Stayed 3 nights

The Pillows were dated and the filling clumped up, most uncomfortable pillows ive slept on. Limited TV channels, Wifi very unstable. Room was hot had to request an extension to place fans nearer to the bed, was given a very old extension - it had turned yellow. Will not stay here again. No contact from hotel even after numerous messages sent.

First off, we are no hotel snobs by any means. We value location and price over high star accommodations. So lets start with the good things. Which is quickly covered Location is great. Close to tube, m&s around the Corner. Easy to get into the appartement. Thats it. Then we have issues. Place was FILTHY. Someone out dirty dishes back in the cubboards, big stains and hair in beds. Floor boards coming off. Toilet was lose and tipped when you sat on it, and when the fire alarm went off nobody replies when calling the host. Stairs were filled with Laundry so Easy fire escape was not doable. So. If you can bring a hazmat suit and sleep in and take a dump at a restaurant before coming here just sonsave a quid or two. This is your place. Else - look elsewhere.

We stayed at this holiday let on Edgware Road and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the location is very convenient. There are bus stops and a tube station nearby, making it easy to get around London. The neighbourhood has a distinct character, with a strong Asian and Arab presence, and plenty of small shops and restaurants to explore. There are also supermarkets within walking distance, which is very handy for longer stays. The flat itself is quite spacious and generally well set up, with everything you need in terms of basic facilities. However, there were several downsides that significantly affected our stay. The property feels very worn and poorly maintained, with a generally grubby atmosphere. Unfortunately, there was visible mold in all of the rooms, which is a serious concern. We also encountered a problem with termites that quickly appeared whenever food was left out, which made it difficult to relax or eat comfortably in the flat. In addition, the area is located on a busy main road, and noise was an issue throughout our stay. With a hospital nearby, sirens could be heard frequently throughout the night, making it hard to get uninterrupted sleep. In summary, while the location and size of the flat are definite advantages, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and noise levels make it difficult to fully recommend without improvements.

The stair way is narrow which is fine but storing multiple (approx. 8) bags of linen to be wash on the stairs made a safety hazard for us trying to carry heavy luggage to our room

Stayed 1 night

Lack of communication from owner despite me messaging in advance-I received no check in details up to 2 hours before I was due to check in despite my making contact& therefore I was too worried to proceed with the stay for my family & booked another place. Looking at other recent reviews this seems to be a pattern with this host & he should be removed immediately from hotels.com websitehotels.com
