We LOVED this condo!! It was very clean. Great check-in instructions . Had all amenities. Fully stocked kitchen that we greatly appreciated. A/C worked great!! Extra roll-away beds came in very handy. We enjoyed the pool. We only wish we’d found this sooner—it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Moab. The owners are awesome. We would highly recommend!!

The property was in a nice location, south of town and away from the general crowds of Moab. Our unit was (unfortunately) very close to the hot tub. People staying at other condos were not respectful of the closing time (10 pm) of the pool and hot tub, nor respectful of a requested quiet time after 9 pm. 3 out of 5 nights had loud crowds, talking and playing music right outside our windows anywhere from midnight until 3 am. I did contact management, who responded quickly to my concerns, however there was nothing they were able to do about it. We also had some minor repair issues that needed attention. The response was incredibly fast and all rectified in a very short period of time by a wonderful person. All in all, we loved Moab and the sights and history. I would stay again, but would prefer not to face the pool area.

So clean and comfortable! We enjoyed being able to access the pool and hot tub and grill on the patio. Nice proximity to Moab. The only issue we had (reflected in 4 stars on neighborhood instead of five) was pool noise after hours. The signs posted say that the pool area closes at 10 PM. Two nights of our three-night stay, there was considerable loud partying in the pool well after hours which made sleeping difficult since this condo is pool-side. The owners were very responsive and apologized, but there isn't much they can do except talk with the HOA about the issue. Everything else was WONDERFUL and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The unit is convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and restaurants. The pool was nice after days of hiking. The jets on hot tub didn’t work. The manager was very responsive.

We are a family of 5 who stayed in the condo for 3 nights and had a great time. We had a trailer with motorcycles and had room to park and lots of places to go ride. Plenty of space in the bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, and lots of extra linens. The hot tub was nice and hot (the pool wasn't open yet, too early in the season), and there were towels provided for it in the condo. We can't wait to come down again soon!

The condo was perfect. The kids loved the pool, and we loved the hot tub after spending the days in the parks. Location was close to town, and having a kitchen to make lunches to take into the park was perfect.

Clean and great location. We enjoyed the pool between hikes. The beds were comfortable and we were glad to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Would highly recommend!

The property was clean and stocked with what we needed. You may want to travel with a white noise machine as the tenants above must have hardwood floors, so sleep wasn’t the best, but not the owners fault at all.

The property was mostly clean. The floors needed to be mopped better but overall it was pretty clean. It is a little beat up from wear and tear too. Otherwise it was it was a good place to stay that fit my family of 7 comfortably at an affordable price. It is just outside the city away from all of the tourist traffic but close enough to get to everything quickly. The property management company was also very fast to respond to any of our concerns and rectify any issues we had quickly. I would give it a 7 or 8 out of 10.

Everything was clean, with the exception of the washer; the door seal was moldy and the washer smelled of cigarette smoke. There were issues with the sliding glass door to the patio; the vertical blinds were missing 3 slats which compromised privacy and the sliding screen door was bent and did not close. Of note, the master bathroom shower did not provide a bench, shower wand, or grab bars, as were pictured on-line. We notified the property managers of these concerns after we arrived, but received no response.

The property was as advertised. It wasn’t super clean and has some wear and tear but overall was good. The pool and hot tub were great. It’s a little ways outside of town but only took 10-15 min to get to downtown.

This was a great condo, loved using the grill and pool. Only concern was that it was very noisy. You could hear all the neighbors above you and you couldnt watch tv without people in the bedrooms hearing everything. Bring your sound machines for sleeping and its an amazing place!!!!

With a little extra care and concern for renters, this property could be pretty decent. We were disappointed that the property claimed to accommodate 8 people, but the kitchen had only 3 plates, 5 bowls, and a couple small pots and pans only big enough to cook for maybe two or three people. Also, there were two twin roll-away beds but only 1 set of sheets, which we found dirty and wadded up in a closet. A few things were broken in the house… the doorknob of the master bathroom fell off every time we opened it, and some slats from the living room vertical blinds were missing so people in the pool and hot tub could see right in to the house at night. Aside from these inconveniences, we did enjoy our time in the area. But we have stayed in much nicer properties in the area at a similar price, so we probably won’t choose this one again.

