Kondra Premiere Guest House Kuta

Very good. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable. Very close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Would recommend.

少々古く、設備も必要最小限ですが、料金が安いので、大満足でした。スタッフは、フレンドリーで快適に過ごせるよう、サポートしてくれました。帰りの日は、バリ全体が大規模停電になってしまい、電気wifiが使えなく空港へのアクセスを心配しましたが、献身的にサポートしていただいたことを心から感謝します。ありがとうございました。

The rooms are basis but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Can't ask for more from a budget hotel! Will I stay there again? Definitely!

It was in a great location, its dated but cheap so if you can put up with it its good. It wouldn't take much for the owners to get it better but I guess it is what it is. Its cheap so that was good.

This property is quite dated. The rooms are old, the bedding is old, the bathrooms are old, the towels are old, the aircon is old, the curtains are old. The whole place is just old and worn and aesthetically unappealing. Having said all that, my stay was comfortable and the location is quiet but convenient to eateries and shopping. Wouldnt cost much to make the place more aesthetically appealing, new linen, new curtains, some bleach spray. Not sure why the owners dont take a little more pride in staying up to date and competitive when kuta is already flooded with other places to stay. Do better Kondra.
