Went out for boxing tournament and had a great stay. Clean room, and the gym was perfect. Finally a hotel gym where all equipment works!! We will definitely be back next year!!

Easy check in process in a secure facility. At check in I was advised daily housekeeping is not available however instead I could request replacement bedding and towels with the front desk and walk my trash to the dumpster out back. This is not stuff I mind but it is worth considering if you’re used to/enjoy your room being tidied and amenities replaced daily. The room included nice, new appliances and was very clean, but the bed is just a mattress on an extremely loud/creaky frame and was mega uncomfortable. The free WiFi available can be connected to up to two devices only and runs at a snails pace (no video streaming!) so if you need anything faster or to connect another device (3 max) you’ll need to upgrade for a small fee. Lots of different and sometimes not great smells happening throughout the building since everyone has a 2-burner cooktop in the room. My week+ stay was also regularly interrupted by what sounded like ongoing somersaults in the room above me for hours on end. By the end of it I really felt tired of the noise. On-site laundry and gym facilities also kept very clean and readily available when needed.

Everything felt relatively new. Gym was a nice feature. I felt safe and room noise isolation was good. There were elevators to take you to the other floors. I brought my own mobile WI-FI with me so I didn't need to purchase a Wi-Fi plan. I didn't see an ice maker anywhere.

The hotel is relatively new and clean. Expedia advertises that there is a kitchen…which there is, but you have to buy the dishes and pots and pans to eat!! Ridiculous! It is very basic - no handtowels, no ice machines, no coffee machine in your room. It was not an inexpensive hotel at Cdn $160 either.

It’s a great spot for stays of multiple days: full-sized refrigerator, cooktop, fitness room, etc. My only criticism is the TV package is horrible; limited options for adults, not all channels listed on guide are available, etc.

Location with middle of the road. There was no breakfast offered at the hotel so you would either have to walk to the gas station or Black Rock coffee. The room was very clean and large noise level was very low and it was nice having a full kitchen so you really didn't have to go anywhere to eat except they did not have dishes or silverware available in the room. Wasn't there long enough to need anything so you might have to ask at the front desk for dishes.

Great location, nice looking hotel, and friendly staff. My one complaint was the fact that my room wasn't cleaned after the previous tenant had left. You could tell that the bed had been slept in, the pillows and towels were all used and the trash hadn't been emptied. I talked to the front desk about it and they were very apologetic, but didn't offer me a different room. So I asked for clean pillows and towels and made the best of the situation.

There was blood on the floor in the room a woman’s eyelashes laying on the air conditioner. Also laying on the mattress underneath the blankets. The TV was all unplugged. There was hair in the toilet in the bathroom. The room was not clean.

The bed had long black hair though out the bed, under the pillows, throughout the towels, all over the floors, and hair balls on the floor. The hotel in general was dirty. Food was left in the corner of the room. My wife and I had to buy our own blankets and clorox wipes to clean the room. Checking in at 11 PM at night and having to deal with a dirty room with tired kids is un acceptable. I notified the front desk of the room conditions and nothing was done. My wife and I could never recommend this hotel. Spending 710 dollars for a room that got our kids sick was not worth it.

We requested an accessible room. I never received notice that the request would not be possible so I could make other arrangements. My father-in-law is unable to get into a bathtub. He must have a walk-in shower with a seat. In addition we pulled the covers down in our double queen room to find blood and either chocolate or feces on the sheets. I went to the front desk to see if we could get the sheets changed. The girl managing the front desk was shocked by the fact that housekeeping would let this happen. She was the only person on shift that night. I asked if she could give me the sheets so I could change them and bring her the dirty linens. She was very accommodating and saddened by the situation. The next afternoon the manager called while I was in the shower. He indicated that he wanted to refund one of the rooms and asked if I could come down to see him. When I got down there, his intention was not to refund one of the rooms. He was going to refund the room and apply it to another one of their hotels so we could have an accessible bathroom for the second night. I told him no that we already drove 26 miles to my son’s house so my father-in-law could shower before my son‘s wedding. When I told him about the incident the night before… he blew it off and said he would refund me half for the second room. He was very arrogant. We will never stay at another choice brand hotel again. I doubt I will see the refund!

