Absolutely beautiful B&B in the heart of downtown Humboldt, surrounded by quaint little shops. We sat &read our books in the courtyard in the evening & visited the shops during the day. The room was beautifully decorated & the mattress was super comfortable. We were served a DELICIOUS breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, Belgium waffles, coffee, juice & water…all made fresh by the hostess & served at a beautifully set table for two! We were treated like royalty…we would highly recommend Magnolia Manor & Chapel! You will not be disappointed!

This is an amazing inn! Every attention to detail from the decor to the wonderful breakfast makes for an incredible stay. The host are very welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed walking on main street and the quiet courtyard as well. Highly recommended this property!!!

Always look forward to staying at Magnolia Manor and Chapel and they never disappoint. Owners go out of their way to take excellent care of their guest. Atmosphere, accommodations, service and food is top notch. Highly recommend!!!

The restoration of the chapel and rooms are beautiful. I stayed in the Wellington Suite with king bed and fireplace. The bed was very comfortable with a large walk-in shower. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again when I come to town.

We had the pleasure of staying at Magnolia Manor in Humboldt, Tennessee and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. This was a wonderful place to stay. My best experience I can remember. It really was a step away from your standard hotel. My husband and I will definitely stay again when next we are in the area. The breakfast was beautifully prepared, the ambiance was elegant. Truly a tranquil place to stay. I loved all the details and the care of the beautiful chapel and the grounds were perfect!

What was to be just a special surprise stop-over for my wife before going to Nashville has evolved into being the highlight of our Fall Trip. Wish we lived closer than 8 hrs so we could take some weekend visits. This place was exceptional in every category. Clean, breakfast was outstanding and the owners were great host. The history of this building is fascinating. The owners visited with us for over an hour while we enjoyed a delicious full course breakfast. What a nice and interesting couple. We laughed and shared many interesting stories. Like we’ve known each other for yrs. We are up in years but sure hope we can return. They do eweddingb.

The rooms were exquisite. Everything was fresh and clean and the lady was very helpful. This is a wonderful place for relaxation and peacefulness. It was what my husband and I needed. In the future, you should mention that there is a 1st floor and 2nd floor. We are elderly and the 2nd floor stairs were a bit much but other than that it was fantastic. If we are lucky enough to return, we will ask for the first floor.

Wow, what a great BnB!! The owners Lynn and Lee have literally thought of everything. We were presently surprised about having a speakeasy and a huge patio where a band was performing! We stayed in an old Sunday school room and everything was wonderful!! Great water pressure, great bathroom lighting, and very clean. They provided bathrobes and welcome cookies! We will definitely stay there again. You could walk to the movie theater or a Mexican restaurant close by or a couple little boutique shops where the towns people are so friendly!

Magnolia Manor and Chapel is a wonderful and unique place to stay. Easy to get to off of I40. Well appointed, and very clean rooms. The breakfast in the morning is a full breakfast and served at your table. The owners stay on property so they are available at all hours. Super friendly people. We will definitely be back and will brings friends!

Overall, it was a great experience. The only negative was that it was a little hot on the top floor. You could definitely feel the difference between the floors. The ceiling fan and other fan in the room did help

This place was so cute! My husband and I stayed here on our way to Gatlinburg & we loved it. The owners were so friendly & the breakfast was very good. The room was adorable & comfortable. If we ever make it back this way again we will definitely stay here again.

The history of this building is fascinating. The owners visited with us for over an hour while we enjoyed a delicious full course breakfast. What a nice and interesting couple. We laughed and shared many interesting stories. Like we’ve known each other for yrs. We are up in years but sure hope we can return. They do eweddingb.

The breakfast and room was great the only problem was the gal in charge. She gave us a lecture about not having a smart phone (sorry but not everyone can afford one and we get along with our flip phone) We were the only ones staying there so I asked about changing rooms with no stairs and she made a huge deal out of it so we kept our original room which was very nice. She just ruined our stay there because of her sarcastic unfriendly nature. If you have a smart phone and don't mind 19 stairs you should have an enjoyable stay. It was close to halloween maybe she only turns into a witch then......

