We've had several lengthy stays in different parts of London, and now we're great fans of the Clerkenwell area. Great location for exploring the central city, on a good bus line, and within a 10 minute walk to several tube stops. Being the home of many architectural firms, there are a great number of interesting eateries, and several grocery stores nearby. At lunch time Tuesdays through Fridays in Exmouth Market (1 block away) there is a food tent operation run by several different restaurants that is great! Our Supercity Rosebery room was light-filled and had everything we needed to cook, make coffee and store our groceries and eatery leftovers, and has an attentive, pleasant and trained staff. There is an equipped gym, and the area is great for runners and walkers.

Great location- 12 minute walk from Chancery Lane tube station. Rosebery Avenue is lined with plenty of bars and restaurant/takeaways. Rosebery market is a 6 minute walk away and buzzing on a weekend evening. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you’d expect and more. The spring water and milk in the fridge was a nice surprise. The beds are super comfortable all the sheets made from Egyptian cotton. For me personally, the customer service is what made this place. The staff go above and beyond and are very helpful; whether you’re speaking to them in person or ringing reception. They informed me of the baggage storage which was very useful for us. Thank you for a lovely stay

This Aparthotel model worked really well for us - it's light on amenities (no room service, small lobby, etc), but we didn't need that. What it did provide was a large, clean, functional space that felt like home for our week-long stay. The little kitchen included an oven, cookware, stovetop, and even a small washer/dryer unit. There was plentiful closet space, and room for us to spread out. The location was close enough to two different tube stations to be relatively straightforward to get basically anywhere in the city, it's an easy walk to some shops and restaurants, and there are Lime bike parking spots just around the corner, making it even more convenient. Overall, a perfect match for my son and I to stay for 8 days.

Nice and handy with 10 minute walk to Farringdon train station and walkable into London centre. Also walking distance to convenience store for food to cook in the kitchen. Clean, comfortable and great to be able to do our washing

The double glazing had extra lining around the windows. This was coming away and because of this the sounds from the road were louder than they should be. Also in the bathroom there is a vent/monitor which had a very irritating noise, like a mosquito buzz. Had to shut the bathroom door to sleep.

This was my first time staying at an apart hotel and it was great! We stayed in a studio room and it was perfect for me and my 9year old daughter. The room was very clean when we arrived. There were complimentary soap for the dishwasher and clothes washer. We had complimentary coffee which was also nice. We really felt like this was a comfortable home away from home and we stayed for 8 night. Staff was always friendly and housekeeping too. It sometimes could be a little noisy, we would hear loud squeaks which I think was the water pipes from other rooms? It was a bit annoying and loud. We were also right outside supply closets so we could hear whenever someone was getting cleaning supplies. Also our room had a plexiglass separating the living room and bedroom. While this was nice, it would have been even nicer to be able to watch the TV from the bed. There was one day we returned early and wanted to watch a movie in bed but we couldn’t see it so we had to sit in front of the plexiglass which was fine but not as comfortable. Overall, we loved it here and would stay again.

I had a few issues with the property regarding the street noise, air conditioning and air in the water pipes, which created a lot of banging noise. However, the friendliness of the staff (especially Maria, who was apologetic and accommodating) made it bearable and I may give this property another chance in the future.

Beautiful room with tons of natural light that feels more like your own flat than a hotel room. Functional kitchen, washer/drier in room (which we struggled with but I think it was more user error, drier took FOREVER to dry clothes), and the even included some amazing snacks, water, and tea for our stay. Very comfortable, tons of modern touches. Great walkable location close to the underground, tons of restaurants, i could go on and on. Perfect home for our week in London.

We enjoyed staying at the Rosebery. Very spacious and clean room with full kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Location and access to buses and the Tube are awesome. It is actually much closer to “downtown” London than you think. The tub for the shower is hard to get in and out of since it’s very deep. Also the location and functionality of light switches and power sockets do not make sense. They do remove trash daily, but full service is done weekly. They do charge for extra sets of towels. Our room faced Rosebery Ave which tends to be noisy at night with loud motorcycles and Police Sirens. Would we stay here again, most likely.

Much larger rooms than in normal British hotels and well equipped kitchen and unit. There were issues with the shower head, which poured water on the floor when entering, but staff fixed it after the first evening. Also, there is no phone to check-in desk which makes communication difficult, and the attendant often was not at the desk. One needs to keep the bedroom keycard to enter the building.