The exterior was clean and modern. The lobby was clean, the front desk staff was very nice, but slow in the check in process. The hallways smelled, and they were understaffed. The rooms were a nice size, but the floors were not very clean. The walls seemed thin. I could hear people next door talking, and upstairs I had kids running around until 9 pm.

No shampoo/soap Old nasty lemon in fridge with garbage underneath, red bulb in lamp and only light source except bathroom, no hair dryer, nasty bedspread and dirty towels. Night shift tried to help but her key couldn't get in that storage room. For $200 that night it was a dive ! I have video for management to see but the front desk clerk said she had no control.

I read the reviews on how clean this place was and was like heck ya. I book a room for 2 nights and have somewhat of a good feeling about this place. Then we arrive and it looks nice until we get to our disgusting room. Mesa was booked for the weekend or we would have left. Linen on bed was covered in dirt from the feet of previous room stayer. Floors have dog pee from previous dog/dogs. No pots/pans in kitchen and staff literally refused to sell me the kit they sell there because “ it’s junk and expensive, go to the dollar tree”. We had 4 people in a 4 person room they only allowed us to have 2 towels and had to turn in the 2 towels we had to get 2 more?! If you have to stay here at least it’s safe. But I highly do not recommend this hotel.

The room did not seem very clean, the sheets were clean but the blanket smelt terrible. The blinds did not keep the bright parking lot lights from entering the room and as someone who likes it very dark when sleeping this made for a poor nights sleep

While the staff was friendly and respectful the room was less than expected. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. There were two pillows in the bed that were flat and lumpy. The a/c sounded like a lawnmower, the blind was broken, and there was no curtain to close out all the light from the parking lot.

When I got in at 4pm in the afternoon I had to wait with other guests for 30 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in. The pillows are flat and uncomfortable. The bed it on a metal frame that moved around easily and squeaked a little when it did. I was there for 3 nights and my room was never made up.

It’s a great spot for stays of multiple days: full-sized refrigerator, cooktop, fitness room, etc. My only criticism is the TV package is horrible; limited options for adults, not all channels listed on guide are available, etc.

Okay overall experience for the price we paid. Stayed there for two nights on Monday and Tuesday. We couldn’t sleep properly because we can hear people footsteps, door closing, furniture movings. And people talking through the wall and ceiling. Very very thin wall and poor noise cancellations. No hair dryer in room but available upon request at front desk. Nice staff. Clean and new property.

I forgot about the bad experience I had at a previous Woodsprings Hotel, or I would not have booked this one. Very noisey. Noise in the hallway, noise next to us, noise above us. (Hardwood floors make every step in the room above us audible.) Beds not comfortable...

Just say one pillow for my hubby &one for me it was so flat end up going to the front desk for at least 2 pillows just say . pillows were not the best. I wish I had brought my own . Plus the guests were so noisy . Did not get much sleep at all.

$200 a night was too much for this minimalist property that even charges a linen fee if you stay more than one night. Noisy, walls thin, no blackout curtains only blinds that let the light in and minimal supplies 1 soap and shampoo and nothing else. Would not recommend.

Guy at front desk was sick as can be, and the only worker at the hotel. Checked in and as soon as I got to the room the couple behind me at check in came in. Because of this, I thought better take my bags to dinner. I came back from dinner and some one else was checked into my room. The guy at the front desk told me they are full now…. Hotels.com made it right by transferring me. I will never stay here again even though it is the most convenient location to the facility I was visiting…. I travel frequently and have never been to a more disorganized place. I’ll never stay here

This Hotel was reserved will in advance of our arrival. My wife showed up at check in time and they stated that the room was not ready. They did not give an estimated time for it being ready so my wife left. I called and they told me the room was ready at approx. 3:45pm. Then when my wife showed up again to check in at 4:30, they again stated the room was not ready. I called and asked them why the confirmed it was ready with me but continued to state it was not ready for my wife, they couldn't provide a legitimate answer. Needless to say we cancelled the booking and then booked our stay with Staybridge Suites in Gilbert. Slightly more expensive, but a much nicer hotel. Worth the peace of mind to get a quality hotel.

The system at the front desk was down so when we got there the front desk girl was desparately trying to get a hold of a manager to get my party checked in. There were 2 other parties waiting behind me. She finally got a hold of a manager and was able to get us in. She was diligent.

