This is the first time we stayed here and we loved it. We stayed as a family of 4 visiting family in the area. Rooms were very clean and big! We loved the tall ceilings, large spacious bathroom and shower. Casino was smoke free and clean, we loved the lounge that was in the middle of the casino that allowed us to have some drinks, talk and watch TV. Never tried the cafe or buffet, but both looked good. Pool and hot tub were clean, back patio was gorgeous and very calming in the morning. All staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Beds, pillows and the couch in the room were all super comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk down the hall to get some quiet adult time and walk back to our room. CONS: 1. they don't use fitted sheets on the bed, they use a flat sheet. I had to constantly tuck it in to stay fitted. The sheets also felt like rough toilet paper. I eventually got used to it. 2. No microwave in the rooms. We had a dorm fridge with lots of leftovers, but no way to eat them bc we didn't have a microwave to heat them up. 3. Hot tub jets didn't work. I got them to work once, bc the maintenance man was there and I think he flipped them on for me. He said it takes a bit for them to turn on, I did multiple cycles of jets after the first time they worked and they never worked. These cons wouldn't deter me from staying here again.

Only an avid gambler that wants to be as close as possible to the gaming floor should stay at this hotel. The hotel is uninviting. The front desk staff is dismissive and not helpful or welcoming. The restaurant has extremely limited hours. When it is open the food is bad and appeared to merely be taken from the buffet line. The rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. The rooms are very humid and wet all of the time. The curtains are filled with holes. There is a general bad smell to the room. It is nice that the casino is non-smoking. There is plenty of free parking. The immediate TSA like security when entering the hotel creates a negative vibe. Overpriced for what is provided. Save the money, stay somewhere nicer, and Uber or drive to the casino when you want to gamble.

I stay at this hotel a lot, its clean and well maintained. The staff are great and the food is pretty good. This trip however they short sheeted the bottom bed sheet. They put the sheet on only the top half of the bed and left the bottom half with no bed sheet so you were laying on the mattress pad. I don't understand the purpose of not putting the bottom sheet over the whole mattress rather than just half. I remade the bed the correct way, and had a good night sleep, in the future I will now be checking the sheets when I stay here.
