This property was perfect for our family. We have 5 kids and it was just what we needed. The upstairs bathroom is a shared bathroom- not a master bathroom. Check in was easy. We unlocked, opened the garage door to unpack. Single car parking in front of the unit was nice. I loved that a dog sheet was provided to cover the couch! There was dog poop on the back patio when we arrived. Someone should've taken care of that. Washer & dryer were well maintained. Upstairs tub had a film on it making it slippery for the 1st use. It seemed to wash away after that. I'd recommend a non-slip bath mat for the tub. I was reminded several times (text and email) how to check out. 1 notice was sufficient, I didn't need 4 reminders. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close drive into town with tons of shopping, restaurants and outdoor adventures. Between the 2 bedrooms it sleeps 6 but the living room and kitchen are better fit for 2-3 people. The dining room table had 6 seats but it would be very tight to sit 6. A table for 4 would be a better fit. Decent stay for a short visit.

The hot tub was amazing to have, I couldn't get the fireplace on but that may have been my fault and user error! Great place for my dog and i.

This was a perfect condo in a great location for our first trip to Moab. We will definitely look to stay here again during future visits.