Always look forward to staying at Magnolia Manor and Chapel and they never disappoint. Owners go out of their way to take excellent care of their guest. Atmosphere, accommodations, service and food is top notch. Highly recommend!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Magnolia Manor in Humboldt, Tennessee and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. The renovations made to this historical property are stunning and have been done with such great attention to detail. The historical significance of the property really adds to the overall charm and character of the place. We loved learning about the history of the house and the area from the owners, Lee and Lynn, who were such gracious hosts. They were not only warm and welcoming, but they were also entertaining and fun to be around. They truly made our stay unforgettable. The breakfast provided a delicious and the perfect way to start the day. We were able to enjoy a variety of dishes and they were all made with such care and attention to detail. The owners even catered to our desires, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms themselves were cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We loved the attention to detail in the decor, it really added to the overall atmosphere of the property. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. Absolutely beautiful B&B in the heart of downtown Humboldt, surrounded by quaint little shops. We sat &read our books in the courtyard in the evening & visited the shops during the day. The room was beautifully decorated & the mattress was super comfortable. We were served a DELICIOUS breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, Belgium waffles, coffee, juice & water…all made fresh by the hostess & served at a beautifully set table for two! We were treated like royalty…we would highly recommend Magnolia Manor & Chapel! You will not be disappointed!

Wow, what a great BnB!! The owners Lynn and Lee have literally thought of everything. We were presently surprised about having a speakeasy and a huge patio where a band was performing! We stayed in an old Sunday school room and everything was wonderful!! Great water pressure, great bathroom lighting, and very clean. They provided bathrobes and welcome cookies! We will definitely stay there again. You could walk to the movie theater or a Mexican restaurant close by or a couple little boutique shops where the towns people are so friendly!

What was to be just a special surprise stop-over for my wife before going to Nashville has evolved into being the highlight of our Fall Trip. Wish we lived closer than 8 hrs so we could take some weekend visits. This place was exceptional in every category. Clean, breakfast was outstanding and the owners were great host. This was a wonderful place to stay. My best experience I can remember. It really was a step away from your standard hotel. My husband and I will definitely stay again when next we are in the area. The breakfast was beautifully prepared, the ambiance was elegant. Truly a tranquil place to stay. I loved all the details and the care of the beautiful chapel and the grounds were perfect!

There are rare times when you schedule a stop on a trip, that you find the most incredible place to stay. Magnolia Manor & Chapel, owned and operated by Lee and Lyne Sands, is one of those magnificent places. Lee and Lyne bought this old church and turned it into, not just overnight lodging, but a real event venue. The rooms where you stay are so charming & are each decorated individually. Our room included absolutely everything we would need for a stay. We felt very spoiled. When we walked down the stairs to the dining room, it blew our minds. It was decorated so delightfully. We smelled something good cooking. Oh my gosh, our drinks arrived along with a plate of french toast sticks. When I found out they were gluten-free I was in seventh heaven. Next came the enticing mixed fruit. We then enjoyed scrambled eggs (egg whites!) bacon, and the most delicious hash brown casserole I’ve ever had. Now that, is A BREAKFAST. They also serve lunch and offer brunch on Saturday & Sunday They also have a building in the back with a beautiful patio to listen to different bands while you have drinks and light food. Right now I believe it operates on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They also have the most splendidly redone chapel. Wonderful place to have a small wedding or celebration. All in all, we will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling through that area. It’s not far off the highway between Memphis and Nashville.

It is very well designed, with all of the modern amenities you would expect, and it is super clean, very comfortable beds, and even has bathrobes ready for your use. Extras that you would not expect, but are super cool, are the Speakeasy and a beer garden on the weekends (we missed these as our travel was mid-week), and a coffee shop in the basement that opens at 6 a.m., which we utilized twice. Some street noise, as the church is located on a corner with a stoplight, but not enough to detract from this very unique experience! Loved walking the small town, too, and checking out Moore Interiors design store across the street, Nails of Grace, and the awesome watercolor exhibit at the West Tennessee Regional Art Center. Cute town; awesome lodging!

This was a very nice surprise stay. Beautiful old building, the Chapel is lovely. The white linen breakfast was first class...the Speak Easy food was great as well....the only thing I would suggest...a step up to the bed (for the old people)....it is very high off the floor and hard to navigate for someone older, however the bed was very comfortable. We had a great time speaking to the owner who was just so sweet. I would give the whole experience an 10 for sure.....
