The condo we stayed in was nice enough. Nice view of the ocean. Would have been the perfect location in relation to the pool, had the pool not been out of commission. The TV in the bedroom had a permanent line across it and the remote to the TV in the family area was missing. One pro was that the room had a small washer and dryer in it.

Very nice, comfy 1 bedroom condo right on the beach. Corner of complex so lots of natural sunlight from windows. Well equipped and modern kitchen. My wife enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the surf at night.

Great condo. Location and views were perfect. There was some construction, but it didn't hinder the stay in any way and we knew that it was going to be happening. Well-appointed and clean unit.

Not a lot of vehicle traffic in front of property or people traffic on the beach. Short driving distance to grocery stores and tourist attractions. Owners/property managers responded quickly to our questions. We would stay here again.

Overall stay was ok. Beach access and pool were good. Work being done on outside was noisy. Equipment and tarps blew against building during a windy night making it hard to sleep. Saw a number of bugs in building.

Beaches were beautiful....My wife was walking in the deck by the pool and the board broke and her leg went all the way through. I had to pull her out. The company wouldn't even honor a late check out when she was sore and showed absolutely 0 empathy for the situation. I was shocked at the lack of concern. The hole stayed there the rest of the day. The next morning they put a cone on the hole.

Great! Pool was under construction which wasn’t disclosed but it would have been too cold anyway unless it was heated. When it’s complete it will be so nice! Can’t wait to come again!!!

Room was clean, I really enjoyed the location. Our sink needed repair but everything else was lovely. I like to grill, and the grilling area was outside near the parking lot… I would like to request more lighting in that area because it was dark when walking to your vehicle at night and while grilling.

The beach view was stunning! The kitchen needs an update on its cookware, but other than that it was equipped with what we needed. The toilet was yellow and rusted at the base, other than that it was great. Water pressure, consistent hot water were a plus! The bedroom air unit smelled musky and like mildew. We bought some air freshener for the room. It was nice to have a king size bed, but disappointing when we realized it sagged in the middle. The decor was nice, the sitting area, and dining set were great! We loved the balcony and outdoor seating!

Overall it was an okay stay, but we have stayed a better places in the past! There was only window units and the one in the living room just can’t keep up with the 100 degree days! A total heat wave!! NO CEILING FANS ANYWHERE! Washer is so loud, can only wash in the daytime! Water pressure in the bathroom sink is zero, kids had to brush their teeth in the kitchen. Shower does not drain, it would take 10 min to drain after one person took a shower! Also, it took the fridge a good 24 hours to start cooking again, we had to put our milk etc in the freezer for the first 2 days.

Overall it was an okay stay, but we have stayed a better places in the past! There was only window units and the one in the living room just can’t keep up with the 100 degree days! The beach view was great from our balcony! However, it was quite noisy due to the building next to us the air conditioning unit was so loud we could hardly hear each other talk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was very nice. The cable tv did not work at all. Reached out to guest services but nothing was ever taken care of to fix this problem. Also let them know we could not sign in to the internet and got zero response.

Great location, beautiful lil apt, my only negative is that the bunk beds are for kids & that should be put in the info. Even my 21 yr old daughter that is tiny had a hard time fitting

We had trouble securing the unit. Both door locks failed to lock the doors. You sent a man out the next day and we thought all was well. Next day balcony door failed to lock for rest of stay.

I loved this property! It was a smaller property with only 8 floors but it was right on the beach, very clean, and the pool was always very clean. The only issues were that the unit I rented had only a full size bed in the master bedroom, the bunk beds were extremely small,and the bathroom was small

It was a great condo except the air conditioner in the bedroom was very loud and it started and stopped a lot so it would loud then quiet then loud again etc…Also there are no curtains in bedroom only blinds which let a lot of light in from the lights outside in the walkway. Last thing check out was at 9am which is kinda early but I got locked out from using entry at 8:50 when I made first trip to car with our bags.
