Myself and my sister were staying there because we had our house flooded from the hurricane. I asked for help, maybe a less on the cost. Said no and ended up charging more in cleaning costs. Had to move between 2 places several times to accommodate other guests. Ants were rampant in the bathroom. The second place we were in, the studio, had a roach run across the stove top as I was cooking eggs. The location was great since I could walk to work (lost my car to the hurricane) Would not recommend.

This was a great place to stay in Dunedin. So convenient to the Main Street activities. We would definitely recommend.
