L’hôtel Elegant Airport Hotel ne devrait en aucun cas faire partie des établissements que vous proposez à vos clients. C’est une honte. Les conditions dans lesquelles nous avons été accueillis sont totalement inacceptables : • Des chambres sales et insalubres, la salle de bain sentait l'urine et de l'eau se trouver derrière les toilettes. La douche était moisi avec un sol collant • Une climatisation très compliquée à faire fonctionner, voire inexistante. • Une piscine inaccessible indiqué sur place comme « en travaux », mais qui semble en réalité simplement laissée à l’abandon et totalement inaccessible. • Un petit-déjeuner immangeable, servi dans une pièce non climatisée où la température dépassait les 40 °C. Les plats étaient laissés ouverts, les aliments semblaient fortement altérés et les seuls produits qui auraient éventuellement pu être consommés étaient les fruits… sauf qu’ils étaient recouverts de fourmis et d’insectes. Quant au café, il était tout simplement imbuvable. • La navette gratuite annoncée était inexistante. Nous avons finalement dû longer la route à pied jusqu’à un 7-Eleven simplement pour essayer de trouver quelque chose à manger pourle petit déjeuner. Je dispose de photos permettant de prouver chacun des problèmes mentionnés. Cette situation a complètement gâché la dernière journée de nos vacances. Nous avions volontairement choisi un hôtel "proche" de l’aéroport afin de passer une dernière journée piscine tranquille. Fuyez!

Very nice looking at first sight but it was mold in the walls and we got bummed out that the hotel didn’t say anything about the pool was closed for renovations. It was a jug and cups in the room but no coffe, tea or spoons. Not possible to get hot water in the shower that had minimum pressure. Horrible breakfast but friendly staff. They advertised for a kids playground but one swing does not equal a playground.
