Bally's Quad Cities Casino & Hotel

Needs clean of pool (mold growing by drains and dirty floor), stairwells filthy need carpets cleaned, room need usb outlets to charge phones. Overall nice for area average for nationwide compare.

The parking was very good. The room was very comfortable.

Unless you're a gambler, don't stay here. 1. LONG walk to hotel. It's winter, and at least a 50-yard walk from parking lot IF you can get a spot in front, otherwise even further. They have carts, but again, you're pushing a cart 50-100yards from the front door or more. Not made for hotel guests - more for gamblers. 2. No exhaust fan in bathrooms (don't eat anything that can smell later, you'll smell it all night as it lingers.) 3. sliding door on bathroom (everyone in the room hears you using the toilet - and the echo in the bathroom makes it sound like bombs going off - not flattering for women.) 4, Shower is half open, so when you stand in it your backside is cold (plus it's wide open so unless you're married/etc you are completely exposed - again, just a sliding bathroom door). 5. Bed mattress very thin and hard (was told new ones are coming - for FUTURE guests - lucky them but not me!) 6. hard pillows with not give 7. No comp breakfast - spend $20 on two eggs/sausage/toast - $4 for orange juice (again, unless you're gambling it's not worth it!) 8. Forget toothpaste - $5. They provide nothing except shampoo/conditioner - you pay for anything else you forgot. 9. Hope you like a LOT of lights at night while you sleep. Curtains don't close all the way and blow open when air is on - flashing lights in smoke detector and bright nightlight in bathroom makes the shower wall glow brightly (like a see thru thing that they think is classy, but inpractical and lights up the room.

Nice place out of city traffic. Good amenities in same building.

We were just driving through and stayed one night. We thoroughly enjoyed the new hot honey salmon over risotto at the Slorts Bar grill. Casino was not very crowded, which was nice. Overall cleanliness of casino and room were great! Staff was very friendly. Great value

The shower area i thought was neat. I went there for a girls night. We were going to go have dinner and sit in the hot tub. However, my friend only had her foid card. So we couldnt go eat. Then when i called the day prior to my stay, i was only told the pool was down. Which was okay with me considering we wantes the spa. Well upon arrival i was cold the spa is down and the pool is working and is heated. So i go to the pool and the water was freezing since it was just filled. So our plans went down hill. i ended up checking out that same night. I was pretty disappointed.

Ballys has always been a very clean nice hotel. This time I was not impressed. Filthy carpet. Toe nails on floor. Tables covered with dust. All glass looked like wiped down with dirty wet towel. Come on Ballys. Jumers was better.

Both the hotel and casino were very clean. We love that the whole facility is smoke free. Room is very comfortable and clean, the casino is also very clean and not overcrowded, which we loved.

Every thing looks dirty our room was dirty the refrigerator didn’t work rug was dirty and the bathroom was not clean the room smells we paid to much for the condition of the room. It was the first time we stayed there and we will not go back!

Hotel carpets are very dirty. Dated and dark rooms. bed toppers not clean. Bathroom very clean.

It was a easy check in, was quite and the only issue was the mirrors, glasses, and counter tops were all a dirty. As if they had not been wiped down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The elevators were filthy. They had the same garbage on the floor from Monday when I checked in till Thursday when I left. No microwaves in the room. I guess you can get one brought up to your room for an addl fee. Buffet only open Thur through Sat. Rooms were nice, large and quiet.

We had a nice stay. The room was spacious and nice. The bed was not comfortable but everything else was good. Staff was very friendly everwhere we went.

My husband and I had a wonderful time on our short stay. It was very relaxing just staying in the room. The walk in shower was awesome and so was the bed. So great and relaxing we fell asleep right away and slept in late.

There is a lot to like about Bally's. Clean, friendly staff, casino. The rooms are large and shower instead of tub is appreciated. The finishings of our room was a bit drab. The sheets were a strange texture, a bit canvas-like. What made the stay really great is my wife won $120 on the penny slots.