We enjoyed the property; clean, space was good for 3 adults and two children. There were several repairs needed but no response to our message. The pool was great for everyone after morning hikes.

The condo was as described, clean and in a great location just outside of Moab. It’s a great location to explore Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. We experienced a very unusual thunderstorm immediately upon our arrival and lost power for most of our stay. The host was in regular contact with us and graciously compensated part of our stay due to the power outage. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location outside of town and so convenient to parks! We appreciated the pool and hot tub after long hikes and area explorations. Tyler was especially helpful when we reported the coffee maker was not working. He brought a new one over ASAP along with some baking dishes, and some restaurant recommendations. Thanks for making everything so easy!

Overall, the unit was clean and easy to access. The layout was nice and functional. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Everything was clean, with the exception of the washer; the door seal was moldy and the washer smelled of cigarette smoke. There were issues with the sliding glass door to the patio; the vertical blinds were missing 3 slats which compromised privacy and the sliding screen door was bent and did not close. Of note, the master bathroom shower did not provide a bench, shower wand, or grab bars, as were pictured on-line. We notified the property managers of these concerns after we arrived, but received no response.

The unit is convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and restaurants. The pool was nice after days of hiking. The jets on hot tub didn’t work. The manager was very responsive.

Proper tea was adequate, the host was very attentive to air conditioning problems and got them fixed within a day. Great day and good value.

We really enjoyed our stay. Unit was well-appointed and comfortable. The pool was nice and the location was great for getting into Moab and Arches as well as to Canyonlands .

A beautiful comfortable home away from home with all the conveniences. Plus the pool ans Spa. Quiet on the edge of Moab only 2-3 minute drive into town. With access to Arches and Canyonlands.

Came to Moab for a weekend with the family. We had a great time, property and ease of check in/out was great. The pool and hot tub was a plus. Location of as great for Arches National Park and into town!

The property was mostly clean. The floors needed to be mopped better but overall it was pretty clean. It is a little beat up from wear and tear too. Otherwise it was it was a good place to stay that fit my family of 7 comfortably at an affordable price. It is just outside the city away from all of the tourist traffic but close enough to get to everything quickly. The property management company was also very fast to respond to any of our concerns and rectify any issues we had quickly. I would give it a 7 or 8 out of 10.

Just off the main road for a more peaceful stay but conveniently located 10-15 min from downtown Moab. Unit offered a nice supply of the basics and had great cooking utensils, dinnerware and linens/towels. We were in Moab to visit our daughter and son-in-law.

I had had a mother/daughter/granddaughter trip to Moab with a stay at Red Cliff condos a couple of years ago. This year my husband and I decided on a trip to Moab - he hadn’t visited the area in quite some time. These condos are very conveniently located just a short distance from the center of town, the National Parks, museum, dining and shopping. All amenities are included and the units are very spacious. We’ll stay again on our next visit!

The condo was spacious, clean and convenient to Moab. It is a few minutes out of town, but there is a free shuttle available if needed. It was a great location for hiking in Arches and Canyonlands. This was a good setup for couples traveling together. I would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED this condo!! It was very clean. Great check-in instructions . Had all amenities. Fully stocked kitchen that we greatly appreciated. A/C worked great!! Extra roll-away beds came in very handy. We enjoyed the pool. We only wish we’d found this sooner—it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Moab. The owners are awesome. We would highly recommend!!

Tricky key pad on entry door, no light bulb in one of bedroom night stand, missing screen panel on patio curtain (people can see from outside especially at night) and broken dishwasher therefore we had to do dishes for every meal we cooked. Usually there are basic cooking items but there were only salt and pepper so we had to do grocery shopping to get sugar, oil etc. All VRBO properties I stayed had a binder of rules and instructions including map, emergency, etc but none available in this condo. It could be a nice place to stay if these issues we had were improved. Owner changed battery of Yale lock but not dishwasher repair during our stay. Still no light bulb on night stand.
