Hotel Woodland

Our stay was far from comfortable. When we checked in, the room lacked basic toiletries, and it took two follow-ups before they were finally provided. Although the hotel claims to be non-smoking, we were disturbed late at night by someone smoking in the corridor—smoke entered our room and made it nearly impossible to sleep. Despite complaining to the reception, the issue remained unresolved, and their response was dismissive. We had to call a third time just to request a room freshener. Additionally, the food options outside of standard meal times were extremely limited, leaving little choice for guests arriving late or needing a quick bite. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations.