Liked everything but no microwave in the room

Smaller newer. Well maintained. Large , modern room over looking the lake, comfortable beds, large walk in shower, very clean. Good staff. Wish black jack dealers were friendly and social. Large servings for breakfast at the cafe.

Several employees seemed to be in a horrible mood. Check in clerk seemed miserable.

Checked in said I wanted to put room on credit card the night manager said we have a comp room...it was my birthday so I thought wow thanks. We use Ballys a lot so I was accepting their word. We had a room with a lake view but they said first floor I was OK with that as it was a free room. We unpacked, my husband went to desk to look for flowers that was supposed to be in Room they couldn't find them. After we were unpacked a worker showed up at door with flowers. Never said anything about room We had a drink was in room for about an hour and decided to go to casino. The night manager yells at us she made a mistake and our room was NOT comped and she put it on our debit card! They offered us $25 food/casino money. I was upset bc she had wrong person and we didn't get room with lake view , said we could see lake , past the parking lot. She was a little rude said she could give us the room but we would have to pack and then unpack we were there for 3 days!! Since we were in our room for over an hour she could have called and personally explained that she had made a mistake. Instead said nothing and as we were walking past desk yells at says she put In debit card which I don't want it on there ..she took it off and put on credit card. Put a small damper on Birthday excitement but we managed. What a preferred her to call or come to the room and explain rather than the way it ended up. I would've liked to have the room with the lake view not parking lot

We paid for a king sized room. When they were charging us, we realized we forgot the incidental charge of $55 and it came up short three dollars and nicely asked the front desk if they could figure out a way to work with me on the three dollars as I only have one prepaid card. I’ll be with that money. They were not able to work with me at all, having a little bit of frustration as I was walking away, there was a cardboard side that I fake punched at it barely connected with because of this I was approached by security, and was told that I was a danger, I was escorted off the property and told that if I came back, I would be considered trespassing. They also called the police over something like this, embarrassed me, was very disrespectful to my wife. I took the highroad and apologized to the head of security that night, I asked for peaceful resolution, received none and there was no apology to my wife either. I was told everything would be canceled, I would be reimbursed receive a receipt. They still charged me, took my deposit. I asked Expedia to reach out and help out with this and get my reimbursement, and they never answered the phone for Expedia either this was a horrible experience, horrible customer service, and as of now they have still stolen my money for the room that I did not stay at.

My stay at the Bally's Quad Cities Casino & Hotel was great...friendly staff, nice room. The whole experience went very smoothly.

Arrived two hours before check-in, not a problem. Room was clean and large. Casino very busy mid Saturday afternoon, difficult to get a beer..not enough help. Whole facility was very clean. Ate a sandwich and fries at the sports bar. Very good came out fast. Would not hesitate to stay again.

$233.69 was the price of the room according to my Expedia reservation…. quite excessive!! Then see my bank statement and they charged $333.02, I am currently in a fight to get that settled with the Hotel. Keep in mind, Nothing included for this overpriced place, not even a coffee!! So I bought one from the cafe, and then they wouldn’t let me take it into the Casino!! Their loss, I did t spend my $20 in a machine, I call that a win for me!! 16 oz single serve Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, value $4.89, cost was over $16 here. Be sure you read the fine print on all ads when it concerns the price of a buffet there, if you’re not “A Player” the cost is significantly higher! I’m sure you can find a better deal/price anywhere else in that area!

I would have liked a true restaurant. I'm not into buffets. The sportsbar was fine but another option would be nice.

The staff was professional and pleasant. This help the low end quality I experienced in the room. One small soap for two adults? Cheap coffee maker that worked only with wall switch. The staff helped and apologized but I had a $516, bill for 3 nights. This quality was what I expected. The food express was excellent. The buffet is limited days so I didn't get to enjoy the experience. The drink service on the casino floor was non existing. To get a drink I would have to leave slot machine and get myself. I'm not sure I would stay at this location again based on quality and price.

Limited Food Choices, buffet was only open for lunch, no others options in area of casino for food or shopping.
