The hotel is a bit tired looking particularly downstairs and in the corridors but the room and shower was very good. supplies of extra tea and coffee available in reception. No noise so easy to rest.

Really friendly Turkish staff member who doesn’t speak much English I am partially deaf and have arthritis in my hands as no information was sent prior to arrival that entry was by key box but after using Google translate the Turkish staff member gave me assistance because of my hands and deafness. There are cameras all around the property linked to the internet which is weird and scary. The room is like a can of beans it does what it says on the tin for the price . Clean simple comfortable room which is close to Scarborough castle at a cheap price . A little more tlc and this place could be excellent value for a place to stay

When you arrive you have to ring up and you told code number to get keys from box on wall. Convenient car park next to hotel. Although its £9 for 24 hours. Arriving after 1800 its free until 0900. Warm safe, quite and comfortable bed. Easy walk to most places.

Convenient, well situated for town. Didn't see any staff during whole stay. Coffee,tea not replenished and bin never emptied. Good basic hotel and would stay again. Curtains could do with a wash or replacing!

Got to the hotel, entrance has concrete panels stuck in the floor facing upwards, def not disability friendly. Entrance was bare and clearly being refurbished. Room 14, hot tap DID NOT WORK, the overhead lights did not work, the shower door didn't close so couldnt shower without flooding the bathroom. Tv remote didnt even have batteries in it. Bed was comfy and it was a full size kettle - only praise I can give it. We wont be staying again.

Room was dated & in need of good clean. Toilet was hard to flush, sink taps hardly ran water. Shower was ok. No proper handrails on the numerous stairs & no-one at reception at any time, room keys left in envelope on desk.

I didnt expect too much for the price in all fairness. One of the twin beds and a sheet with stains on, the bed was very uncomfortable,and the noise from the room next door from late returning ,drunken guests was awful.

This property is basic and clean for the traveler needing basic clean facilities in order to access the beach by walking. We have no criticism only that the online pictures presented do not reflect what is really the property because it is more basic than the online presentation makes it to be. We are thankful for this clean basic resource.

First stolen our tent on first night. Mould in bathroom, shower door won’t close. Carpet dirty with stain all over, looks like never been vacuumed. Broken vanity chair. Stained towels. Kettle had really bad lime scale inside of it and dirty with white stuff on the outside. Broken hot water tap. Stained on bedroom railings. I’ve got pictures to show. Paid £17 VAT added Since the room is £40.
