Établissement lamentable , à éviter à tout prie.Nous avions réservé 5 nuitées ,nous avons pu supporté qu’une nuit et avons quitté les lieux dès le lendemain pour un autre établissement . La seule chose que le directeur a bien voulu nous dire , sous ses airs très prétentieux ,c’est que l’établissement ne nous rembourserait pas si nous quittions l’hôtel. La chambre sale et très petite ,très mal insonorisée , nous avons eu du bruit toute la nuit ,des jeunes criant toute la nuit dans la cage d’escalier , impossible de fermer l’œil de la nuit après un long voyage . Le lendemain quand nous nous sommes plains , le personnel a été très agressif .cet établissement soit disant 5 étoiles n’en mériterait même pas 3 .Nous allons d’ailleurs faire une réclamation pour un remboursement auprès de Hotels.com . Vraiment je conseille très vivement de rester loin de cet établissement .

it's 2025 and still in 5 stars resort they don't have free internet it's really shame and cheap to ask extra charge for the internet. the staff at the receptions were rude but the rest of the staff were very nice the didn't mention that you have to go out from the resort and cross the road to reach to the beach it's like 2-4 mins walk, so they have to provide a bus or inform the customers

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully kept common areas and rooms were spotless and well maintained. my room was comfortable, with crisp linens, a supportive mattress and thoughtful little touches that made a difference. The team went above and beyond: friendly at reception, responsive to requests, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great visit. Breakfast was plentiful with good options for all tastes, and the on-site amenities (easy check-in, reliable Wi-Fi) made our trip hassle-free. The location is excellent close to restaurants, shops and transport links which made exploring effortless. Highly recommended for couples, solo travellers or business guests looking for comfort and reliable service.