They had updated their system and it was transferring over so it showed that our room number had been empty and they actually had two separate guests come up to try to stay in our room while we were in here… Very unprofessional, but understandable, otherwise a great place to stay thank you.

I came to your property, stressed, upset, and displaced by another near hotel that had just refuse service after not having a room for myself and my emotional support dog after I booked and been dropped off at the hotel at booking or check-in time. I walked into your facility and was met with true customer service. Your employee, Kris , was not just pleasant with myself, but everybody who walked by seem to appreciate him, meet him with a smile and I just felt instantaneously 1000 times better. Thank you so much for having people like him in your establishment.

It was conveniently located for me to do all the things I needed to while in Arizona. The staff were knowledgable about the area and helpful. My room included a refrigerator, microwave and small counter stove top. It would have been helpful to have a channel guide in the room to help figure out local news, etc.

Karen is amazing!! But all of the staff were great and so helpful. I’m in a weird situation and an extended stay hotel is safest for me right now and cost effective. They’ve been wonderful with communication and making me feel at home.

Very reasonable price. Clean room. Location excellent. Safe and secure. TV was difficult. The guide didn’t match the channels that we selected. Not a huge issue since we don’t watch much television outside of news and weather. Would return here in a heartbeat!! Thanks for your hospitality!

Everything was great except there was no creamer for the coffee in the morning. The sweetest front desk lady offered me some of her own personal creamer which was over and above what she had to do. She is an amazing employee! But really- the hotel needs to buy creamer for the guests. That would have been a game changer for me to leave a better review.

Additional amenities in the rooms would be nice; an iron, a mirror outside of bathroom (full body would've been cool as I was there for an event and would have liked to check my outfit before heading out), a hair dryer, more than just the one little bottle of shampoo, and a bucket for ice/ ice machine (i did notice the ice trays in the freezer, I didnt use them because the freezer wasn't the cleanest).

The hotel is relatively new and clean. Expedia advertises that there is a kitchen…which there is, but you have to buy the dishes and pots and pans to eat!! Ridiculous! It is very basic - no handtowels, no ice machines, no coffee machine in your room. It was not an inexpensive hotel at Cdn $160 either.

Can't believe this was a 8 out of 10 ranking in reviews. There basically wasn't any service before 9am, the metal rolling window was shut. The bed was squeaky and the TV didn't have any cable news channels that came in (no Fox, no CNN, etc) and few channels of interest. The hotel is next to a gas station where trucks roll in very early. On the plus side, the gas station is close by to get snacks, etc. No breakfast station at all, but there is a small kitchen in the rooms. When I left in the am, another guest was complaining to the manager about missing essentials in the kitchen and the staff could care less.

Location with middle of the road. There was no breakfast offered at the hotel so you would either have to walk to the gas station or Black Rock coffee. The room was very clean and large noise level was very low and it was nice having a full kitchen so you really didn't have to go anywhere to eat except they did not have dishes or silverware available in the room. Wasn't there long enough to need anything so you might have to ask at the front desk for dishes.

While I kinda like continental breakfast convenience usually most I can do without. Coffee / tea would be great. Everything else I can get at a restaurant to suit my tastes. The room was neat and even had several A-type outlets for charging electronics. Even though it had a kitchenette I was saddened that there were neither cookware nor eating utensils. Guess we have to go shopping to equip the kitchen to utilize the kitchenette.

I think that certain staff members during the day could be more respectful to others, on many occasions I have seen this specific staff member and he is well aware that I am staying here, yet he still continues too ask me , "Sir are you staying here" And he treats me like I am not guest, he one day asked me in a very rude tone of his "Sir!! Can I help you with something when it comes to our vending machines, you look like you need help, and wait sir do you even stay here and I'm like yeah man I've been staying here and I said I don't need help and he said well you have been out here a while and I said well I'm sorry I had to put all my tap pay information in again on my phone and that's what is taking me so long right here and he walked away with this huge attitude and and told me that I looked like I needed help, all in all He makes me feel very uncomfortable. And I think he just check himself on how he treats guests. He is very judgemental. Very He is the tell African American that works here i don't know he's name but he's very confrontational and he definitely has a complex about his job and needs to be reminded that everybody just human

I loved the security, even from the lobby. While it had minimal toiletries, the room was stunning and spacious! Plenty of shops nearby to get anything we needed.