Location was perfect for our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice change from staying in a hotel even though we didn't get to use it. Staff were great specially Kevin who was always wonderful and very helpful.

The front desk staff was excellent - very accommodating and friendly. The location of this hotel is ideal - everything is close by. I was glad to have in-room instructions on how to use the appliances as I’m from outside the UK.

The property debited my card for the caution deposit despite my not damaging anything during my stay. When I reached out to Expedia, I was told that the property ‘forgot’ to process the refund. Hotels only place a hold on caution deposits so why would they even debit my account? As regards the property itself, whilst it wasn’t too bad a stay, it seems the hotel makes available most things you need, but in small and inconvenient sizes. The food waste trash can is tiny, washing machine is tiny and doesn’t dry, the soap dispensers kept getting bad and you would have to pump like 20 times before getting out a decent quantity of soap. The microwave was placed too high and the dishwasher is the smallest I’ve ever seen in my life. The full length mirror was placed in the closet in a very inconvenient position. Will I stay there again? Definitely not! The fee per night is a rip off for the standard I got.

Firstly, I would like to say I’ll never stay at this property every again. It was one of my worst ever experiences staying at this apartment. On arrival the staff was extremely rude to me, abrupt and unhelpful. The room was not ready, I booked the best room in the apartment and they did not have the single bed set up when I got there. I stayed there with myself and two other guests and they only had two towels in the room. When I asked for extra towels they said they don’t provide extra towels, it’s an apartment and I should have brought my own towels. Additionally, they only gave me one toilet roll and when I asked for more they told me they do not provide extra toilet rolls I should have brought my own because it’s an apartment. Later, on the Saturday I asked for them to print out my tickets for an event & they said they have no paper and do not print for anyone under any circumstances. I’m extremely disappointed as I paid a lot of money for this room and could have definitely had a better experience again. I’m not going to be booking to stay at this apartment/hotel ever again. I wish I never stayed here and I would love to get a refund.

We've had several lengthy stays in different parts of London, and now we're great fans of the Clerkenwell area. Great location for exploring the central city, on a good bus line, and within a 10 minute walk to several tube stops. Being the home of many architectural firms, there are a great number of interesting eateries, and several grocery stores nearby. At lunch time Tuesdays through Fridays in Exmouth Market (1 block away) there is a food tent operation run by several different restaurants that is great! Our Supercity Rosebery room was light-filled and had everything we needed to cook, make coffee and store our groceries and eatery leftovers, and has an attentive, pleasant and trained staff. There is an equipped gym, and the area is great for runners and walkers.

Great location- 12 minute walk from Chancery Lane tube station. Rosebery Avenue is lined with plenty of bars and restaurant/takeaways. Rosebery market is a 6 minute walk away and buzzing on a weekend evening. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you’d expect and more. The spring water and milk in the fridge was a nice surprise. The beds are super comfortable all the sheets made from Egyptian cotton. For me personally, the customer service is what made this place. The staff go above and beyond and are very helpful; whether you’re speaking to them in person or ringing reception. They informed me of the baggage storage which was very useful for us. Thank you for a lovely stay

Nice and handy with 10 minute walk to Farringdon train station and walkable into London centre. Also walking distance to convenience store for food to cook in the kitchen. Clean, comfortable and great to be able to do our washing

Was looking for a last minute hotel in the King’s Cross / St. Pancras area. This hotel is aimed for a long term stay and is apartment style. Room was fine, check in good, location good. Cost of room though not worth the price.

交通方便，19、38公車站牌走路幾分鐘就到，地鐵站跟大英博物館也在走路十幾分鐘就到的地方，Brunswick Center有大型超市（中西皆有），自己煮食也很方便。附近維吾爾餐廳Atush的大盤雞也不錯吃，炒青菜價格也不錯。有一天因為使用微波爐的問題需要員工幫忙處理，員工也非常有耐性，最後還幫我搬了一台微波爐來。 唯一小小的缺點就是，房間比照片稍微有點不同，比我想像中小跟舊一點，總之我一個人住了7晚，安全方面也還不錯，如果有機會是個我還會想再回去住的地方！
