us a buffet dinner - which we don’t like. We then opted to go to the Red/Brown bar and order room service which was fine - but somewhat lacking in atmosphere. Food was good - wine was warm so we ordered clean ice to get it chilled - staff were lovely and obviously can’t find the staff to staff their bar…..but a lovely experience alll in all.

It’s a great hotel for an overnight stay going to and from the airport. Shuttle service is reliable, and it’s easy to find an Amaranth rep in the pink jacket at the airport. We’ve tried buffet, a la carte, and room service meals, all nicely prepared. Garden view from the restaurant, even though the hotel is in a busy district. Quiet, clean room on a newly renovated floor.
