The gentleman in the lobby was very friendly and quick to get us checked in. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee maker in it which was really nice. We were able to park right in front of our room, which was very convenient since we had a lot of luggage with us at the time. We brought our puppy with us, and there was a lot of traffic outside of the room up and down the stairs, which made it a little difficult to keep her quiet but after dark, it slowed down and all was good.

There is none, as in zero, parking at the back of the property. You are told to park on the end of the building in the handicap space to unload your things and walk from there to your room. Then do it again if you have more than one trip of items to bring to your room. After that, you get to move your vehicle to a parking spot only to walk back to your room. You get the joy of doing it again in the morning. This was not advertised. Might not be as big of an issue if it wasn’t cold, raining and late at night after driving all day. The free breakfast was lacking. The staff were exceedingly nice. Don’t do it. Don’t stay here. There are equally priced hotels near by without the issues noted above.

Room was very clean and the shower was nice. The extra rate for our 2 dogs was the lowest I found in Jackson. The clerk made sure to hold our room even though we didn’t arrive until 1:30am. I will definitely stay here the next time I come through Jackson.

First for the positive - the front office staff was so helpful and nice. Lovely people. I think that overall, the property is just older and very rundown. The room had a musty smell. The chair was stained and dirty, the sheets had oil stains on them. I checked for bedbugs because I was paranoid. The baseboards and trim were chipped and dirty. I didn’t walk on the carpet without shoes on the whole time. I will say the shower was clean. It just wasn’t awesome, even for a budget hotel.

We woke up at 2a.m to Bedbugs in room 123 on the backside. Went to the front desk to inform agent and she asked me am I in rm 122. That let me know then they have been aware of Bedbugs infestation at this location!!! She offered us another room but we declined because Who can sleep after finding a bedbug in their bed???!!!!!!! My kids and I are scared for life!!!

This is the cleanest Super 8 I’ve ever visited. Yes, it’s a little dated, but my room was clean. Even the air conditioner filters were clean! There was decent lighting and security cameras.

Staff was friendly but the room was dirty. Towels had stains as well as bed sheets. They also came into room while we were not there even tho we had the do not disturb sign up when we left. Would stay somewhere else next time and lay a little more.

Room was small with two queen beds. The room was clean which is the most important consideration for me. The beds were comfortable. The property seemed recently remodeled. It was reasonably priced compared to others in the area. We stayed for 1 night. Would stay there again.

The Wyndam name fooled me somewhat. This Super 8 was identical to ones I stayed in 50+ years ago. It was maintained fairly well by the owners, but it really showed its age.

Stop in to stay. Brought my dog and paid the pet fee 50 dollar deposit. Checked out no problems, talk to the desk they will refund my 50. Three weeks later no 50 dollars. Called and they said it’s on the way. It’s not on the way. Fun fact I took a video of the room as I checked out. Left it clean as a whistle. It’s a shame when businesses decided to cheat people out knowing they are on the road and really can’t do anything about it. AVOID

The property itself is not fancy, but it was more than suitable for our one night needs. The owner/manager was so sweet as we were checking in. She was very helpful with room information and local food recommendations. The room we were in was very clean and comfortable. We could not ask for more for a very reasonable price. We will stay here again if we're in the area.

The room was great. The bed was a little high and difficult for me as only 5’1” tall to get into easily. (If I had stayed more than one night, I would have asked for a step stool.) The clerk at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an overnight stay for a cross country move. Right off route 40 - very easy access. Super well lit - check in was a breeze - and check in staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean - and I felt safe. All you can ask for in an overnight stay!

We stopped in our way to North Carolina and it was a decent place. They had waffles for breakfast and some other choices. I think for $100 is a little expensive, they should give a more complete continental breakfast. But everything is so expensive now, so I'm glad we stayed here!

Staff nice and room visually clean but musty smell. Dark colors used in decor made room seem dark. But, that being said, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. Oh, and breakfast was a snack. - limited to a waffle, packaged muffin, or small yogurt.

Everything was fine. Older property but clean and smelled fine, but second floor flooring was creaky. Good breakfast, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, waffles apples, muffins, coffee, milk, and juice.

We stayed for one night. Room was clean but a little dated. Good breakfast, they had cereal, waffles, muffins and juice. For the price I thought it was a good value. Not expecting the Ritz, but perfect for a place to sleep while driving.

There is none, as in zero, parking at the back of the property. You are told to park on the end of the building in the handicap space to unload your things and walk from there to your room. Then do it again if you have more than one trip of items to bring to your room. After that, you get to move your vehicle to a parking spot only to walk back to your room. You get the joy of doing it again in the morning. This was not advertised. Might not be as big of an issue if it wasn’t cold, raining and late at night after driving all day. The free breakfast was lacking. The staff were exceedingly nice. Don’t do it. Don’t stay here. There are equally priced hotels near by without the issues noted above.

Easy, courteous and quick late evening check in. Clean room, comfortable bed. Pet friendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing, everything offered was sweet. A toaster would have been nice.

Staff was friendly and polite. The only problems I had was my door was kinda hard to open and close because it wound hang up on floor. The carpet could use a little more cleaning especially behind furniture. The breakfast could use more items to eat.

I had to clean the air-conditioning filters, they were caked with dust. They charged me $100 extra for 2 days, for 2 dogs, when we checked in the man said he wouldn't charge for the dogs. My dogs are house broken, so they didn't do anything in the room. We took them with us to look at homes, and when we returned it smelt like someone had been smoking Marijuana in our room, I had one of the owners, come to the room she said it didn't smell like it to her, obviously her smell was off because it still smelt like Marijuana when she came in. $243.00 for 2 nights is a ridiculous price. I will not stay there again.

All in all, a fine stay. Bathroom was recently redone and lovely, as well as clean. The main room was clean also, although furnishings were pretty shabby. But for the price, we didn't mind. One problem--the AC unit seemed like it was on its last leg. It just couldn't put out any cool air for more than a few minutes, without reverting back to no results. This was a problem in the August heat and it made it difficult to sleep. At another time of year, we would stay here again.

We booked 2 rooms as a family of 5. The staff were very helpful in moving rooms when the first room has a bad wet pet smell, The property is dated but clean and very good value for money. Breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay, very courteous and helpful. Breakfast area is small and gets crowded but I still enjoyed my coffee and waffle. The AC in our room was awesome. I would definitely come back.
