Location was excellent. The park beside the hotel was very beautiful and had great views of Mount Etna. The building itself was dated but had loads of character. I would say the same about the rooms. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. There was a small balcony area too. There is a larger public area too where you can eat breakfast. Given it is a busy intersection I expected the room to be noisy but with the window closed it was silent. AC was decent too so no need to keep the window open. While the reception is not always staffed the owner was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp. Overall we were deciding between staying at a fancier hotel a bit further out or here. I think we made the right choice. It was a short walk to town and there was so much around.

Yes they were very helpful and very accommodating when we arrived. Very clean room and good breakfast.

Tudo. Tem um espaço comum para utilizar e não tem nem sequer uma geladeira. O frigobar ao esfria. Dois dias não fizeram a arrumação do quarto Banheiro , toalhas e lençóis limpos

insbesondere die Padrona sowie Bernadetta waren super nett und haben uns unterstützt bei Planung, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man muss unbedingt vorher Bescheid sagen , wenn man bei der Anreise vor der Tür steht, damit einem mit dem Aufzug geholfen werden kann - Frühstück war Liebevoll gerichtet
