Driving from France to Germany, we stopped at the midpoint in Liechtenstein. This is a very clean, very quiet accommodation with courteous, attentive staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend. One note, we requested early check-in through the VRBO app. We never received a response. When we arrived (early) we were allowed to check in early, which we very much appreciated.

Ich habe ein Upgrade bekommen und die Empfangsdame hat mich persönlich ins Zimmer gebracht und dazu noch paar kleine Geschenke überreicht, da ich Silber bei hotels.com bin. Alles war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle sehr freundlich. Mein Zimmer hatte eine Riesenterrasse mit Ausblick, das war einfach toll. Auch das Frühstück war sehr schön mit einer Mischung aus à la carte und Buffet, sehr lecker und toll serviert. Das einzige, was nicht gleich funktionieren wollte, war die Ladesäule für mein Auto, aber auch das Problem wurde in wenigen Minuten gelöst. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

The staff were exceptional very approachable, friendly and extremely helpful. All spoke english which was very helpful. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was excellent. The hotel had a very nice atmosphere, pleasant aroma, accessibility to all areas of the hotel and grounds was very good. The spring water pool, infrared and sauna facilities were very tranquil and relaxing. Refreshments were available and the staff were continually checking the facility for clean towels etc. Our suite was brilliant. We had a large balcony with comfortable seating, a powered retractable awning and full power operated shutters. There was an espresso coffee machine, full sitting area with large couch, armchair and coffee table. There were light screens that you could manually open and close to seperate the living room area and the bedroom. The bed was luxurious, premium quality and extremely comfortable. The laundry service was included and I had my fresh clean clothes returned well before checkout the next morning. We had roomservice for dinner and the food was outstanding as well as the prompt service. There is also a well stocked minibar. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. There are several outdoor seating areas around the grounds where you can enjoy the views of the mountains, castle and Vaduz. The only negative is that we were only there for one night, but it honestly felt longer! Highly recommend and hope to go back again and stay longer !!

Vi har hatt en fantastisk uke i Sveits, med overnatting på flotte 4 stjerners hoteller, mange av dem var en fantastisk opplevelse. Som en avslutning hadde vi bestilt rom på Parkhotel Sonnenhof for kr 5600 for en natt. Hotellet markedføres som et hotel i ekslusiv stil. Hotellet har fått nesten utelukkende 10 på ratingen . Jeg må si at jeg undres på hvilken erfaring de som har gitt hotellet en slik skår har, med hva som er ekslusivitet ? Hotellet er i utgangspunktet søtt. Det har en spaavdeling, men ikke så bra som mange andre hoteller. Hagen er ikke så verst. Rommet var lite og innestengt. Badet hadde 70-tallspreg. Da vi dusjet ble badekaret halvveis fyllt av vann, fordi avløpet var delvis tett. Klokka var 22.30, så det var ikke mulig å si i fra om dette da.Men jeg ga vennlig beskjed om det neste morgen, så ihvertfall neste gjest skulle slippe å oppleve dette. Hotellet har nok sin ry fra restauranten som har en Michelin stjerne. Så jeg antar at det er eneste grunnen for å overnatte her?Dersom du ikke har behov for å spise middag, er det verken en bar eller stue du kan sitte i. Du må gå på rommet, som om du er et uskikkelig barn. Joda, du kan sitte i restauranten til klokka 18 og ta et glass, men så blir du vennlig bedt om å gå, fordi gjestene kommer. ( men servitøren var svært hyggelig, og kunne selvfølgelig ikke gjøre annet ) Du får tilbud om å sitte ute i skyggen på baksiden av huset, men det fristet ikke. Min anbefaling er følgende : Velg et annet ,billigere hotell

Beautiful setting with amazing mountain views from junior suites and the breakfast and dining rooms. Beautiful decor and art and wonderful Christmas decorations. A lovely pool. Excellent food at the restaurant but you need to reserve in advance. I would consider coming back in summer to hike.

Big upset factor was there was no air conditioning even though it stated on their booking page. It was a sort of swamp cooler. Recommend not traveling here in summer time unless you’re okay with sweating while you sleep. Great food otherwise. Staff could use some friendly coaching especially for amount of money you spend here.
